An adult bed bug walked out onto the mattress in my first room #117. Luckily, I travel enough to know not to put anything on the bed or floor. It was midnight. I had to pack everything up into my car. I was given another room and thoroughly inspected it, and found a lot of insect poop on multiple spots on the mattress edge facing the wall (#108). Reception offered me another room #227. No insect poop, so I stayed my 2 nights. It was past 1 am by the time I was unpacked again and could lay down. I had a funeral to attend in the morning. My new room didn't have the kitchenette and I couldn't use the tub as a tub - only a shower - because there was no plug. The bed was decently comfortable. The heater was effective, but very noisy. Sink was cracked. Mold spots or stains all along the bottom of the shower curtain. Red stains on the wall in a couple places? The curtains could only be opened halfway and when they closed, there was a 1 foot section of bright outside lights hitting the wall. If I had been put in the third room first, I would've considered it just another 1-2 star hotel with a comfortable bed and nice staff. I feel kind of exhausted after my stay and now I have to go home and clean and treat my luggage for potential bed bug contamination from the first room.

I was actually sort of surprised at how nice our room was here. We chose Rodeo Lodge because they allowed dogs and the price was right and I wasn't expecting much, but the room was very spacious and cleanband had its own kitchen. The bed was comfortable, the complex was quiet, and it was easy to keep the space at a comfortable temperature using the wall heater. I did find that the base of the toilet was leaking. This was not an obvious issue, but something I found in the night by way of a wet sock. Outside of that, we were very comfortable and quite amused by the larger-than-life cow mural that watched over us as we slept.

The people are great. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms could use a little work with decor and paint but they were clean and everything works. Perfect what what we needed the room for.

I wish I could give this place a better rating, because the customer service is great. But it was just very off-putting to find half a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. The walls are incredibly thin. I could hear the person in the room next to mine coughing, talking, everything. There were people right outside my door working on a car for several hours, and spray painting things on the ground. The price was good, and the guy who helped me at the office was so nice. But I don't think I'd stay there again.

We loved our room, The front desk clerk Abraham was awesome took the time to show us a few rooms to choose from. He was very helpful with directions to places to eat. My family will be returning for the 4th of July weekend thank you for your great service ABRAHAM!!!!!!!!!

Used their longterm parking for our vacation. Very cheap and have lots of parkinglot cameras so i felt my vehicle was safe while I was out of town.

I really liked the reasonably priced Rodeo Lodge. The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable with a stove and a roomy fridge and freezer. It is in a safe location and is close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and Fresno. For me, it was very convenient that the premises are pet friendly and has a guest laundry. Also, the people working there are friendly and helpful. 🙂

Our second stay at Rodeo Lodge - this time on Super Bowl Sunday - a really great experience overall. Had to have our car towed on the way into town and in for repair several days, so having amenities nearby and at in the office was very welcome. Our room was spacious and that helped too. Manager AJ was extremely helpful and supportive!

My a/c went out in 110° weather. The rooms are updated and nice. The people at the desk were outstanding.

The service was excellent! Very friendly, and very quick to resolve issues. Namely Abraham who we had the pleasure of dealing with while we stayed at the rodeo lodge. He was very pleasant and hospitable to us. Made for a nice stay. Thank you to him and the entire staff!

Check in with Abraham tonight very professional and really nice room. This is a quiet location and looking forward to a good night sleep for my relatives from out of town. They were so happy with the unit and Abraham offer extra towels if they needed them. So we booked it for their entire stay with us in Clovis.

Undergoing renovation. Nice room but I had to ask desk clerk for a table and chairs. The kitchenette is nice but no utensils...bring your own? Microwave didnt heat up at all. Should say in room description.

My first trip staying here. The room is large and comfortable. The microwave is peeling on the inside so I have not used it. The refrigerator is bigger than most mini fridges, which is nice.

For the location being in Clovis, it was close to the mall *Sierra Vista*, plenty of food in town, if your traveling to Fresno its about a 25-35 minute drive *depending on where your going*. The room was amazingly sized for what I needed and clean. The front desk staff was amazing and super helpful, plenty of parking and surprisingly quiet with the hotel being on a major street. I would most definitely stay here again due to the seclusion of it.

The room was nice and clean so no problems there. The only issue was the water pressure, it was so low that the shower would not work. Otherwise this would of been 5 out of 5. There was a strong smell but they explained it was the cleaner they used.

I had such a great experience at Rodeo Lodge. I'm not one to leave reviews but this place deserves it. Price is outstanding for what you get. Large room, very clean, fridge, microwave, stove cooktop, direct TV, clean grounds, excellent customer service. I stayed with my teenage twins and the room was plenty big. There was a table to eat and do work, plus a desk. This came in very handy. Check in was easy, customer service was great upon check in. Also at check out. There was a different guy, equally as good. They gave me an extra hour to check out, which was very appreciated. I thought beds were comfortable and I slept great. I will definitely be returning whenever I'm in the Fresno/Clovis area. Don't settle for another nasty, cheap motel when this one is available. There's a pool too!

Located in Clovis CA in a centralize area, rooms including bathroom are very clean. This is my second time staying there for a Mule competition event & find it quite suitable for my needs. I travel from Bishop CA & find these accommodations grest for a non fancy stay. Great flooring, freezer/ refrigerator great quality, pool, all the basics covered & good customer service too. Thanks

Love the renovations! Service was above and beyond, in the face of another hotel not accepting us, because of our debit card. Made out day trip easy. Parking is well lit, quiet and accessible to rooms. Front desk clerk is super cool, polite and made it easy to check in/out.

Just felt they should be or could've been more understanding about my situation considering people live there n pay month to month .but nice people.

Nice room. Going through growing pains with renovation. Worst problem having stayed here twice is that there is no internet. Wifi is present but isn’t connected to the internet. Staff is unable to fix it and apparently not a priority since it is completely non functional for both stays. Had water problems first time. No water. Had just been turned off to fix something but came on soon after but air in pipes made for strange shower. Nice to have a kitchenette but pretty useless without any utensils or plates. Staff is nice but only so much they can do.

Super cute rooms, bed was comfy enough, it was nice and quiet. But it's a kitchenette room. Some way to cook food on the stove or a plate for microwave coming would be quite helpful.

Me and my family stayed here for one night. The rooms were very nice but when we tried to go take out the deposit they said that they couldn't give it back to us because due to the smell of acrylic.(my mom likes to do her nails) My family lost $50 just for a scent that would soon go away.

After POOR service at LA Quinta, we moved to Rodeo Lodge. Abraham was very professional and courteous, and we are very satisfied.

During my stay at the Rodeo Lodge the one thing that stood out was that the hospitality is excellent. Noah, A great host. Noah always greeted us with a smile and would always ask is the any thing he could do to make our stay better. Noah is easy to approach and Sincere in his dayley tasks. Noah Brought the comfort of home to us and we really appreciate that. Keep up the good work Noah!

The people at Rodeo were so genuine and kind, after having to cancel our booking due to car troubles they were understanding and reassuring to our worries. I would recommend them and their service any day!

I would recommend this place to everyone. Respectful staff. One kitty I became friends with. Ferrell kitty but if you are nice and patient she warns up to you. I think she would make a good Hotel kitty on premises. I will definitely come back to see the kitty and stay a few nights. Thank you so much.

We were moving across state and needed a place last minute. Called on the road and the staff was very courteous. Very understanding and helpful with our pets. Same treatment when we got there. We came with a moving truck, a trailer, and a van and the staff helped us park and unexpectedly asked others if they would move to help us with accommodating all of our vehicles. The rooms were very clean, and very nice. The service alone won us over. We actually have family in Clovis and business there occasionally. I’m already booking my next trip stay there now because of how well we were treated. They take care of people.

I have stayed here about 5 years ago before the change. The rooms have been updated and it was a great stay. You are so close to many different amenities. I would recommend staying here, especially the price which you won't find anywhere else.

Because the hotel was the cheapest on the block I wasn’t expecting much but was very nice. The clerk checking me in was quick and very nice. The room was huge and very clean. All remodeled. Was quiet both nights. The pool is clean and nice pool furniture. Maybe a bigger tv and a Keurig coffee maker would have put in over 5 starts. Highly recommend and I’ll stay there again

Wonderful place to stay. Living on the road I found a slice of home in the Rodeo Lodge. Definitely look forward to staying here any time I come to the Clovis area!

Last minute random stay, staff was super friendly & helpful, room was actually really cool - more like a studio apartment than a motel room - and very comfy & clean. No complaints about the stay whatsoever, but I’m still waiting to be reimbursed the $50 deposit. Not sure if that’s the hotel’s responsibility or the financial institution/processing company, but I still gave full 5 stars because I can’t hold that against Rodeo!

Stayed here one night for a concert at the Save Mart Center, which was conveniently only 2 miles away. Usually in these types of motels you get what you pay for, but after reading all the great reviews I decided to give em a chance. I'm glad I did. Clean, great service, great price and great area.

AJ the manager and the staff were outstanding. The newly renovated room was superb. The bed was perfect and the room was super clean. Overall great price value for the room. This place is a hidden gem for working travelers in Fresno / Clovis area.

We had such a great experience at Rodeo Lodge! We were in town for a show at the Savemart Center and the location was perfect. I mainly picked this place because the price was so good and I was so pleased with the stay. There are tons of food options nearby and although it was in a busy area, it was so quiet during our stay. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the room itself was very clean, spacious, and looked newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice table with chairs as well. I definitely would stay again.

Everything is nice, except the floors. The floors should be mopped at least after visits. After taking a shower, my feet became dirty within 5 minutes barefoot. Other than that, it’s perfect! :)
