Amazing experience. I came in to get a ring resized. I had gone to another jeweler and they said they couldn’t help me out due to my ring not being from them, which is understandable. I came to Anthony’s and I was helped so gracefully. The turn around time was looking to be about a week and I got it in done in 4 days! I was so excited. I will be coming back here. I am so happy with my experience! My husband gave me a beautiful ring from there that I ABSOLUTELY fell in love with 2 years ago! When a small diamond fell out of the center last week, I was devastated, but I immediately brought it in. Raz took such good care of the issue and assured me it was an easy fix and he didn't even charge me! He had it done in less than a week and the the ring was like brand new when I picked it up. It completely made my day! I love my ring and their customer service is like no other. I am a very happy customer!

The woman that owns the place was really nice. They fixed my Mom's watch right in store when all the other jewelers were trying to get her to ship the watch out. The man there that fixed my Mom's watch was very pleasant and very motivated to help us!

I love this jewelry store! I've been in here several times to get my ring cleaned (for free) and am always met with such kindness. I have small diamonds on my wedding band and have had one fall out while I was still living in the central coast. I took it in and they replaced it for free! I now live in the valley and recently had a small diamond fall out again, likely due to me not taking it in to get checked regularly. I emailed the store manager and I was able to send my ring in the mail to them and they gladly replaced my little diamond, gave my ring a good cleaning, and resized it for me! The communication throughout the process was on point.

To say I received 5 star service was an understatement if I could give more stars I would!!! Everyone their was super friendly and very efficient as to my needs! Went it for a watch adjustment and was done in less than 5 minutes and mind you I had gone to another place which I will not name but they were not busy and the person told me it would take over an hour and at the end wound up telling me to not adjust it…. Outstanding experience! Customer service was fabulous. (RAZ) Was so helpful we had to go to a wedding the next day and he fixed my mothers watch band and put a new battery in it at no charge. He would not accept any money. They treat you more like friends than customers. A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I was looking for a jewelry shop that can change watch batteries. Lots of local jewelers turned me away within 5 seconds of being there without even looking at the watch, even after calling their businesses beforehand and asking if they had the tools for it. 4/5 places even agreed to having this particular tool. Finally, as I was headed home after my 5th attempt, I ultimately decided to stop at Anthony’s Jewelers to give it one last shot. I was greeted by amazing staff and was helped instantly by a lovely gentleman. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately, but he was so kind to listen to my dilemma and actually looked at the watch I brought in, attempted and successfully helped me. He educated me on the kind of watch I had, how to care and handle it, why other shops may have turned me down, AND he fixed the watch in seconds. He has won my future business & I look forward to bringing in jewelry & purchasing jewelry from this shop in the near future.

We went in for a resizing of my wife’s wedding ring and both Razz and Angie were so easy to work with. We ended up purchasing a wedding band along with the resizing. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase or repair their existing pieces. Five star!!

My husband and I bought our wedding rings at Anthony's back in 2005, after visiting almost every other jewelry store in the area and finding nothing that met our taste. Our rings were absolutely beautiful. After my husband passed away, I went back and spoke with Raz and Angie about the possibility of creating a new ring that I can wear, made from our wedding rings. Made several trips here to look at rings and finally make a decision. They absolutely had the best selection available, were very knowledgeable, and never once tried to pressure me into a sale. The staff was super friendly, made me feel at ease, and had a fantastic price for an absolutely gorgeous set of rings. They are able to replace the primary stones in most rings, and have lab grown and natural forms of most gems. It took about 10 days from the time I purchased the ring for me to be able to pickup a one-of-a-kind, perfectly sized, gorgeous ring and guard. My new fiancée absolutely loves them.
