What you see is what you get. We paid 70 per night for a double, airconditioning loud but working. Some bugs in the bathroom and weak flushing, but all in all good experience with friendly staff and seemed clean.

It was a decent room for the money and the manager was friendly. We had a good night except that one bed did have bed bugs. We decided that since it was really late, we should just share a bed for the night. At check out,my husband tried to talk to the manager THRU the night window even though it was around 9am. The manager just stood in the office,behind the counter shaking his head as if he didn't want to hear it or believe it. So...that's my honest review

I stayed there about a 2months ago. I wrote a review. I guess they took it off. It was the most horrible experience of my life. Bed bugs, roaches, nasty dirty place to stay. I think your better off saving your money stay at park or somewhere at least u won't get bitten up. It's horrible disgusting motel I've been in. Take your disaffect spray..

Not only are the owners very kind, but they are completely redoing every room. The tile work in the showers is fabulous and the new beds are very comfy.

Interior was sufficient for three guys traveling on motorcycles. Just needed a place to bed down for the night. Well lit outside. Train blew through town at O-dark-thirty but not the motel's fault!

The rooms are what you could expect for the price but at least they are clean. The location could be a little better but it's within walking distance of the fast food restaurants. The service is decent.

The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because Christina was extraordinarily helpful. She cleaned the room the best she could with what she had. The room itself was kinda ugly but that is the owners fault. The place needs to be remodeled. We did have a good nights sleep on a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the refrigerator was very cold. The owner needs to step up to the plate and clean up his hotel. He also needs to get rid of the full, large, roll off trash dumpster. It smells horribly. Not a responsible owner.

Customer service was awesome. The rooms are large, clean and a great price. Overall this is my go to motel if needed.

It's alright for the price compared to other similar hotels like the Sequoia Motel in fresno charges 120. For two beds for one night. Town house in sanger charges 75 a night for two beds. Plus it's bigger room with microwave and mini fridge.

Stayed two nights while attending an archery tournament. Clean room and the bed was firm and comfortable. Easy parking and close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Next year, I'll probably stay there as well as the nightly rate was reasonable.

First room on the ground floor was full of roaches. Switched to upstairs room which was roach free.
