I hate this royal farms customer service is not in this location moto at all. I wait ro purchase lottery for over 30 minutes then typed everything and the machine printed out the wrong ticket then was told they could not cancel those tickets so I had to purchase more tickets. The manager said oh no we can't cancel those you have to contact lottery and talk to them about it. I have never been to a store that does this. This is not normal lottery practices and I will be reporting this to the lottery administration. Everything is always broken here too

It's pretty decent for what it is. Coffee and drink bar, hot and cold food and several snack items. Several gas pumps, indoor and outdoor seating. It's all self checkout.

Clean and FUNCTIONAL restrooms– including hand soap and running water– is a sign of respect to your customers, and it is an indication of general cleanliness of your establishment. If people go in there and don't have water or soap to wash their hands, they will be forced to come out and touch everything, including coffee machines and such with dirty hands. Please fix your bathroom sink.

Good afternoon, I would like to comment on the amazing experience I always have when I come into the Royal Farms location on Auth Road. Herb is amazing, when I come in the store, he welcomes me, and like it’s his home. He keeps everything clean, he always makes sure I always have what I need before I leave. He always talks to everyone. I have watched him do multiple things at one time, and does it with a smile. I will always make sure to come when he is there. I hope he is getting the appreciation he deserves.

This is my regular stop. LOVE the morning crew! They are best. Things have gotten a lot better since they removed the tables out front.

I just want to commend the staff that works the second shift. They are very respectful and pleasant. Very welcoming staff. And clearly it's being ran by an awesome manager. He is always very helping. And makes sure you have every customer in and out in a very fast manner. He is doing a wonderful job with that shift.

I am from out of state and it's my birthday weekend. I went here and got three items and needed to use cash. This was last night around 1O p.m or so. The woman I guess was trying to close the register out but I wasn't sure. I was waiting to purchase my items patiently as she was helping a person in front of me. She looks at me after I say I am using cash and becomes visible annoyed and rudely says " Your the last person I'm taking cause I need to close this register " and reluctantly scanned my three items. I'm not from here and I was so surprised but not really that it had to be like that. Why be rude? The first impression was a bad one and I don't think I will stop by this location again .

They always run out of napkins and if you ask for some, they tell you if none are in napkin holder, then there are none. They are to lazy to stop what they are doing to get some. I have had this happen several times. The chicken is good but the customer service could be better.

The Chicken 🐔 last night some of the worst I've had in this year it was so unflavored so dry...I gave my food to a homeless person...if I didn't live so far I would've personally came and dumped the cook in the hot grease head first & fried him..Whoever Cooked Last Night Should Be Place On Immediate Suspension & Needs A Manditory Cooking 1on1 Class Before Returning 🤷🏿‍♂️

After a long trip I was greeted by the most pleasant, understanding, considerate store associate. I believe Herbert was his name. The store was in perfect order from the bathrooms to the food. Customer service was above and beyond. I can only wish all Royal Farms had associates like him!!! He’s the best. Its now the only one I go to!!

Look, Listen and LEARN!!! Taneisah has the BEST customer service by far at Royal Farms! The store was out of stock of one of my favorite items not only did she look and check back inventory. She was able to locate it for me behind another that was trending.! I really appreciate her going above and beyond! Up there now⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five star service ☺️
