Big store, huge variety of pillows and kitchen utensils that I'd been looking for. They even had Valentino, Ferragamo, and Stuart Weitzman shoes in few sizes, many different designer scarves, accessories etc. Dori was super kind and helpful when I asked about the availability. Quick checkout on a Saturday evening and separate counter for customer service. Overall great store.

Aisha G is the rudest sales assistant I have ever met. I can't believe she's a coordinator in a management position. She yelled at my mother just because she didn't respond immediately when asked for her telephone number. My mom is hard of hearing. A little patience and kindness toward a paying customer would have been nice.

Just like the previous reviewer i had a bad experience shopping at this store today. Salesperson name Bryce asked if i wanted to save 10% on the purchase today, never mentioned that this saving is actually applying for the credit card which will pull hard inquiry on my credit report. After he asked for my ID i told him that im not interested in saving anymore. Very unethical and unprofessional customer service!

Mohrael accused me of shoplifting because I’m African American with dreadlocks. She joked about it and went and got MPD to hold me up for over 30 mins while in my Uniform. I was very late to an important event today. People like her should not be there. That was my worst experience while shopping in DC. Discrimination is against company policy and she broke that today.

The coordinator on the main floor today, I think his name is Bryce, was very deceitful and ‘tried’ to deceitfully make me sign up for the store credit card by saying “ I just have to scan my Id and I will get 10% off” which is obviously a lie, because I would have to open the store credit card. I ofcourse, saw through his deceit and ofcourse did not open the store credit. I told the person off for trying to do that. It just annoyed me that he probably tried this trick on other people especially on tourists. It was unethical and wrong.

A good place to shop at affordable prices. The shop is orderly and properly organised. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Although, you sometimes have to wait a long time during checkout because of the crowd.

Very good store and it looks tiny from first view. But Downstairs is the big room with ecerything you need. Absolutely good and direct next to the METRO-Station Central.

As far as shopping: You may find some good casual clothing you like as well as nice kitchenwares. The only thing I dislike about this place is the crowded displays. You need too much time to find your items, time consuming for me. But I am happy with this branch over all.

This place is really affordable in terms of price, but the shoe section was completely finished. They need to bring more products and more varieties.The prices at TjMaxx in Michigan are much more affordable than here. The jacket you see on the screen is half price there

My elderly mother asked one of the women working the floor to help her find her size for a shirt she liked. The lady shoo’d her away and said “go find it yourself, you see the rack don’t you?!” like she wanted to fight?! Rudest experience ever

They have all the great selections just like any other TJ Max but this location is in Georgetown... you would think with how busy it is they would have more then 1 register open during high traffic times. Too long of a wait and it didn't seem like it was much of a concern to staff unfortunately.

Last Friday about 4pm, my daughter was shopping at this location. While my daughter had me on a call on her earpiece, she walked into the dressing room where I heard a female staff addressing my daughter in an unproffessional racist manner for not getting a ticket. Then I heard the staff suck her teeth, as my daughter tried to explain herself. I informed the management the following day.

The prices are great, impressive sales, only critic is that the employees often are a bit rude

Love this TJ Maxx. I don’t know if it’s because of the posh, Georgetown clientele, but the quality of the goods here is quite high. The clothes our unusually nice for a TJ Maxx – and the purses and shoes, too. They even have a good men’s clothing section. The furniture area has been dramatically scaled back. That’s a disappointment. It used to be terrific. But I always find something I need here, for my kitchen, bathroom, or living room. Love this store!

One of the best TJMAXX I've ever been to. I always come with nothing in mind, and leave spending over $100 . . . every time. They got me.

The best TJ max I have ever been to. Michael at the dressing room area was very polite. TJMAX should hire more like him.

They had a police officer as a security guard and he kept following me everywhere I went inside the store just because I had a back bag so I looked suspicious to him and there was the lady at the cashier she spent ten minutes speaking with one of the customers after she finished paying for her purchases even with long line of customers Don't recommend that place at all.

I like the experience I had for myself but I will say this seeing how you all sell men's and children clothes but no options for shoes was a big turnoff for me. I am going to go elsewhere where I can do my one stop shop experience.

Always a great place. Staff is always on point. Not sure how they do it but the staff is nicer than anywhere else. One point, sweep and mop the floors in the dressing rooms!

Was just ok. Asked where the bathrooms were at and got talked to with a lot of attitude. When I cashed out later on they were also pushing a ton for donations. Cashier wasn’t very friendly. Prices here are decent though.

Nicely organized store. They work hard to keep this location from getting junked up. They have lots of merchandise.

Although I usually have a good experience shipping at this store my last experience wasn’t so great. There was an employee that wasn’t very friendly, she treated me as if I was a thief instead of a paying customer. Which isn’t fair at all. It was definitely racially motivated. Her name is Mohrael.

One of the best locations lol i always find Korean skincare here. Usually theres inkey list, too faced, mac, etc. but if ur even luckier youll find other stuff

With no explanation they’re applying for T.J Maxx Credit Card that’s very bad. and the staffs are doing rude behavior.

My favorite place to shop! Wide variety of clothes, home goods and other items. Love their makeup section. Great prices on most items.

This store is a gem in a neighborhood of overpriced venues. It's small in size, but rich in variety and absolutely unparalleled in price. I shop here at least twice a week. Love, love, love this place
