I love Dr. Samuel Sanders, he has treated my son, my husband, and now me. A wonderful doctor! I took off one star because the appointment scheduling system is online now, nobody will answer your phone call if you try to dial in—despite you are told to press “2” for scheduling. In fact, I got kicked out of the system several times ater pressing “2”. After scheduling my appointment online, I received a confirmation email and text, yet when I arrived at the appointment, I was not listed as having an appointment that day—huh??? The aggravated receptionist squeezed me in but it was very annoying to say the least.

I was referred to another orthopedic specialist but chose Dr. Evans after reading his bio and Google Reviews. Yes, he is amazing! Very attentive to your needs, thorough with his examination, and provides a detailed treatment plan. He also listens, taking in the patient’s needs. This simple act makes the difference! In my case, I came to him with torn rotator cuff syndrome. I saw that shoulder injuries is one of his specialties. After reviewing my MRI, a physical exam and our discussion on my options, WE came to a solution that had my best interests in mind. My appointment wasn’t rushed, I was treated like a person not a number — and that made all the difference! I highly recommend Dr. Evans!!!

Hobbled my way to an appointment I made online to be seen for an injury but was told I didn’t actually have an appointment. I have the online scheduling request confirmation and had called repeatedly to confirm but no one answered. I showed up to avoid a no show charge. No idea how the doctors are here but will definitely be seeking care elsewhere.

The best physical therapy department out there. Mrs. Barbara Hart has changed my life with her skilled enforcement of therapies. I would recommend her to anyone whose needs physical therapy. Thank you for your help in healing this torn up shoulder.

Although PT was good, office staff leaves something to be desired. When I arrived for my appointment today, they claimed they called yesterday and left a message on my phone to cancel. I had not seen a call come in. So while I was standing there, I checked my phone messages and there was no message. Came all this way for nothing.

My visit with the doctor was good. My concern is how is the personal information that we have to fill out on paper, SSNs, DOB, etc., is protected?

Good on-line process for setting up appointments and providing medical history for new patients. Smooth flow for the appointment steps (obtaining additional medical info, x-rays). Dr. Sanders addressed my concerns in a quick, efficient, and personal manner.

Dr. Evans has been taking care of my traumatized knee for a while. He is highly professional, kind and compassionate. A truly great doctor!

Dr. Kramer has a great bedside manner. He is professional and thorough. His staff provides excellent customer service.

We've been looking for an Orthopedic Doctor who showed an interest, understanding, and compassion for our student athlete kids for some time. Digging deep into an issue that won't necessarily result in surgery is not super common amongst Orthopedic Surgeons, but Dr. Sanders took the time with us to properly diagnose our son, explain to us what likely happened, and put us on a path to getting healthy. 100% recommend.

Dr Petricelli gets 5 stars. We have been to 5 orthopedics for two different injuries and he was by far the most thorough and spent a lot of time reviewing records, doing the physical evaluation and actually explaining everything.

I have a chronic issue & have been seen over the past 9 months. My issue is improving so I hope I won't need surgery. I am always promptly seen & Dr. Petruccelli discusses treatment options & realistic expectations with regard to the condition so I can make the best decision for myself.

Mr.Ricardo is super awesome agent on the phone. He helped me out to make an urgent appointment for my husband for the next day and provided me all information that I needed for further visits, referrals ,etc. I feel so welcome and so positive about this place like sometime you can feel it from the first call. And I think I'm so lucky to got him on the phone after I was turned down by many Orthopedics appointment setup. My husband likes the doctor and the physical therapist that they provide are very nice.

I went originally to the Rockville location which is completely opposite from the silver spring location. Upon arrival the front staff was completely unprofessional and their interaction with the patients are completely disgusting. The front staff gives an unnecessary attitude and expect you to know where to sign in when you are a new patient. I give the front staff zero stars and I think they need to be professional and need to learn from the Rockville staff how to be welcoming and helpful with patients. When working in a healthcare environment you need to understand every patient isn't already feeling well and want to feel welcome. I first thought maybe the first staff was having a bad day but then quickly realized that the entire front staff is completely rude and unprofessional. As for the doctor they are completely 5 star amazing bedside manner. The doctor addresses any concerns and answers all questions. Without a doubt totally trust the doctor and treatment. I will make all my other visits at the Rockville location even though the Silver Spring location is more convenient. If you decide to go to the silver spring location BEWARE of the front desk.

Dr. Sanders is wonderful and very knowledgeable. He make things seem easy and he is a great support system for his patients. Also, the staff in the front desk are all very nice and accommodating❤️

I was seen in a timely manner and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Sanders was knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. I had a really good experience going to this practice and would use them again should the need arise. 2020 I have to amend the above review because I went back to this office recently and both the office staff and the medical staff treated me terribly- they were angry and dismissive. No one greeted me and no one directed me where to go. I was left in an exam room for quite some time before realizing that no one was going to come and get me and that I would have to figure out how to leave myself. Even though Dr Sanders was still kind, I wouldn’t return to this office. It was a very upsetting experience. 2022

I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. I on the dsy of my appointment, I was seen on time. Dr. Wowk took time to explain his findings after an examination and review of x-rays. He recommended next steps and follow up. I was satisfied with the service I received.

I'm a new patient and needed to see an ortho. I wanted to make an appointment and was transferred to the billing department. I asked the lady if she could please transfer me to the receptionist. In a horrible tone with attitude she said, "What do you need?!" I told her if people who work in that office speak to patients that way there was no way I would go into that office. How you speak to patients goes a long way for me. There's no way I'm going into thar office.

The reception staff are extremely rude, never answer the phone, and act like your existence is an inconvenience to them. I saw Dr. Kram who was okay, but his bedside manner was not the best. His assistants were all very kind, however, and the only redeeming quality for this office.

Dr Guterman and his staff have been doing a Great job. I was in an accident and injured my left arm and shoulder. Dr Guterman and his team are Very Friendly and Caring. Being a Senior and Naval Veteran, they have always had a Supportive and Pleasant way of treating and working with my injury. I would Very Much recommended this facility to Everyone.

Dr. Petruccelli is such a kind and caring doctor who thoroughly and compassionately explained the nature of my pain and how to best treat it. His staff was just as kind. I am so glad this doctor was recommended, and I can see why his patients love him so much!
