I was driving by and decided stop by at Greenberry’s cafe to grab something cold and… Walked in, ordered mid Nitro Salted Caramel, customer service was neutral, went to pick up my coffee, holly cow 🐄, at least 20bugs around pick up are flying and enjoying the atmosphere lol coffee taste, customer service, an hour WiFi connection and … I don’t think I would consider this location or give another chance! y’all have lot of room for improvement! aaa lottt! If you care about your customers, take action and do something, otherwise you can’t compete with others… good luck 👍🍀

Good coffee shop if you are in McLean. Their wireless is totally annoying - you get 1 hr with each purchase and getting the connection is buggy. I am not sure why the stinginess is necessary - it usually isn't full. They have an outdoor dog-friendly patio. Coffee drinks are what you would expect for a mid-range coffee shop.

Pleasant staff, great coffee, cozy inside and a large terrace to relax outside. Above all, you know that they are not financing the building of illegal colonies in the West-Bank, something that I can not say from some of Starbucks board members and CEO. Beside wanting to have a clear conscience, I come here for the more lively atmosphere.

This placed used to be great years ago. Today I almost threw up watching them make my $7 latte. The lady making it started steaming the milk, then left it there and started mopping the floor. I thought to myself, that’s interesting, certainly she will wash her hands afterwards, even Starbucks employees wash their hands after touching cleaning products. But it got even worse. She proceeded to grab the dirty rubber floor mats they all stand on. She picked them and rolled them up, presumably for more cleaning and mopping. Then guess what she did next? No hand washing! And she grabbed the steaming milk, took my cup, picked up the espresso cup and poured it into my cup, stirred it with her hands (and her fingers even touched the inside of my cup. She continued making my drink then handed it to me without shame or any consideration that her hands were filthy with the floor, the mop, and other cleaning supplies. I took a napkin and wrapped the latte cup so as not to get my own hands dirty, and threw the whole thing in the trash. I’m never coming back. And I’m so glad I got to observe this so I can now make an informed decision about never coming here again.

Nice little place Great espresso (strong) and we also tried the aloha pineapple smoothie (really good) And the service was 5 stars

I moved just this last week to McLean and this coffee shop is walking distance from my house. My daughter and I arrived at 3:45 to get 2 cappuccinos. The barista had just finished serving 3 other customers and when she came back to the register she said: sorry we close at 4:00. It was still 15 min away so I told her we only wanted to order 2 cappuccinos and we would sit outside. She rudely replied that she planned to close the outdoor area before 4 so she couldn’t help us. I’ve never been refused service at a coffee shop 15 min before closing while at least 6 other patrons were still in the business drinking coffee. The barista was incredibly rude and it was a terrible first impression. I will walk a little further and take my $ to a business with more class and customer service. Don’t waste your time when there are so many other options in the area.

This was such a fun find after my Orange Theory class. Their Nitro Cold Brew was really smooth and delicious. Definitely recommend getting this (even in the cold weather)

Coffee was great, but the staff is unwelcoming and uninviting. First impressions are everything and based on my first visit, I don’t see a reason to return with so many coffee shops in the area. They didn’t greet me when I came in nor even hint a smile. They just stared at me blankly. It was honestly uncomfortable.

Amazing smoothies, coffee, and muffins! I’m not easily impressed, but this place is the real deal and I’ll be back for more.

I love ybis place, and so do all the regulars. By the way, the baristas xan not see whether you have left a tip or not (i spoke to one after reading these awful misguided reviews), so all of the reviews regarding dirty looks after a bad tip- that is not true. The tip does not display on their end. Be kind.

Very very rude service. Only 4 wraps available out of a long list. No choice on gluten free out a long list. No allowance for substitution for allergies.

Food is traditional coffee cafe fare and a bit pricey. 1hr wifi voucher? Coffee tastes good. Lots of other coffee shops in around the NoVA area particularly in Annandale with better coffee and pastries / food made onsite. Unlimited wifi usage at these coffee shops / bakeries also: Breeze, Shilla, Manoa and Tous Les Jours bakeries. Cafe V in Annadale carries a great brand of Austrian coffee - Julius Meinl. Of course Sbucks is an option, and if push/ comes to shove Greenberry is still the better option vs Sbucks. Service is great. 3.5 stars is more appropriate.

Very run of the mill coffee shop. We happened to be in the area and wanted to grab some quick coffee that wasn't a major chain. Parking is easy - private lot. There's also outdoor patio space seating. The staff was pleasant but the coffee was lacking. You can barely taste the espresso in the latte - just a lot of milk. The drip coffee tasted burnt, and we were given the light roast. The staff also did not ask if we wanted light or dark roast. We probably won't be back.

It was okay… my chai was pretty bland. The whole experience was sort of disappointing to where I left and grabbed another coffee and food elsewhere.

I've always loved Greenberry's Coffee in McLean. My husband and I were happy with the coffee (I got an iced coffee and he got a latte & almond croissant.) The coffee is quite strong, but excellent! There is limited indoor seating but they have expanded their outdoor seating. It is a cute, intimate setting for a coffee date. Would definitely recommend. We are looking forward to going there again!

Nice coffee shop close my hotel. Very busy in the morning, which to me is an indicator that it is a good shop. The service was prompt, and the place was clean. They have a nice outside sitting area as well.

Love their nitro cold brew and they have a great covered/enclosed outdoor space for enjoying your treats!

Only two good places around, with an amazing coffee taste. One is Greenberry’s and the other one is Caffe Amouri in Vienna.

Called Manager to advice baristas need to be more friendly and unfortunately the manager didn't even apologize just said "OK". Not going here again. That is what happens when you give other coffee shop a try. .

The place reeked of hard boiled eggs. I ordered a smoothie and the water brains behind the counter made my smoothie, put it down on the counter, but didn’t say anything. So it sat there and melted into strawberry juice. It was basicaly six bucks for strawberry juice!!!!! And the bathroom had no toilet paper so i had to use my hand!

Absolutely love the service here. All these bad reviews about the service are questionable because I have never had a bad experience. The coffee is a bit pricey but makes sense for being a small company but you get great quality!
