    Poor customer service. Their measurement for rings is not accurate. They let you to come back the next 10 busnes day . I wait 2 month to buy one ring. The employees never say sorry. They are very ignorant. I will never recommend this store.

    Jennifer was very helpful with helping me select a tennis bracelet for my wife. She also did an excellent job of offering additional products, life time warranty and St Jude’s hospital.

    Everyone here was extremely nice. Came near closing time to shop for an xmas ring for myself. The staff...a gentleman and two ladies assisted me in a professional manner and exhibited patience as I was not sure what to select. I also had to video chat my boyfriend to help with the decision making and the staff remained friendly the entire time. I really appreciate the service and them being personable. My birthday is upcoming next year and will definately return for my future purchases.

    Over priced cheap jewelry. 3 diamonds have fallen out of my wife's ring but they won't honor the warranty because she didn't bring it back within the 6 months. Besides they hate police.

    Customer Service was horrid! Wait was long! while waiting and looking around for over 20mins no one acknowledged us. They employees passed by us with out saying a word. We sat down continued to wait for another 15 mins no one came to us. After waiting for over a total of 40mins we decided to leave. Didn't mind the wait, but customer service was horrid. Don't walk by customers who have been waiting so long and not acknowledge them.

    Very bad experience on yesterday, first I walked into the store, why isnt the personnel visible? She was tucked away in a corner until I said hello. The attentiveness towards a customer that is looking to purchase jewelry is LACKING. I will never go back to this location. I wanted to communicate that I was trying to replace lost jewelry for myself and addition to that buy jewelry for my children. This location has lost a customer and I'm not sure if I will continue to buy jewelry from Kay Jewelers.

    Had such a terrible experience once I walked in i wasn’t greeted for a while. There was no one in the store then a lady came up to me and I told her I had a bracelet that needed to be fixed. She wasn’t very welcoming and extremely Rude. She couldn’t find my profile and I told Her let me call the location where I bought it from she then gave me an attitude. I put the lady on speaker and she magically found my profile with the same information I have given her. It was two week and I haven’t received a call that my bracelet was ready nor an email as they’re suppose to. I proceeded to call and I was told my bracelet has been ready. Finally the same day I picked up my bracelet and put it on it broke five minutes later in the same location. Very unprofessional I love Kay’s but for this to happen it’s very disappointing.

    Last year on 12/27/2021, I went to Kay Jewelers with my wife. She was looking for a diamond ring. We were approached by a lady, and she told us there was a promotion going on what we were looking for. According to that promotion , if we purchase anything and pay it off in one year, there will be no interest charge. So we decided to buy a piece of jewelry costing about $2500.00 with the idea to pay it off during 1 year so on can benefit from that special offer. I was very surprised to find out months later that I was being charged for interest from the very first day. I went back to the store to find a solution, they told me to call Kay Jewelers. I did that simply to be told: “ we are sorry if there is a balance interest will be charged”. And finally , by June of this year I was charged almost $200 for interest. THESE SALES PERSON WILL SAY ANYTHING TO YOU JUST TO GET YOU TO BUY. I would not recommend any body to buy from Kay Jewelers.

    My family has been with Kay's since I was 16 long time ago. Westfield in Wheaton is where I go and the sales people are SUPER no waiting and do everything they can to help you.(THERE ALL ARE GREAT AND HELPFUL.)

    Had no idea what to get my wife. Was wondering the mall as usual cuz I procrastinate every year til x mas Eve. Til I came here and Nadera showed me some beautiful jewelry. Nadera also checked if I qualify for a promotion they were running n I did. So I got my wife a beautiful gorgeous jewelry (can't spoil the surprise with specifics). Nadera even gift wrapped it for me "nice". So instead of getting some cheesy stuff that she never likes, I'm 100 % sure she's gonna love it.

    AMAZING customer service. I had a huge issue with my online order and it got sent to the wrong place. When I contacted the online customer service they said there was nothing they could do, but I called the store that it got sent to and a very nice lady named Nadera helped me and got everything fixed for me.     Worst experience ever. Sales people were unprofessional, seemingly having very little knowledge about jewelry in general, and did very little. I was looking for a Chevron style wedding band and found one that was almost the same, but in rose gold instead of yellow gold. I asked the woman behind the counter if they might have that one in yellow gold or if she had a similar one and without looking, she said she didn't but could order one. She then pulled out an iPad, logged in, and started showing us rings nowhere near the one we had looked and 3x the price. When we finally found the exact one, she said she would order it for us to the store, as that was the fastest option, within one week. She then proceeded to essentially make us complete the order to store on her iPad completely on our own, asking us for help and explanations on how to complete the transaction, entering in all of our payment and personal information manually. The order completed and she asked me to take a picture of the iPad screen, but then she pressed something on the screen bringing us to a survey. She then insisted we had not submitted the order even though i had already recieved confrmation. Not sure if this was ineptitude or a scam, but we worked through it. When we found that the ring would not arrive until 2.5 weeks later, far from the necessary and quoted arrival, she didn't understand what the problem was. She gave me blank stares and no solutions. She attempted to call customer service for us but it did nothing, and we were able to cancel the order ourselves online before she could finish off my cellphone, and it will be days before we get the money back from the canceled transaction. We later had the ring ordered to us directly off my cell phone, and the arrival date was within 6 days. Having worked years in specialty retail, I firmly believe that the unprofessional and uninformed customer service representatives were purposely trying to put orders in to their store either for commission or sales goals. Overall a ridiculous process and an unnecessary brick and mortar location for something easily done online. It is beyond me how someone hired the individuals working there.

    Visit to have jewelry cleaned & inspected was very good. Nadera was excellent. She set up the paperwork for semi annual inspections electronically. I am pleased. One drawback of the visit was the cost for a battery & cleaning for the watch. I hope when it comes back it looks great for the cost charged.

    Unprofessional place! Went in to ask for an upgrade on my girl’s promise ring and the lady at the front only said that it would cost doble the price and left. Didn’t want to help me. I felt bad I guess she thought I couldn’t afford it. Never coming back
