This park is connected to several others along a major trail that is 6+ miles. Great for bikes and walks. No four wheelers, or motor vehicles allowed. Dog must be leashed. Sadly the trail is gravel and not smooth trail so not good for skates. Overall great place for dogs, kids and shade with older growth trees.

Fun woods but watch for ghosts and goblins. Beautiful woods for change of pace. Large loop of one and one tenth mile around dry lake with beautiful vegetation. Variety of trees and plants. Child exercise stations, picnic tables and charcoal grill. Generally clean restrooms.

In September of 2023 I started walking and I made a plan that I will explore all of the parks with walking trails within a 20 mile radius of 77581. So far have been to 7 parks and I like this park the best for the following reason. ONE, This park connects to two other parks by a walking slash biking trail. And they are all a mile apart from each other. So depending on your goal you have the stretch of the trail to challenge yourself. TWO, this park has a small gym where you can work out your whole body muscles. So if you are looking for body toning you can do that here. THREE, you can walk run or bike and even bring your furry friend along. There are plenty of benches along the trail in case you want to catch a breath. Has nice clean restrooms. Plenty of grounds for children to play Check it out. You will love it

It's still a nice park, but know in advance that there is currently a lot of construction going on to improve the trail.

Well. I guess that Bigfoot is real. Back in the day, when Dixie Farm Road park first opened, I happened to be there on one cold and rainy Saturday morning. A major front moved in when I was back at the far end near the tree line. It was early October. It started raining and blowing. And the temp dropped into the low 50s. Luckily I had my rain coat on just in case. I was literally THE ONLY one there at the park at that time. That's when I saw it! It was a Bigfoot. It was on the tree side of the pond that's located at the far right side of the park near the houses. It was behind me and running quickly into the thickness of the trees. I contacted the local Houston ABC news, but they never replied back to me.

This particular park was quite secluded, close by the main road. It has a lot of trees and an enormous amount of green plants inside the park. It also has an exercise area for people who want to work out (exercise facility). The abundance of trees in this park makes it a good area to exercise and not have too much heat from the sun. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to have some exercise and not be sweltering from the heat.

I've been coming to this trail for nearly 20 years but usually from the other end. I switched to this parking lot because it tends to have a security presence and there were lots of vehicle break-ins reported at the other lot. Restrooms could use some work and the lot gets full fairly often.

Dixie Park has an outdoor work area and a hike and bike trail including a wooded hike and bike trail that doesn't show up on Google maps. Southbelt Hike and Bike Trail ties to Dixie Park trail. There are two other community Parks between these two parks, Bishop Park and Clear Brook City Park. Four parks in one trail. I will definitely be riding the trail again.

Love this park great space to walk, run and play. Good parking spot but the bathroom were closed, my daughter had to use a portable toilet, not the most clean option.

One of my favourite parks in the Houston/Pearland area. It literally feels like you're being transported away to a small camping ground. The trees are the key: it makes you feel like you're not in a city. And yet, the neighborhood across the street is so beautiful, it is really nice to look at. Overall, a stunning park. I go here to get away and relax, with beautiful views.

Short circle trail with many people walking their dogs. Great for endurance training.

Nice sized park for hiking and cycling. Paved path could use a little maintenance. Landscape looks well maintained. Easy access to longer trails around Pearland.

Went exploring with a friend looking for a place to go walking. Found this quiet little place and went walking on the trails. Great place to go bike riding, play on the slides or get in some physical fitness. We had fun trying out the different stations as well as relaxing on the bench swing. Definitely going back again!

This is more of a park if you're into biking or a 1.5 mile jog. The trail is gravel, so if you're planning to bring a stroller, make sure it's one that can handle bumpy roads and your shoes are able to handle some shock. There is one playground set, but seems to be for kids who are school age or older. One small workout area. A few scattered bench swings. No individual children's swings. Bathrooms available.

Pleasantly surprised, I didn't know about this park until recently. It's really nicely done

There's a trail to walk and bike on and I like that there's a cover to shade the playground. There's a picnic table near the playground, but it'd be nice to have multiple for other families. There's also a few bench swings with footrests, but one of them is broken, unfortunately.

This park is great to exercise at. The trail is beautiful and they have a small work out station and a play area for kids. They also have clean bathrooms and nice parking area.

Good park. Has a part concrete and part asphalt trail. Plenty of tries, benches on swing all around. Has a rest area and area with exercise equipment. One thing to mention- currently the asphalt part of the trail has lots of fissures making it difficult and unsafe for a walk on that portion of the trail. Limited parking. Pet friendly. Play area for children available. You can pause on the bridge on the trail and watch the turtles in the water.

Glad for the upgrades on the trail but super sad of all the trash being left behind. This place is also home to beautiful creatures. Animals do not leave trash behind.why do humans? I tried picking up myelf but too much for one person.

Great dog friendly trail! You’ll see many people walking their dogs, riding bike, and jogging. Perfect track if you are looking for a new spot to work out outdoors.
