It's a Starbucks, why bother giving a review, they're all about the same, nothing special. It met all of my expectations..

This location is great 90% of the time. They do occasionally have days where the espresso is so incredibly burnt & bitter, to the point we don’t drink them. Staff is pretty darn awesome though.

I made a mobile order and it was ready for pickup as soon as I got there BUT since I'm on my way to work I really don't have a choice but to keep the drink. The coffee was a bit flavorless. I ordered the Cinnamon Dolce latte and I feel like I got a PINCH of whatever flavors were supposed to be added to it and barely even any caffeine. I've had Starbucks for many years now and refused to go to Dutch Bros but now I think I'm having second thoughts. Do better Starbucks, I go for the quality of drinks you provide.

Love the grilled cheese here. It’s good at every Starbucks I’ve been to, but this one I savored and the cheese pulled. If you want a gourmet flavored grilled cheese that you don’t want to make yourself, I highly recommend getting one here. I didn’t get a coffee this time so I’m not sure how those will be. This is definitely a Starbucks I would come back to.

These folks are great. Always friendly and some remember my name without me saying anything. They seem to be quicker here than other locations I go to and they are great to my 11 yr daughter. The employees at this location are why I keep going back. Thanks guys and gals 😊

Because the customer service is impeccable, the atmosphere is great. At this Starbucks, they truly make an effort to remember each customer's name and favorite drink. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and served quickly. The employees take special notice of any issue I've ever had and amend them quickly. Most notably, everyone seems to have a good attitude. That makes the in-store and drive-thru experience excellent and creates an inviting atmosphere. Good work!

I ordered a iced vanilla latte and it tasted rotten, I tried to call and no one answered the phone. It’s extremely disappointing when you pay $7 for a coffee and end up throwing it away because it tastes like something is spoiled.

This is a great location, easy off and on I-35 E in the Alliance area of Fort Worth. Drive thru always get my order right and provides courteous service.

My daughter just went and she got a strawberry açaí refresher and it was a little more then mid cup and I asked her why she didn’t say something and she said the atmosphere was very rude! I am very disappointed because this was for me and it looks like someone was drinking it disgusting! Down the drain it went!

I would give no stars, but giving one for effort. If I order Cinnamon Dolce Frappuccino, just tell me, we don't have it available, don't give me milk shake without any coffee in it. It's gross and I have to dump it. What a waste

I find the new hours highly inconvenient. I'm sure you had your reasons, but being you are no longer a convenience for me, if and when I do make it by, I will no longer ever tip. I was on the fence tipping before service anyway, I did it, but no longer will. Signed lost customer

Great service and friendly staff. Always seems kinda slow when I go though which isn’t always a good thing. I bet this location would get way more customers if they were open 24 hours a day. This area is known for its 24/7 warehouses and plus it’s right by an airport.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. This Starbucks is one of the best in the area and always clean.
