I stumbled upon Smart City Apartment Locators while using the app TikTok. I was impressed with the listings and locations that I wanted to use them to help me acquire my next apartment. After I submitted my information for a locator, I was paired with Brianna B. who was with me throughout the whole process. She asked me very detailed questions in regards to what I was looking for and how much I was Willing to pay. The discussion led into finances and neighborhoods; which expedited the process and gathering expectations to be met. Kirsten has been SO INCREDIBLE!! She’s been helping me search for an apartment since late October and I ultimately decided to stay put at my current place to start saving for a house. I recently worked with Sariah at Smart City and she was absolutely wonderful! She is friendly and warm, felt like I was just chatting with one of the girls. She’s well acquainted with properties and management companies and was incredibly helpful in navigating the behind the scenes of the search. She is detailed, takes my required amenities (and bonus wants!) into consideration, and was able to locate my dream apartment and help me through the search, tour, and application process (I move in next month!) I would, and have, recommend her to anyone who is needing help with moving in the area. I did the majority of my search through the holiday season and despite travel and holidays, she was able to maintain professional levels of communication. If you’re Sariah’s supervisor: give her whatever she wants. She deserves it!!

As a first time leaser, I had so many questions and concerns regarding apartment hunting. Serena and Steven from the smart city team were so helpful and easy to work with. they helped me find the perfect place within my budget and also assisted with utilities set up as well. The entire process was very smooth from start to finish, and they definitely put the customers needs first.

Man, my experience with Smart City Dallas has been amazing! I really appreciate responsiveness and consistency which is exactly what I got from Steve and Shelby. They were extremely patient and understanding and even helped me get everything set up in my new apartment. I would recommendation them to anyone and will use them on my next move.

Hailey Lofton was such an absolute gem to work with! She was in contact with me and touched base weekly to show me new options, discuss my thoughts, and set up tours for new apartments. I worked with her for two months and I am SUCH a picky renter… she made me feel so comfortable with the entire process and never pushed anything outside my preferences. She is the staple of professionalism and a great representation of how customer service should work in the renting process.
