    Went two times for back pain. Both times my treatment was very thorough. Second time they tweaked the meds and i felt 100 percent better. Love the friendly caring staff.

    went in without an appointment for a rash in my lower left leg and they checked me in as soon as I got there. They took my vital signs and was taken to a room where the physician came to see me in a matter of minutes. He examined my leg and explained me the course of action. A cortisone was given and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy that I picked up and began my treatment right away. Wonderful experience

    Very efficient and professional visit. Taken in at appointment time, intake questions and vital signs done by tech, physician was in my room in minutes, exam and plan of care explained, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Overall very pleased with this professional experience in under 45 minutes.

    Super nice staff there. I went and it was a little close to closing time. I'd expected to be in and out with a cold or flu diagnosis. Instead, I go very I'll in the room and almost passed out. The people there didn't hesitate to come to my aid. They did what they needed to to get me feeling better and keep comfortable. They were genuinely concerned for me. I was feeling better after a little while but they made me stay to make sure I was going to be ok. It was pretty late by the time I left, well past their normal hours. They didn't seem to mind at all. I wish I knew all of their names to give a shout out to them. VERY nice people. I'll not hesitate to go back if I need help. Follow up, I had been very sick the week before with bronchitis, then right after caught a virus and was completely depleted and dehydrated. They fixed me up and I'm doing much better

    The staff was kind and knowledgeable. That PA, Michelle Mackin, was one of the best PAs I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing. I say “displeasure” because who wants to be going to the doctor for a broken finger? She took time out to not only take care of the broken finger, but to go over vitals, which may or may not have been a little high on the blood pressure side. :). Recommend them 100%.

    Went in for a sinus infection. Staff is rude. Very curt. Mafe me ferl like I was an inconvenience to them. Doctor asked me if I thought it could be the flu or covid. I said that I didn't have body aches like the flu, but she could test for covid Her response was. "ARE WE DONE?," very dismissive.

    Absolutely lovely. I cannot remember the name of the doctor/nurse I saw, but after I was checked in, she came in and took my described symptoms seriously and told me that I needed an ER for tests they couldn’t provide. And she issued me a refund since she could not help me herself. She validated my pain, which turned out to be a gallbladder infection and stones, and referred me to an amazing ER in the area Advanced ER. They called me the next day to check on me and make sure I got care. They are wonderful and fast, and I am so glad I went to them, even if they couldn’t help me directly. Highly recommend.

    I did not schedule my appointment. Never-the-less, since I have been a patient of CityDoc for a number of years, my check in was simply an update of insurance. Front desk staff, and medical assistant were excellent, showed concern for me and had me ready to see the doctor in short order. The physician took care of my needs and concerns, and prescriptions.  Excellent experience! I would recommend CityDoc their staff and physicians to any one in need of urgent, timely care!

    Although we had to wait for a doctor, they were very kind and accommodating. Once doc arrived, appt was thorough. Very happy.

    City Doc was terrific. Short wait after we registered online.. very professional staff. They took immediate care of my problem and I’m following their excellent medical advice.. great to have them in our Neighborhood!! Martha Morguloff

    First time at this facility. Nice location, clean, inviting. Staff was nice, doctors were nice. It was a little busy, and they didn't have enough doctors so I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked. I took an Uber because I was in such pain with stomach cramps, my upper back hurt so bad and I was throwing up white foam. Result was I had white blood cells in my urine, bladder infection/UTI. Bummer!

    Got in to check 2 medical issues relatively quickly without an appointment. Communication was great, care I received was prompt and I can breathe easier knowing I just have the common cold. It’s a Blessing to have them so close to home and available to help you. Been several times and they are consistently good at meeting your needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment yet was seen quickly. Went for bloodwork. The tech took blood and I never felt a thing. I would recommend this facility

    This is our go to Dr and they are quick , no fuss, kind and right to the point in treating various cold/ flu drama that is common with the fall season. They’ve even squeezed in my 7 year old when his pediatrician was a couple days out. I’d amply recommend.

    $75 for a sticky note that says take Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Since I declined tests that would have been extra charge staff seemed bothered rather than willing to help.

    Despite my arrival 30min before closing, the staff was exceptionally nice and concerned about me. I don’t like visiting new places, but needed to be seen and they really made me feel welcomed, heard, and understood. I gladly return any time I’m in an urgent need for care.

    they never pick up the phone nor return the voice messages, it is especially challenging when you need to have your diagnosis forwarded to a specialist before making an appointment and you can't do anything about it and have to wait with a pain your stomach, so frustrating

    I’m not sure what the other reviewers were talking about. Maybe it was just because I went in the late evening. I had an appointment scheduled for 7pm, I made it at 6:50 they took my copay and I went straight to the back. I wasn’t there longer then 30 minutes total. Now that’s what I call an urgent care. Update: second visit today 5/19/22 appointment was at 1:40. I was in my car by 2:10. No lies🤷🏾‍♀️

    I would highly recommend EC This is the best urgent care experience I've ever had! Love their professional attitude! Courteous and attentive care. They explained everything step by step! Would definitely come here again.

    I had a good experience. We were in and out quickly. My only frustration is that they wouldn't even try to bill insurance and I had to pay the $130 for a urgent care visit just for a Covid test. Yet I had a friend who was there an hour earlier and they said they would build her insurance and if not we can bill her

    The visit was very quick and efficient! I particularly liked completing all the paperwork prior to the visit. The nurse practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. This was a far nicer experience than any other I’ve experience in similar facilities.

    Very efficient operation and super friendly staff. I appreciate the level of empathy, thoroughness, and care provided. The nurse practitioner and the intake Personnel were wonderful I like go on here a lot more than go onto my own doctor

    My son I have been going here for several years for the easy and normal challenges. These all seem to come up fast. Once you register online you can set up an appointment and the rest is a breeze...masks required. The employees are VERY helpful and kind and it's rare that we need to see a Dr., but when we do, I just call to see when one will be in and schedule the appt. accordingly.
