Amazing surgery. Always treat your concerns worries as a matter of urgency. Referred me so quick for my back and also when I found a lump. Made sure I kept coming in for regular appointments to follow up. Couldn't recommend them enough not just to myself but my whole family. Dr Whitelaw is amazing too 🙌👏

I have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years. I have to say that I am really happy with the care I receive from this surgery. I have never had cause to complain and Dr Vardhan is so caring and always puts me at ease when I am anxious about any health problems I have. Dr Whitelaw has recently joined this surgery and again he shows empathy and is very understanding. The reception staff are so helpful, nothing seems to much trouble. I have to say that during this pandemic they have been there throughout and the manager Craig is very knowledgeable and caring. The surgery is only small but I believe that this is good as you do not get lost in the system. All the staff and doctors are very caring and I would not hesitate to recommend this surgery.

Dr Vardhan has always been a fabulous GP. She has helped me with everything from mental health to prescriptions for minor illnesses. She is friendly and professional and really cares about her patients. The other Drs I have seen at the surgery have also been excellent referring quickly for tests throughout the pandemic. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been with this practice for many years, family have had a number of health issues recently and Dr Vardhan’s always responded quickly with appointments, diagnosis and referral for treatment. No issue getting follow up appointments the team are always helpful and supportive

Such a great efficient, friendly surgery. My son had a rash on his face, all the appointments for the day had been taken for the day as i rang at 8.20am. I spoke to a lovely receptionist called Sophie and asked if i could send pictures over via my GP email instead. Within 2 minutes of sending them i had an email back to say they had been sent over to Dr Vardhan for her to review them. Such a great practice.

I have a been a patient at this surgery for 60 years with various doctors over time. We now have Dr Vardhan who im am pleased to have known over the past 5 years. I have found her to be an excellent GP who gives good advise and spends time to listen to what i have to say in a caring manner.. Worst doctors ever you can never get through to the reception, tried doing ask my gp and then get told you can’t use this anymore so again try to get through to reception and you can’t. Absolutely awful doctors, only recently signed up to them as I moved from my other doctors but was probably the worst mistake I’ve made.

Dr Vardhan is an excellent GP, she recently had a face to face appointment with my Mum because she had an illness that was making her very anxious . Dr Vardhan escalated to all the relevant department consultants very promptly and within weeks all various tests have come back clear and my Mum is now feeling better, Thank you so much

I have a lot of respect for Dr Vardhan and I have confidence in the diagnosis whenever I go to see her. In my experience Dr Vardhan works hard to make sure she provides the best possible care and advice for her patients.

Dr Vardhan sorted out a skin condition that I had been suffering from for 9 years. All clear after 2 weeks. Also very professional and has time for you. Highly recommended.

I have been a patient here for more than 18yrs. I can truthfully say that from the Dr's, Leanne (nurse), Craig (practice manager) to the receptionists have always gone above and beyond for me. Nothing ever too much trouble. I've needed urgent appoinIents and last minute medication. Excellent GP practice. Can usually get an appointment relatively quickly and I find Dr Vardhan compassionate and very helpful.

Dr Vardhan always makes time to discuss all of your concerns, she is very helpful and understanding. All of the staff go the extra mile and are very pleasant and helpful. An outstanding practice with whom I have been with for many years.

I have been registered with this surgery for 4 years now and never had any issues. All the doctors and staff and very professional and helpful. Dr.Anupama herself is an amazing doctor, she takes her time to understand the problem and prescribes appropriate medication and refers to a specialist as soon as it is required. I consider Dr Vardhans Surgery to be best in class around the area I live. The level of service is excellent and the staff are professional. The environment is welcoming and conforting.

Awful surgery, with equally awful reception staff. Took nearly 4 whole days to get them to send me a amended fit note for work. I explained countless times that I needed it doing by a certain date to receive pay from work and was lied to twice. Was told it would be done on the Friday, it wasn't. Then again on a Monday was told it would be sent in the afternoon, it wasn't. I lost £250 for that month's pay due to them taking so long to sort this out. Disgraceful service and I'll never go back to this place again.

Great surgery with great service, clean and efficient. Dr Vardhan and the team are brilliant, easy to get appointments always respond to queries. Thankful for their amazing support through my cancer treatment helped make a tough journey a bit lighter.
