Literally just don’t order from here. No one answering the phone to see that they messed up an order. No cares given. As a food service worker this is just beyond messed up. My quesadilla had no cheese at all. The modified nachos didn’t have the meat that we payed extra for.

Not going to this location anymore. There's a black working there, that likes to assert her dominance, by making you repeat your order multiple times unnecessarily, and will not complete your order until she feels like you've waited a long enough period of time. This sounds crazy I know. But it's true. Every time I go there and her majesty is working the drive thru, the experience is always the same.

We have basically just started pretending this taco bell isn’t there. Last few times have had everyone pull around the building and then bring out orders randomly calling out possible food items in the bag. Nothing wrong with the food once we got it, but the wait isn’t really worth it

We ordered 4 Mexican pizzas, the tortilla pizza was extremely rancid and bitter, to the point that it was nauseating. We were worried that even a single bit works have made us sick. This is the 3rd time and unfortunately we wanted to give the store a second chance but definitely not again. Br careful when ordering Mexican pizza

Ordered Online for In-Store Pickup. Order said it was Ready but it wasn’t on their shelf. Like other reviewers, There was ZERO customer service or effort to help me find my order. Inside was a Mess. Bathrooms filthy. Manager on duty??? NO. Long-Story, Short, DONT BOTHER with this location. The Franchiser should have their license revoked. Shut this place down and stop wasting people’s time and money. NEVER returning to this location.

Why does no one open inside any more? Ever since covid it’s been a built in excuse or maybe laziness/ savings method/ low staffing thing…. But it’s ridiculous either way. I may begin not using fast food locations that keep their dining rooms closed. Wasting my time. They were also out of breakfast

The kids love taco bell. But after waiting MORE than 35 minutes for our meal when we were the only one in the store is unacceptable. Especially since we didn't even get our correct order - we were still missing 2 items. After we ordered more people came in. All just as frustrated by the slowness. One man left without his order. We have always called this taco bell the "slow" taco bell. We generally go out of our way to avoid because of this. But we were attending an event nearby, so that's where we went. Unfortunately.

I was in drive thru for 12 minutes one car in front of me with $14.00 order. I was told hold, after 12 minutes I drove off they never took my order this is third time in 2 weeks, time to close this one down. I called to complain they were laughing manager tiffany.

At night they tend to close early or they only offer very limited service. I came to the drive-thru to order one night, and they told me that they were taking DoorDash orders only

Taco bell is Taco bell, but I get such great service at this location. The loveliest lady with long black braided hair helped me at the window late, around 11 pm. I wish I got her name for the review. She was so polite and kind. Make her the manager.

Pro tip. Get the Fiesta Veggie burrito, fresco style without cheese, sour cream, and sauce. Make sure they leave the guacamole on it. Then, add potatoes. 👍🏾🌯

This location is very lazy I try to come here multiple times this month for the Taco Bell breakfast meal that is overly advertised all over TV however despite their business hours being opened at 8 AM every time I come here there are multiple cars here showing that people are working here and they refuse to answer the drive-through speaker and take any orders obviously they are just milking their time clocked in and not servicing any customers. This happened multiple times to me at the specific location even while sitting in the drive-through I had called multiple times and someone actually answered the phone and said they’re not ready to open yet I told them their business hours says open at 8 AM and they just hung up the phone on me other times when I tried showing up inside of the business hours and calling they just answer the phone and hang up so obviously people are inside just not working don’t waste your time here especially if it is for a meal break for your job
