They take their time to listen to what you have to say, and offer suggestions to better meet your needs, unlike other clinics. Kasandra is a gem. She is very professional at what she does, and she makes me feel better about myself just by talking with her. You can tell she loves her job. The first time I came, I was a bit nervous so Pam from guest relations came in and chatted with me during my procedure, and I couldn’t feel a thing. Small things like that make a big difference.
