I hadn't been in a dentist chair in 30 years, not because I didn't need care, but because my previous experiences were so bad I was unwilling to. The last few years had gotten progressively worse...broken teeth, multiple cavities, I decided I needed to do something about it. I began researching and ended up choosing West County Dental, and it turned out to be a wise choice. It goes without saying that Dr. Pete is amazing at what he does, and I fully expected that and was not disappointed. What really struck me was his staff. Every one of them was incredible. Knowledgeable, personable, and truly excelled at everything they did. They made it easier to see it through, and I'm very happy I did! Thank you to all who helped me get through the work that I needed.

Dr. Spalitto and his staff are awesome! I suffer from childhood trauma dealing with the dentist and put off seeing one for almost 20 years. The Doc and staff made feel as comfortable as humanly possible. They are kind, gentle and sincere. I had to have an extensive cleaning and four very long sessions for at least 12 crowns and 3 fillings. The Doc and staff were constantly checking in with me during procedures to see that I was doing OK. They were willing to stop working at any time and give me a break. The Doc even called me the day after each procedure to see how I was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. PS: the nitrous helped a lot

Two weeks before I left for school, I realized that my wisdom teeth were about to grow in which caused a good amount of pain on my lower teeth. One of my friends referred me to Dr. Spalitto, and seeing him has changed my view on going to the dentist. He cares tremendously about each patient, how they’re feeling, and their well being. I got my wisdom teeth removed through Dr. Spalitto and it went extremely well. I was able to return to my normal diet after just 4-5 days (with caution). Anytime I had a question or concern, I knew that West County Dental was just one call away. I got extremely lucky hearing about West County Dental and Dr. Spalitto, and will be becoming a regular patient.

West County Dental is truly so far and above any dental practice I’d previously been to. The front staff is polite-helpful-professional & welcoming. The hygienist & dental assistance are knowledgeable-friendly and have a way of putting one at ease from the moment you sit in the chair. Dr. SPALITTO is such a perfectionist-this ensuring he gives the utmost care-answering any questions thoroughly leaving you with a complete trust in his hands. I could not be more satisfied with West County Dental. They made my experience so comfortable and went out of their way to be accommodating. Dr Spalitto is so personable you’re love him from the very first time you meet him. If you have had a bad experience with a dentist in the past I recommend you try West County Dental. I promise you won’t be sorry. Update: Once again I have to give kudos to Dr. Spalitto and West County Dental. I talked to him about a concern I had on one of my visits. He tried to fix the problem but it didn’t quite work so he went above and beyond to figure out a solution. I had an appointment with him on Friday May 5th and I could have cried because I was so happy with the results. It has taken me a long time to be able to trust a dentist but I have to say, he is the first dentist that ever listened to me with his main goal only to make sure I was satisfied. I have a lifelong, deeply rooted fear of the dentist as well as a tangible "root ball" tangled around my jaw making extracting one of my wisdom teeth very difficult. I felt relieved that you have answers for my concerns that my previous dentist didn't. I think he was operating on a tight budget and had a hard time keeping help for very long. I made 5 visits in 4 months because my crown and bridge kept falling out so each time I went back I was charged more and more money. 3 weeks ago when I went for my bridge to be cemented back in, I said I hope I don't have to come back for awhile, and he said I didn't use cement because I want you to keep coming back.
