UPDATE
7/25/2023:
Do
not
expect
to
rent
here
and
be
treated
like
a
valuable
tenant
after
your
lease
is
signed!
The
office
staff
is
combative
and
argumentative.
Zero
accountability
is
taken
for
issues
on
the
property,
ex:
broken
stairs
being
left
for
months
in
the
walkways,
outside
vendors
not
cleaning
up
after
themselves,
carport
roofs
being
cleaned
off
and
all
of
the
debris
and
garbage
left
in
the
grass.
Requests
for
follow-ups
via
phone
and
email
are
not
completed.
Phone
system
puts
you
in
a
continuous
loop
without
an
actual
personal
interaction.
The
grounds
of
the
property
are
in
shambles
from
siding
falling
off
the
buildings,
to
windows
leaking,
to
the
irrigation
system
seeping
and
saturating
the
ground
causing
standing,
stagnant
water
to
draw
mosquitos.
From
2022:
The
management
of
this
property
has
declined
in
the
6
years
I've
lived
here.
The
current
property
management
focuses
solely
on
new
tenants,
with
little
to
no
regard
for
their
long
term
renters.
There
are
no
incentives
to
renew
your
lease,
only
rent
increases
year
after
year.
The
communication
from
the
office
staff
is
untimely
and
poor.
The
property
is
in
decline:
bad
windows,
gutters
falling,
siding
coming
down,
amenities
not
kept
in
working
order,
lighting
issues,
etc.
