This place was nice but new management is in the process of ruining it. The previous management did a stellar job. The new management have a fragile ego. They've become too lazy for basic services offered by the previous team such as package delivery. They are wasting everyone's rent with useless expensive projects that were done two years ago. Any complaint, or for example having your door knocked on needlessly at 7AM, is met with hostile, passive aggressive attitudes. If you're looking to live as a peasant for an angry landlord this is the place you've been looking for. Also you've charged me for pest control for 5 years but never once provided it since your arrival and you have rats living in the space between units.

Nice community. Very quiet. Town and country is a great neighborhood to live in. I have to echo the reviews of others and say new management does not have the excellent customer service skills that previous management did. They rushed my final walkthrough and did not inform me of everything I would be charged for beforehand so that my final bill wouldn’t have any surprise charges on it that weren’t already discussed. However, the biggest downside to staying here for me was the weak reinforcement of dogs being on leashes. I didn’t appreciate seeing a German Shepard running outside the complex without a leash on when I was trying to go for a walk or take out the trash. Not everyone feels safe around big dogs.

I can't say enough about willowbend especially their property manager, Jalisa. She has been absolutely amazing to work with, very positive, efficient, and ensures that all of my needs are addressed. Everytime I speak with her she's always in a bubbly mood! I love it here!

In aww of the great customer service we have received from completing the app to picking up the keys. You all have the perfect person running this place! Happy to now call it home!

The Willowbend management has been very helpful during the whole touring and application process. Chaya in particular has been very kind and flexible in helping us choose the perfect apartment. It has been a wonderful experience so far!

This had been a FANTASTIC place to live. I only had a week to find a place to live before relocating to St. Louis. Alexis made this process QUICK and easy. She answered all my questions(even when I sent them during the middle of the night😅) with pictures and plenty of detail! Along with the beautiful apartments that Willowbend offers Alexis made choosing to live here a no brainer. I’ve been a resident for three months so far and between Alexis and Terri(management) they have continued to provide the same level of great customer service I received when I was a prospect. I love my apartment, it’s in a nice area. It’s quiet but still close to small “city’s”. It has a lovely pool and plenty of sidewalks if I wanted to take a walk. I love it here!!

Close to freeway. A nice small apartment complex. Nice feature. Green environment with a lot of trees and flowers shrubs.

Alexis at Willowbend has made this place home! We moved here from Maine sight unseen, from the beginning Alexis was very professional, prompt and accommodating. At all hours Alexis made sure to answer all of my questions and help guide me to the right apartment. I put all my trust into Alexis moving here and she delivered beyond expectations. Living in Willow Bend is wonderful it is very peaceful and a great location! In my own opinion the only thing missing here is a dog park!
