    I lived there for two year. It was great location. When I moved in there was severals things missing from the apartment. The apartment was not ready.I cleaned myself and I notified their staffs about old carpet and stains all over the apartment. The closet door was missing and it only took almost 3 months to fix it. The carpet had safety pins and nails coming out on several place. My wife got serious injured one time. I notified their staffs about it. The matainenec guy even told me this carpet is beyond old. They should have change that for you and made several attempts to fix it. Well, it bother me so much we hired a person to fix all those pins and made liveable. The sad part was I already moved and I had no option other than fix it. We, had several matainenec issues which took longer than 2 months to fix it. We fix a lots of minor stuffs ourself. I had to buy most of bulb when I moved in as well. The good part, they have two swimming pool, nice office and fitness center. Though, most of the equipments are tearing apart. Also, it is located absolutely the best place in St. Louis. The bad part, their manager who has office behind the window door who is abosulute ruthless I went couple of times with some issue she did not bother to solve it. She need to learn every business needs good costumer relationship. I do like to shout out for Assistant Manager Amy. She helped me a lot. I know she is under bad management and her hands are tight. I would love to see her behind that window room one day. She deserved it. The last part, the reason I post here is I want to make everyone aware I just moved out and I got move out bills. There are several utilities bills which acccording to them they are always 2-3 months behind on their utilities.Also, my surprise I need to pay for carpet cleaning and master bed room cleaning. Well, I would not mind to pay it if it was given in great condition to me. When I moved out I even vacuum and cleaned every single place of that apartment. So, basically I gave them that apartment in better shape than I was given and I have no other options than pay the final bills. Though, they did remove carpet stain cleaning fee which was there when I moved in. I am glad I had the original inspection!!!

    I moved into Waterfront Crossing last week, and it has been such a smooth transition. We were nervous to move in after reading reviews, but we've experienced nothing but great customer service and our apartment is perfect for us. I've submitted two maintenance requests, and they've been resolved within a couple days. Emily Sinn has been amazing during our move-in process. Thank you for helping us find our home!

    Waterfront Crossing was one of the worst places I have ever lived in. Please stay away from this place. Check out other places like Haven on the Lake for similar pricing and much better experience. When I first moved in, the condition of the place is outlined in the attached images. The heating system was not working all winter (took them 5 months to finally get it fixed after I moved in in October). The refrigerator was first leaking and then they fixed the leak but broke the refrigerator. Overall took about 3 months to get the refrigerator fixed. There was also a leak in the ceiling when I first moved in and the fence separating me and my neighbor was broken. Some shelves in closets were missing, the screen door in the patio was out of place, and some of the blinds were broken from the windows. I know the price is attractive but please do some more research before moving in here. The office staff is extremely lazy and condescending while the maintenance staff is overworked and underpaid. I still do not understand how this townhouse passed an inspection by the city of Creve Couer but I have not found a method to verify if it has.

    BE SAFE Need a property manager and maintenance manager to care about the tenants. New decks were installed, but the doors were not installed correctly and were never fixed. Filled services requests to be fixed and just kept being marked as completed. While living there, I was working on my car, which i later i found out i was not allowed to do. The way i found out is the maintenance manager walking up and kicking my left while i was underneath the car and just starts going off about I can't do that here. Next, the move out period was horrible! We notified Waterfront the day we would be leaving and two weeks later i contacted them to do a check on what all is needed again and they tell me no notice was put and tried to say I have to say another 60 days ( pay to more months of rent) on top of the two weeks I've already stayed. When I was on a month to month contract anyway. I finally get a move out date settled after constant refusal on their end. After moving out, we received a move out balance that was outrageous. When we asked Waterfront for clarification, they told us to check our lease, so we asked for a copy and was told THEY LOST OUR LEASE! After stating that, they stopped responding and sent our accout to collections when all we asked for was a copy of the lease and clarification. Finally during my last month of living there my car was stolen out of the parking lot. Filing the police report, the office mentioned they have told Waterfront to get security, but they refuse to. Clearly you all did not read my message. How can you supply my lease now when u pervious stated your company lost it.

    I just moved out of Waterfront and received a $200 carpet cleaning fee from red stains that were already there. I emailed them to dispute it, and they emailed me back saying I was responsible for notifying them of the stains. When I emailed back saying they were responsible for giving me a clean apartment, they didn’t respond. Meaning they must have known about the stains. I was never informed about letting them know of any issues with the apartment. The stains were clear as day, don’t know how they missed it cleaning the apartment. Don’t recommend this to anyone.

    I went to this apartment today to inquire about a 2 bedroom. It's a nice property overall, however the up keep is horrible! I saw the different apartment styles they offered. I toured the guest house. The exercise equipment in the fitness center was dirty. It was a big hole in the ceiling in the extra workout room. The walls and doors were stained. The bathroom in the guest house had food in the sink and stains everywhere. Even the windows were dirty. Last but definitely not least. They have a movie theater that residence could use, which is great. However the furniture is disgusting!!! It was food, any stain you could think of on those chairs. Initially I was kind of excited about this place. It makes me wonder what kind of tenants they have. I don't know why haven't the tenants complained about the conditions of the guest house. If you don't complain about the up keep, they will not change anything. Half of what I look for in an apartment are the amenities. Let me tell you, I wouldn't touch those amenities with a ten foot pole. For that I will be going elsewhere.

    Worst experience ever. They show you a renovated apartment and tell you that you might get one that is renovated and you might not. Of course you get the not renovated apartment. They are disgusting. They claim they are clean, but it is "cleaned" by one of their office staff. Apartment reeked of cigarette smoke. The pool was closed all last summer because of a lack of life guards in the area. This year the pool was open. There were no lifeguards. The laundry room is disgusting. When you move out they charge you for things that were wrong with the apartment when you moved in. The office staff is awful. Do not move here.

    Surprised About The quality I moved in years ago but I had to move I stayed for 10 years when you walked when the house is nice and clean 🫧 they try there best to clean it because people don't clean and replace things when moving out but they try they best like maintenance they barely have workers and ac works fine and it not they problem that Ac is broken these kids around in this complex jam stuff and people Ac unit and they have a nice Laundromat but dirty because people don't clean up and nice gym when you can workout then worse part people never clean up they dog/cat poop but it's nice 👍🙂 recommend And kids who go to schools like Bellerive elementary,Ross elementary,Northeast Middle School,North High School and these are parkway school districts (DON'T HAVE TO READ WHOLE THING)

    Staff is top notch, very friendly and accommodating. I ended up not moving there but the staff along the way was far superior to other complexes I visited in the area. I loved the wildlife I saw around the grounds and the lake views.

    I made my Application for those apartments, the truth is I put 5 stars with my eyes closed. They are very beautiful, I hope I can live there 🙏
