I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted immediately when entering the building. The environment was clean and stylish environment. I was offered a beverage. I was called back to a stylist chair fairly quickly. My stylist was Jenny. She discussed in detail my haircut, beard trim, and lining with a straight razor. I said I wanted a 1 buzz cut all over the head. She took time to describe 3 different one blades with on including a guard. She took the time to understand what I wanted for my beard. She was professional, kind, and kept good conversation going. She communicated everything she was doing before doing it. I’m very happy with my hair cut, and more thrilled with the way my beard looks. I will return to see Jenny.

I stopped in without an appointment. The front desk person asked if I had one. I said no, and she asked if I wanted to make one. I said is there anyone available now to give me a haircut. Gail came over to greet me once the dialogue ended. I asked if they are still honoring the veteran special. They said yes. Great customer service so I’m bumping it up to 5 stars. ————————— I’ve been trying to find a new saloon/stylist ever since my old one moved away. So far, Hair Saloon is the best I’ve tried. It’s currently $35 for a haircut with shampoo and scalp massage, which is reasonable. They allow booking online which is a big plus. You get a complimentary beverage when you arrive: coffee, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, water, and beer available in the afternoon. Two reasons why it’s not 5 stars: 1) While the scalp massage was nice, it was done before rinsing my hair. Every other place I’ve gotten one, they either do the massage while rinsing or after rinsing, never before. So I could feel all my little pieces of clipped hair being rubbed over my neck. 2) I didn’t realize until after I left that they overcharged me… the premium haircut (normally $35) is supposed to be $30 in the morning but they still charged me $35. Overall though, it was good and I’ll be back.

Service is always perfect but the A/C is broken. Nothing like getting a haircut with sweat in my eyes. Please fix it so I can come back and have better experience!!

First time I came to Hair Saloon was 5 minutes after I got a terrible haircut from Sports Clips. I couldn’t imagine them being able to fix my hair but they somehow pulled it off. Been going here ever since
