I’ve known Chrissy for years and she has always put her clients first. I noticed my hair was starting to thin, and I looked into hair extensions, then I thought about a wig, I remembered that Chrissy had changed her focus for her career towards hair loss for women. She sold wigs, she sold hair toppers, and I called her to get some advice on what I can do. I told her I was thinking about the extensions and she told me that extensions would not give me the results that I was looking for that extensions were not the correct path. This is when she talk to me about products that will help slow the hair loss and regrow hair bringing my hair back to the volume I had in previous years. She didn’t try to upsell she didn’t try to get me to purchase things that I didn’t need nor was I prepared to purchase. She took the time to educate me on why my hair was thinning.
