I attended a buying event at Lyla jewelers in oak lawn and was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the event thing and was/am going to give 5 stars and positive review regardless of pending/check stuff. I appreciated not being treated like an idiot, not given the usual run around etc. My personal experience was prompt, honest, mostly reasonable, and quick and to the point in a classy unpatronizing manner. I value that will / would recommend and point my contacts in N.Rarities direction before ANY other pawn shop, online swap, exchange, or any other similar operation.

We worked with Ian who did a fantastic job and was both quick and thorough. We walked in with a full box of items that we had no information on and he was able to let us know what was worth something and what was just costume jewelry so that even the items they weren't buying at this time we knew to hold on to. He was very professional while also being personable and we enjoyed working with him.
