I love my local Domino’s Pizza!! Charrod prepares my pizza’s to perfection. And delivery drivers are always timely and pleasant. Domino’s on Lackland road in Overland, MO is the BEST!

Customer service management and ownership by owner Sam. H h They deliver me wrong food twice. I contact them about it. The second time the owner told he does not have to do anything about it. That's not his problem, not his fault. And I contacted them right after I got ithey wanted me to wait to eat my other food or or I delete my breast sticks by the soup. The owner got ignorant with me. Hung up the phone on me. No I can't even order food from there.

Placed order at a bit before 9:45 last night to the Lackland location. Nothing was said about delivery issues. After a 45 min wait I called to inquire. Was told it would be a two hour wait. Just a wee bit irritated at level of incompetence. I would have expected to be advised of labor issue and delivery problem at time of order placement. Roommate went over and picked them up. The pizzas were very good tho. Just need to let customers know about any delivery issues.

Food was hot and made like I wanted it first time at this location very pleased

This place is the worst. The times are always off and slow. The staff is rude and not helpful. And when you have issues you have to call a whole different number and leave a voicemail just to get told the same thing again. I will NEVER make the mistake of ordering from this location again.

Always have great service from them, notes are followed for delivery instructions and the food is always fresh and correct. Can't beat the Domino's deals either.

Fastest delivery ive ever had from a pizza place, placed and order and it was delivered to the shop in less than 15 mins(im 5 mins away) they must of ran that baby out the door

I went in and asked about the special I was told that it was $7.99 for a two topping medium I get home I look at the receipt it was $14 nobody said a word about having to order two pizzas to get the deal we'll never go back there the lady I talked to about my concern was really cold about it done with Domino's
