Very clean and nice Dunkin. Service was friendly and we got great tasting fresh doughnuts even though it was the end of the day.

Can’t believe they gave me a sandwich I couldn’t eat. Why give a customer a burnt sandwich instead of making it over! Not going back

I want to love this Dunkin because I live in walking distance! Unfortunately, this Dunkin is just bad all around. The workers are always rude, enough to kill the fun vibe of a weekend morning coffee :(. I would highly recommend below local coffee shops in the area instead: Exit 11 coffee shop Maypop coffee and garden shop The daily Bread

I went through the drive thru and no one answered after at least 5 minutes. I pulled around and was yelled at by the employee through the window that they were closed (they weren’t). She didn’t even open the window. When I said politely that they weren’t closed, she finally opened the window and continued to yell that it was a shift change and they weren’t open. She was exceptionally dismissive and rude. I have worked a drive thru, and never once did we close when it was time to change the drawer over. I completely understand that sometimes issues come up and you can’t serve - but that could have been communicated over the speaker when I pulled up if that was the case. I will not go back to this location, it looks like this is pretty typical here based on reviews.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. They were out of any kind of chocolate doughnuts at 8am. Ordered a bagel sandwich and hash browns. Hash browns were burnt and soggy and sandwich was dry and inedible. Staff were laughing inside and asked what I ordered twice before I finally got my food. I would not recommend going to this place.

Google Maps says that they are open until 2pm. It is 1pm, and we went to get some food. However, when we arrived, they said they closed at 12pm yet attempted to take our order anyway, and didn’t have any of the food things available besides donuts (we wanted avocado toast/hash browns). When we got to the window, we paid and the lady gave us our items. However, she quickly gave them to us then shut the drive through window without saying anything. I wish the employee would have been a little nicer to us rather than seeming completely inconvenienced.

They need help because serving because they gave us someone else order and said here's the rest of your food....PERIOD 👎

Glad I was paying attention. Worker dropped part of my order and was totally just going to pick it up and put it in my bag till he saw me watching.

Received wrong order. Staff appeared to be lost regarding customer service.

Placed an order on the mobile app for two pumpkin donuts and when we went to pick it up she said they were out. I asked for a refund and she said “we can’t do that, you have to do it through the app.” There’s actually no clear way to request a refund on the app and she couldn’t give me any direction. I said, “so you don’t have what I ordered, but you can’t issue me a refund, so you just get to keep my money?” And she said, “well, you can come tomorrow morning and get them.” Um, I literally live 40 minutes away so that’s not possible. She finally offered me other donuts, but that’s not what I wanted. Seems suspicious that you “can’t issue refunds” but you can sell a product on the app you don’t have in stock. She was not empathetic at all, quite rude in fact. Very unfortunate experience and I will continue to pursue this because this unethical business practice. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I order a butter pecan cold coffee and I didn't taste nothing but coffee. I knew I should've never made that order when I seen the Indian workers. They are so stingy!
