Customer service is HORRIBLE! I have received rotten food multiple times! So editing my review from 7 months ago and things have not been any better! My driver that delivers my products said "It's normal to receive rotten produce." EXCUSE me! No it is not!

Polite and professional young lady at the guard shack. Be careful going in, and watch the pothole (sink hole) on the way out. It is dangerous. Hopefully, they will address it sooner than later. I was 1.5 hours early for my appointment. I received a door immediately. 2.5 hours later I was leaving the facility with them having unloaded 56 pallets of mixed foods from my trailer. Plenty of room to back in to the docks. Only a port a potty in the parking lot. I didn't need to use it, thankfully! I'd repeat this place.

This is a very easy on and off DC to get to. However don't expect the guard to be gushing at your arrival, very indifferent, but that's fine. Got our dock door very quickly and great access. The one thing you will be reminded of over and over is do not leave your truck. In addition ( and a complete surprise considering this place is beautiful) they have absolutely no driver facilities whatsoever except a port-a-john which was horribly maintained. We did wait over three and a half hours for only 13 pallets ( 1/4 of the 53' trailer). The lumper fees are a bit steep at $125.00 and again you are reminded via text to never leave your truck. This of course furthers the trend that drivers are somehow not on par with other lifeforms. The three stars are for the awesome lady( Capstone employee) that brought out our final paperwork. The major surprise is when leaving the facility just outside the guard shack there is a massive pothole at least 8foot wide six feet long that could pass for a sinkhole. It could definitely do severe damage to low bumpers, tires and equipment! ( See photo). There is NO way to avoid this if you are pulling a trailer. Overall a well maintained facility but don't expect the welcome wagon.

Avoid this place, they are very lazy to do their own work, it takes them 8 hours to download their product 👎👎👎👎👎

Cannot arrive before 0500. Wear HI/VIS VEST. Guard shack will check you in; he was a friendly. Assigns dock door. Easy to back in. Friday morning and only 2 OTR drivers here. Appt at 0500, door assigned when arrived. Unloading within 15 min. Lumper comes out to get your bills, text message link to pay lumper. He brings back bills to you. Easy in and out.

Appointment was at 11 am. Driver checked in 8:43 am - got door right away. Got lumper request at 9:49 am. Empty at 10:00 am Granted - we only had 6 pallets - but it is nice to get unloaded ahead of appointment Had some bad experiences in the past and were avoiding this place. Looks like us giving them a second chance - was a great decision! Facility is nice and clean! Thank you to the unloading team!

I parked to sleep behind Marshall's Dept Store just on the other side of I-170 ... no body bothered me ... Wingstop near by ... U can also park on rd next to bldg, Crystal Industria dr ... OTR deliveries start at 5am

Not bad took 3hr unloading dry load no overnight parking not even street also be careful exit lane have big pothole can damage truck n trailer security lumper r very nice

I’m giving 1 star because the guard was sarcastic my appointment was 0500 I show up approximately 1 hr 15 minutes early and he tells me to come back at 5 when I asked where I could go park he sarcastically said I have no idea. He was not professional and sarcastically rude. He needs to be reprimanded for his conduct…Capstone takes there time leaving your doors open so your next delivery load has a chance of getting ruined, it’s like they don’t care about nothing but themselves

One of the best us foods I've ever delivered to, they assign you a door at guard shack then you back in and they come get your paperwork and you pay the lumper fee online then they bring everything out to you once they are done, easy in and out

Reviews were right. In and out quickly. Entrance/ Exit kinda tight but after that it's wide open. A lot of room to maneuver around.

Cane in 5am. For 5am app. Guard very nice at entrance. Given a door. Took them 5h to take 7 pallets. Very slow with no proper organization and driver notification. Not rly satisfied. Idk if there is overnight.

First time here, and I must say. This is the FASTEST US Food's I've EVER been to! 3.5 pallets out, from docking to exiting 1.5hrs. Every US Food's, ESPECIALLY in California should take notes! Took Cali in LA 4hrs for 3 pallets. Keep up the good work and thank you for hiring employees with work ethics! Lumper fees were VERY reasonable! Oh, your security guard should be spoken to, sleeping on the job is a sign of either, laziness, complacency or just idgaf mentality. Other than that, I enjoyed my delivery experience here.

Nice sign for the trucks and smooth entry at gaurd shack got into my door with no drama just hoping the unload time is equally as good.

Always fast when I come here, nice people. It is one of the better US foods. Actually hard to believe they are a US Foods. Nothing for drivers here but a port a John that no human should be made to use. Do better, drivers are human beings that keep you in buisness

Security woman very nice very attractive lol loved her watch but seriously a whole day early and I was given a door right away and unloaded

Was a driver here. Brought a friend as a referral to work here and was told by my boss there was a $1500 referral bonus, once my friend was hired HR tells me they took the payout away and aren’t doing the bonus anymore. I’m already getting overworked and underpaid, now they can’t afford to pay a bonus after I brought them another driver that’s gonna make them money. Then I come to work and my trailer and truck lights don’t work, brakes vibrating abs lights on dash, steering wheel shaking. Dispatch doesn’t care, mechanics don’t fix anything, supervisors don’t do their job and follow up. Very unsafe work environment. Trucks are all OOS if DOT checked. Management doesn’t care about you or your problems. Conversation always inaccurate when it comes to money. Find somewhere else to put the work in these people playing too many games. You can wake up not be able to walk and they’ll write u up for calling in.

Interview process takes forever. Then in the end they'll say one thing then have you wait weeks just not to hire you. They couldn't even tell me to my face, over the phone or thru email, just an automated message.

I sow the review they are fast loaded and unloaded, I didn't get this fast service. I got Dock 06am until now 11:20am still on Dock check out 11:45am unluckily am loses the next pick-up Appt.

Had 10 pallets, got a door immediately and got unloaded within an hour or so. Guys were friendly, wouldn't mind coming back
