This
is
a
very
easy
on
and
off
DC
to
get
to.
However
don't
expect
the
guard
to
be
gushing
at
your
arrival,
very
indifferent,
but
that's
fine.
Got
our
dock
door
very
quickly
and
great
access.
The
one
thing
you
will
be
reminded
of
over
and
over
is
do
not
leave
your
truck.
In
addition
(
and
a
complete
surprise
considering
this
place
is
beautiful)
they
have
absolutely
no
driver
facilities
whatsoever
except
a
port-a-john
which
was
horribly
maintained.
We
did
wait
over
three
and
a
half
hours
for
only
13
pallets
(
1/4
of
the
53'
trailer).
The
lumper
fees
are
a
bit
steep
at
$125.00
and
again
you
are
reminded
via
text
to
never
leave
your
truck.
This
of
course
furthers
the
trend
that
drivers
are
somehow
not
on
par
with
other
lifeforms.
The
three
stars
are
for
the
awesome
lady(
Capstone
employee)
that
brought
out
our
final
paperwork.
The
major
surprise
is
when
leaving
the
facility
just
outside
the
guard
shack
there
is
a
massive
pothole
at
least
8foot
wide
six
feet
long
that
could
pass
for
a
sinkhole.
It
could
definitely
do
severe
damage
to
low
bumpers,
tires
and
equipment!
(
See
photo).
There
is
NO
way
to
avoid
this
if
you
are
pulling
a
trailer.
Overall
a
well
maintained
facility
but
don't
expect
the
welcome
wagon.
