Turns out it was my fuse pump.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The reason for 3-stars is given the you’re great technicians. The front desk personnel is very abrasive and short when you for assistance but still able to make personal phone calls. I went to get an oil change for my vehicle and when it was finished the factory settings were back on the dashboard and I unfortunately did not know how to reset to the setting I wanted. I went back to ask for help and the front desk was upset at me that I needed help as though it was an inconvenience. One of the technicians , Darryl or Dale went and helped me reset it which I appreciated. Please hire new customer service if you want the business to be successful because as of now the customer services is TERRIBLE and I will be choosing Firestone next time.

    All I wanted to do was get an inspection done, was told my windshield was tinted on my car and I told them I took it off already but I guess they know better than I do whether I removed it or not. They didn't even bother to go look at it up close. There is in fact NO tint on the windshield other than the strip taking up 10% of the glass on top so I could see how it would appear it's tinted but they didn't even want to double check. The service just seemed very dismissive and I don't think I'll be coming back here.

    They are good in doing service, but not in communication. I want there for emissions and asked do you know what is the waiting time and they told they don't know. (they don't make appointment ahead) It took 2 hours and I got so tired sitting there, and waist 2 hours. Finally they did my emissions in less than 10 minutes.

    I have always used middas (20+ yrs) because of their nationwide coverage. We use wentzville middas and they r awesome. My son had a flat today in overland mo. They refuse to honor the nationwide coverage and said they dont have to, EVEN THOUGH they carry midas name. They chg my son $30 to plug a tire which would have been free w my coverage. I verified with wentzville who said they shpuld have honored my coverage in order to carry middas name. Jamie is who was very rude to my son and refused to call midas. I called back and got a jamie who said she is officer mgr and didnt help my son and said they dont honor tires. I asked for her district mgr ahe said she doesnt know who that is and REFUSED to help. This is unacceptable. I have spend thousands at midas. I love wentzville, but overland shouldnt be allowed to carry the name and needs to honor what is advertised. They just use the Midas name but dont follow protocol of what is required at all. WENTZVILLE MIDAS IS THE BEST. THEY HONOR ALL OF MIDAS NATIONWIDE WARRANTY LIKE THEY SHOULD. I have heard them work w illinois and kansas city midas numerous times while I have been there. Plus their customer aervice is ourlt of this world, as well as techs, managers,etc. OVERLAND MIDAS IS FRAUDULENT!!!!!!

    We had a gasket repaired here and had to bring it back 2 weeks later with oil leaking. They took accountability for a mistake that was made and repaired it at no charge. This just doesn't happen in this day in age. Appreciate the integrity and will return!

    Went in the receptionist “Jamie” was speaking with a customer I waited and explained i did not see something on their list but I needed a couple of repairs done…. She calls mechanic “Jamie “ and tells him what I need he looks me up & down looks at the list and says “NO! We’re not gonna do that! “ how rude! If you don’t want to do the work that’s fine… but there is a better way to say it with the customer there… so much for shopping local…. I imagine had I been white I would have been treated better… this city is trash

    As usual I waited until the end of the month to get my car inspected. Couldn't get in ANYWHERE. An employee at a Car X sarcastically said "Good Luck' as I was exiting. I drove less than a mile to Midas and got right in and it was done before I even finished my soda! The gentleman in line ahead of me was there for the same thing and was shocked when they told him he was done. Yea Midas you have won my business from now on 👍

    Man! Fastest oil change I've ever had in my life. These ppl don't play around. Literally had my car done by time I signed a paper and paid. Maybe took 10-15 mins at most. Definitely recommend 👍🔥🔥🔥

    Walked in for emissions and received immediate service. Saw me even when other shops on the area were either closed (speedemissions) or saying they were booked until tomorrow Orr even next week (carx, Dobbs, Firestone etc). Would recommend.

    Young person at front desk is rude. I guess her husband is the manager. So, there's always away around rudeness. I attempted to get car fixed. She was so rude. So when I got the appraisal of the work to b done they still denied me becuz I called her out of her name. Well your shop lost $1100 order n I hope u have days full of angry customers n rude ghetto west side queens.

    I was shopping online for tires because I recently bought a brand new set of front tires and for some reason it wore the side down very quickly so I got online to shop for a new tire and get an alignment done I came across their website and noticed that their alignments were pretty decent price and the tire selections they had online were pretty reasonable and prices. So I ordered my tires and it confirmed that this location would have them or could do it for that price. When I got there the lady said they only had two selections for me to choose from both of them were three times the amount that I was looking for. Highly disappointed. I would recommend calling before you even try ordering service online through this company. Waste of my time

    Went on a few months ago they had no idea how to fix the problem. Went to get it towed however the car broken into and steering column destroyed. Like a fool went back today told to busy to do an inspection today or tomorrow, they don't take appointments. If you like bad service this place is for you.

    99 dollars for full synthetic is crazy, when Wentzville charges 79 and you get a free tire rotation....soon as I saw 99 dollars, I thought something extra was coming with it, because I knew that wasn't the typical price. I know each location chooses their prices, but know your customers, know what neighborhood you're in and act accordingly, I knew better so I left. But people that live out here only knows your prices..I'm not saying give handouts, but don't bite the hand that feeds you, respectfully

    I went to Midas to get a replacement battery and I got the run around. My car has been sitting for a few months nothing major was wrong with it but me having a cracked windshield, cracked headlight cover, the horn not working and the back break light out. Little minor things. I had service in Michigan and had a warranty on the battery. The lady at the front desk gives me a call saying it's the car key so I called a locksmith to meet me at the location he told the lady the same thing he thought it was the fuse box or the starter. I had to charge the car up to get it to Midas and I had to charge it up to get it off their property. They lied saying the put a new battery on and when I took it to a different location they said it's not the keys for things I already knew I needed it's the battery. So I spent 300 for things I didn't need. Yes I'm very unsatisfied cause I've been with Midas in Michigan for 6+years for all my vehicles all the lady at the deck could say was take it to the dealership like really if you didn't want to give me a new battery that's all you had to say instead of lying to me. Had nothing printed out on what she felt was wrong with it. So yes I'm a very angry customer. If this is how they treat new residents I'd hate to see how you treat others.

    Took my old truck to Midas to have them reattach the muffler clamp. They stated they didn't work on old vehicles. It has an updated engine and drive train. So I went Meineke 2 blocks away got it fixed in 5 minutes.

    Went to get a nail hole patched. I waited about 2.5 hours, but was just thankful someone could fit me in same day. Everywhere else I called would only accept if the car was dropped off and couldn’t guarantee it would be done same day. The did great! Comfortable with the waiting room, tv playing, complimentary coffee.

    Kevin was very friendly on the phone and even more friendly in person. I received fast service, and after checking three other places, Midas was honest, and the cost was fair and much better than the other quotes! Midas has the "touch!"

    Horrible customer service! Upon getting my vehicle serviced their wifi went out which made them not be able to accept card payments. The wifi went out way before they serviced my vehicle & didn't let us know that cash would be the only payment accepted. They kept my vehicle overnight (which caused me to miss work next day). Then next day comes & THEY DIDN’T EVEN CONTACT US TO LET US KNOW THEIR WIFI WAS BACK WORKING ! I HAD TO CALL CORPORATE TO MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT MAINLY BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T OFFER A DISCOUNT/ COMPENSATION FOR ME MISSING WORK BECAUSE THEIR WIFI WENT OUT. It was a midas problem overall and i totally understand things happen but the least they could have done was offer 15% off the total. Don’t come here if you plan to use card payments because its a chance their wifi will shut off & they will keep your vehicle until you have cash or until their wifi shuts back on!! 00000 all across the board .

    Dropped off a car. There is a mask mandate in the region, but the employees are violating it by not wearing mask, do not require others to, and actively discourage the use by customers. If they don't care about your health, why should you trust them with your car. Basically find another shop with professionals that will follow the law and care about your life and wellbeing.

    Went today to get an alignment and the technicians told me it was not possible on my 2010 mazdaspeed 3. I have had alignments done in the past. My dealer will gladly take care of it. Never going again.

    On January 11 2021 I arrived to Midas at exactly 7 am. When I entered the store I noticed that 2 customers that has also arrived at the time of opening did not have mask on. The gentleman who helped me get my service logs in also waited on me with no mask while still allowing the customers to set in the lobby maskless. During my wait the other service tech came into the lobby to get coffee, spoke to the gentleman waiting by his name and looked over at me as if I wasn't also setting there at all. When my truck was finished, the second tech checked me out also walking around the shop as well as the customer waiting area with out a mask at all. I did not feel safe during my waiting and will not be returning. I understand maybe while working the techs may not be required to wear a mask but once they enter the waiting area why are they not putting mask on before waiting on guest. I felt it was very rude as well as inconsiderate of others by the employees of this location. I run a business in the healthcare field so I talk the matter very serious, serious enough to not to visit this location again.

    It was first come first serve I get that, yet I was passed over by another customer and when I asked how much longer for my car to be ready I was told another customer in front of me. I address first come first serve to attendant she they must have gotten out of order. No apology.

    All the people seem very friendly. Honest shop. My ex use to work here and I still go back because they are so straight forward.     My husband went on Saturday to see why the car was making different sound they charged us $213 for the exhaust and that was not the problem so we are back back this morning now they talking about $350 for one wheel bearing no discount for the inconvenience
