I’ve been doing business with Tom at Crestwood Coin & Jewelers for nearly 30 years. From coins, silver bars, to semi-precious jewelry, watches, chains, diamonds and everything in-between it truly is one-stop shopping. Tom always greets me by name! I refer all my family and friends. My Wedding ring is absolutely gorgeous and he always takes the time to clean and coat it when I am there. I appreciate the extra time and service. Every few years, I clean out a pile of gold or silver jewelry I no longer wear and Tom always gives me a fair price! I always find something I want and it keeps me coming back for more! He takes the time to educate you on the process for nearly everything, he’s extremely knowledgeable and it’s really quite amazing. I would never go anywhere else. The shop is usually busy and it sometimes requires extra patience and time but trust me, it’s worth it! Crestwood Coin & Jewelers is my go-to place for it all. Many thanks to his amazing staff as well—they are all friendly and super helpful.

We have dealt with Tom for many years. We have always had cash in hand, never asked for any special treatment. The last time. and I do mean The Last time visiting Crestwood Coin and Jewelry, I asked about a previous 10 oz. silver bar purchase which was made with several others bars at this same time but this one came in a ziplock baggie.. all the others came as they should , in a factory sealed container. WE paid premium dollar for this purchase and felt this was not acceptable. Tom has always been fair and easy to deal with, until today, Tom exploded ! Began yelling about people expecting him to put out money or If he could can even get any bars.....It was busy when this took place. Numerous customers made comments. As I walked toward the door, a lady sitting waiting for her turn looked at me, with eye brows raised. I shrugged my shoulders and exited. Never to return. He has lost a very good long-time loyal customer .

Awesome staff, the have a fantastic selection on rings of various minerals. just a lil bummed I spent 60 bucks on a sterling silver ring that needs to be repaired. The band is cracked on one side and catches my hair in the cracks, and the other side is staring to as well. It’s beautiful! But I now need to seek out a silversmith

Tom fixed some items for me in the past and the work was good. However, 1 necklace piece broke in the exact place where it was originally broken when I tried putting it on after bringing it home. I explained to Tom this issue, but he didn't believe me, and told me my necklace was no better than scrap. Of course he's going to say that so i would accept his next to nothing offer on it! 🙄The necklace broke in the first place because it was in a knot. I put on the necklace using no force and the link slipped out like it was only replaced in the link but the jeweler forgot to solder. With how disorganized this place is, and how scatterbrained the jeweler is, i imagined something like this happening before it happened, but my mother insisted he was good and to take it back to him but he charged $45!! To solder a 2mm chain! Not honest! NOT again! He won't call when your piece is done. Take a look for yourself the disaster this place is you'll know the minute you walk in the door and the staff take over an hour to recognize you're even there. Rays Jewelers near south county mall will solder gold chains for $25 not 45 like this place. It was a RIPOFF TOM! NEVER AGAIN!

Got some jewelry appraised for, insurance reasons and the people were very nice, helpful and not pricey. I will use them again very soon. They have a lot of cool stuff too.

The owner is arrogant and tried to rip me off. Once he realized he wasn't going to get away with ripping me off, he literally said, "I'm not going to continue looking at these (coins) and waste much time." This place reminds me of a pawn shop in a bad part of town. Don't waste your time going here.

I have been depending on the staff at Crestwood Jewelers for more than 20 years after asking co-workers for recommendations! Excellent knowledge, fair pricing, and very friendly people! They also deal in coins and jewelry repairs! Tom and his staff are excellent!

Tom is one hell of a guy. Very informative about any questions I had about selling my gold and silver. Went to a pawn shop first and wanted a second opinion. Crestwood offered me $200 more than the pawn shop. I plan on going here for an engagement ring when I build up the courage to ask. 5 stars!!

I would not sell coins here. This man doesn't know the value of a rare or misprinted coin. The only thing he is interested is gold or silver. He is a bit much. He talked to me about Everything in the world except what I came there for. Did not seem knowledgeable at all on coins! Would not recomend for coin selling!!!!!

I went in to have a watch battery changed in a “talking watch.” They not only replaced the battery, they also set the correct time for the audio function, which is not such an easy thing. Friendly service at a busy time , too.

Tom and Bill are great. Whether you are buying or selling, they aren't out to get you. They really care about their customers and make sure you are taken care of. He will always be giving of his time and talents.

Thank you Crestwood Jewelry! What a great store. The owner/staff are number 1 in my book. They have repaired my Movado twice now. I am too embarrassed to even list the things I've put this watch through over the last 10 years. They've repaired the band & replaced the battery. Many shops just say NO to Movado work. Tom, Gene, & the staff at Crestwood are great, knowledgeable jewelers. It is so refreshing to enter a business where they still respect the art of "work". Thank you guys for all your efforts. I applaud you. Quality workmanship & fair prices.

Today was my 4th time at Crestwood Coin and Jewelers. THE nicest, kindest, fairest, and funniest men will gladly work with you to get you what you need. You do need to have a pair of "patience pants" in your wardrobe, because everyone is literally customer #1. So have a seat, take a breath, and enjoy the show. It will be worth your time (or, ha ha, your weight in gold)!

Great selection of jewelry including plenty of vintage pieces. Sold a piece of jewelry and was shown ebay comps during the transaction, that’s a great move. Coin selection isn’t huge and is mostly focused on bullion, but there is some older US and even foreign silver. Plenty of supplies available too.

Tom is very nice. All the staff is. I think I got a good enough price. I mean you never get what you paid for used jewelry. They cleaned the jewelry I had on.

My family has been buying jewelry from here for decades and Tom and the team are always on point and highly knowledgeable. The selection is unique and there’s no shortage of options to choose from. Everything is high quality and stunning. I highly recommend!
