Very clean and actually affordable. Surprises me how cheap this PetSmart is compared to the prices in Fairview Heights Illinois. I purchased the exact same items as I always do and it was almost 50% less. I'll be doing my shopping here and Fairview Heights or Illinois can continue to upcharge everything until everyone moves out of the state and then they'll be begging for business. Great job at this location. Very clean place and friendly staff. 👌

Worst Petsmart I've ever been too, employees are usually in a hurry, managers are snappy. Not the kind of interactions I want at a petstore. This isn't a bad review for Petsmart, just this specific one. Ashley specifically ( a manager ) acted as if she was there to make a sale and nothing else. Very poor service, I'll never spend a dime here again. I'm a fan of Petsmart but go to the Arnold location or any other before you choose this location.

Took our German Shepard / husky mix for a defurminator treatment. He is shedding MORE than when we dropped him off. Nails poorly clipped and causing discomfort. Staff was rude on the phone and in person.

This was our first time here for our little boy Spectrum. The employees were efficient, helpful and polite. Even though he received many treatments, they were very quick. The poor guy was scared but the doctor was very nice. I love the size of the store and the variety of products as well. ☺

Had everything we needed. Was not very busy. Had some cute cats for adoption.

Always have a variety of fancy feast products in the can and bag. I buy a lot of food for the month or 2 months at a time and like that I can come here and satisfy my fur babies cravings without feeding the same food every meal.

Me and my wife absolutely love this place, but! They fail at 1 thing the most important thing, and that's throwing away all there dog, and cat food 😔😔 if they could just have the humane society for pets pickup or deliver the food themselves would be remarkable! Why throw away food that animals could eat? And by the cases? Or 50-80lb bags of food? And to cut the bags open so it can't be used to take to the animal shelters? I give 2 stars mainly because how they make sure the food can't be taken to the pets that need it the most. Other then that the staff and store is on point

Do not go here for your fish! They openly admit they do not isolate their new fish and just add them to their already existing tanks for the public to buy. They also denied any responsibility in any fish having an illness and chalked it up to being my fault. My water parameters were absolutely perfect! In less than two weeks I lost my thriving colony as well as my molly fry I had separated in a breeder box. My colony was absolutely thriving. Now not only do I have start over by disinfecting EVERYTHING but I have to cycle my tank again for another two months. They refuse to give me a refund for my colony of fish they single handedly destroyed but offered to give me a refund for the 4 fish I bought from them. Avoid them at all cost. I am beyond angry and my 8 years old this was a gift for us totally heart broken over this and will not stop crying. Thanks PetSmart for deviating my child and wasting my money.

So I LOVE my puppy. He is my handsome boy and he is spoiled and Idc! It is so important to me for my baby boy to eat right and have as many toys and treats as possible. I feed him Blue Puppy Formula and Id like to buy it at PetSmart because I have the rewards. They never have the dog food I want to purchase and they don't get new toys in EVER. Please PetSmart get some new toys in. Employees are helpful once you find one and ask for help.

The dog groomers are gentle and do a great job with the fur/haircuts. Thank you especially to Janelle! My dog also goes to dog training here. Becky is so talented. She seems to really understand the dogs, and connects with each of them. Becky is alsp patient with the dogs and their owners!

There are only two people working in the entire store so unfortunately I had to wait 30 min to get two fish. The associates were very nice,it's not their fault that obviously no one else works there

The staff is very kind and helpful. They will help you find the pet you're looking for based on your experience of handling pets. We went in hoping to get a gerbil and ended up coming out with the idea of getting a guinea pig instead. If this isn't marketing and power of conviction, I don't know what is.

Always a fun place to take your four legged family member. They always have such a good time and enjoyed by everyone that sees them. The staff is super friendly and will let you try out products before purchasing really like this store for dogs.

When in to have our dog's nails clipped, they say that she was not vaccinated, they did not have record of it and I know 3 months ago we brought the records in and the guy evidently said he put it in the computer, well guess what they did not, so she thought I was lying about everything heading home get the papers brought them back to show we had them and we'll never come to this one again very unprofessional not good This has happened 3 different times now tired of it.

We are in here regularly to get live feeders for our bearded dragon (that we also got from here). Service is great and their employees are always willing to answer questions!

Store was very clean and of course I fell in love with the new baby chinchillas but not the price..lol..they are $149.00.

PetSmart is usually well organized and clean, and this store was no exception. Courteous staff also. Sometimes I find their selection a bit limited in the aquarium and fish department, I wish there was more driftwood and rocks. Update: they now sell driftwood!

Easy return policy without my original receipt but they could find it from past buys.

Where I buy my dog's food he only eats pet fresh and he is a small dog and they have nice bite size pieces for him to eat and Digest

Loved the store, liked the way it was set up. Then Banfield has their own entrance. Not sure about taking sick pets through the store. Sure all aren't sick but it only one to spread an illness.
