My family has purchased jewelry from Barry Hyatt Jeweler as well as consigned items from my late father’s estate. They are fair, honest and operate with the utmost integrity. I had a vision for a custom ring involving the stone from my grandmother's engagement ring and my children's birthstones. When I contract Barry Hyatt, David was quick to respond and worked with me to make my vision come to life. The end result was great and I would highly recommend them.

David Hyatt perfectly carries on the business his dad created. He and his staff are lovely to deal with- polite knowledgeable and friendly but never pushy. The store has a great assortment of jewelry and of course David designs! I just had him design a ring for me and repair another one. Very pleased with both. Why go to a chain store when we have such a great ‘home grown’ jeweler available??

Over many years my wife and I had acquired fine jewelry pieces (rings, bracelets, earrings, etc.) that needed repairs. Based upon a referral from a family member, we took a number of jewelry pieces in for repairs from simple to complex for Dave Hyatt and his team to assess how to repair what we had brought in. We felt completely confident in what they recommended. They spent the time needed to come up with a plan for each piece and explained the various trade offs of the various repair options. The results were fabulous and we are very pleased with the process. They are "old school craftsmen" and the end result showed it.

Bought my wife’s wedding ring at their old location in South County about 35 years ago and the service was great. A few months back needed to have the size adjusted and stopped by their Olive location. Walked in and was immediately treated as friend. David not only adjusted the size but pointed out some wear and tear on the prongs holding the diamond and was able to repair. I highly recommend this store for all of your jewelry needs.

David Hyatt went above and beyond any and all expectations my groom and I had for my wedding band and engagement ring. He found a gem for me...in Sweden, and coordinated all the details there. He found the original jeweler who made the rings mine were styled after...in New York, and coordinated all the details there. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. His follow through was exceptional! I was so impressed, I bought my wedding-day earrings here, too. I even sent my future mother-in-law there to get her wedding ring cleaned.
