I went twice to this salon. I was so happy to find it because the staff are lovely, the place is very cute, well decorated, the products offered are top quality. Unfortunately, some of the services are so bad, they takeaway all the positive points. It is such a shame. I would have loved for it to become the new home of my hair after deciding leaving my last hairdresser of 20 years. I have left disappointed both visits for various reasons. Coloring service is fairly good but prices aren't transparents. Loads of adds-on that should be included, so you will be in for a surprise when you receive the bill. For example: balayage -which consists of highlights, toner to neutralise yellow from the highlights and roots in any salon of the world- in this place you will get charged for "balayage" + roots + toner. My hair cut the first time was really bad. I have dealt with it but found it really odd that a colorist -great colorist- is doing styling herself - and allowed to do so being terrible at it. The pictures speak for themselves. Before my second visit to Narybu and right after it. This is how I have left the salon. My face, my whole hairstyle and my confidence are ruined because they don't have proper training as a hairdresser for a haircut. The owner called me to try to fix the matter, but this was not fixable and it didn't get better. It was a reasonable gesture, in line with the salon etiquette, I was offered a hair treatment as a courtesy, which I appreciated, but getting frustrated to realize the second person attempting to fix my "fringe" couldn't make it better, I only wanted 1 thing: run away from that place and I surely didn't want anyone in there to touch my hair anymore. Therefore, I did request a physical product instead of the hair treatment offered as "compensation"- It is important to note that I did agree to drive 2 hours to come and "fix" the hair - cause other days were not possible (bank holidays/days off). But I received the hair treatment voucher anyways and 2 travel size miniature shampoo. My hair and my time were both wasted. Plus my hopes of this places becoming my new salon for years to come. Upsetting. I don't recommend this place.

Came to this salon a few times for hair and nail services. It’s quite a drive from my place so I would generally plan a day to come and have services done. The first negative experience was a haircut, essentially just a trim and cleaning up of layers that were growing out. I ended up with two massive chunks of curtain bangs not blended with the rest of my hair. It looked like a mullet when she was done. The second negative experience was a nail appointment. Apparently they let go of the nail technician and didn’t bother to notify her pending appointments, therefore I drove for an hour to the salon for nothing. They didn’t offer to fit me in, reschedule the appointment or anything to compensate for the inconvenience. Just a waste of my time and money. I found another salon that is less about marketing and respects their clients time more.

Best hair salon in Marbella!!! After testing top salons in Marbella, I finally found the one where I don't need to worry about the results ! Teressa, Maria and Vanessa are incredibly talented. The products are natural and instead of getting my hair broken after each blonde colouring my hair gets more shinny, healthy and impressive.

First time I went there yesterday after going to other places in Marbella (one which made my hair bad and why I went to Narybu in the first place). Maria did an excellent job with my severly damaged, bleached hair that had every color on the spectrum. Covered all the red/orange/yellow tones without burning my hair off and leaving the result amazing. Better than I expected and I do believe I have finally found my hairdresser!! Highly recommend.

They really know what they do, the service is impecable, the place stunning and the service super top. Their products and knowleqdge is over the average and they don’t use low quality products. The best salon in Marbella. The staff are so lovely and kind and their level of work is so high! The products they use are of the highest quality and conscious towards to environment. I will never go to a different salon because I have found my go to place where I always leave with a huge smile on my face and soooo relaxed :D Thanks ladies xxx

Super cozy interiors in this Aveda hairdresser and salon with very well trained staff and great products! One of few places who stock Biologique Recherche. If you are looking for high quality service - go there - you’ll leave happy! Secret tip: Very good colorist who teaches internationally!

Wow! This is THE best Salon for colour on the Costa Del Sol - highly experienced and professional team using quality products including Aveda...all in a beautifully designed salon! If you need to get the perfect colour/highlights, this is the place to go! Teresa has "magic hands" combined with years of experience. She turned my orange highlights into ash blonde in one day - the end result was a miracle (see photos). If you are middle eastern or asian, Teresa really understands our hair and that is hard to find on the coast. Thank you Teresa, your talent is amazing! See you again soon x

Unfortunately, the experience of eyebrow correction was terrible. I asked only to clean the bottom a little, but I got plucked eyebrows in the most difficult place to grow, now it takes a year to return my form back. Horror for those who are as sensitive to eyebrows as I am and who have them themselves beautiful and thick by nature, do not take risks.

I have already been to the salon twice for shellac nails. Staff is very friendly and quality of service nice. I was always happy with the results and will definitely visit again when I'm back in Marbella.
