New ish gym in Fuengirola. Loads if equipment. Friendly staff that are also very helpful. Left Synergym to join here and more than happy. Not crazy packed

I was impressed with this well equipped gym, on entering the receptionist was very helpful being a busy time i visited, as a one off visit from London i had a 30min row on C2 rower and 15min bike, so not enough time to try equipment. I. Would recommend this gym to friends.

I was recommended Sol Beach by a friend of mine, she said she had tried loads of gyms in the area and this was the one she liked the best for the atmosphere, the equipment, the staff and the events. I completely agree and I have since recommended Sol Beach to other people! Everyone that works there is lovely and really helpful, there’s a good variety of machines and even the people who go to the gym seem to be nice too! This is the best gym along the Costa :-)

By far the best gym experience I’ve had in Spain. The facilities are well maintained and everything is kept super clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. Would 100% recommend.

This gym is very nice they have added ac's and the machines are new they have extended the gym the staff is friendly and the music is appropriate the people are friendly as well the locker rooms are clean and cool not hot and there's saunas and showers every thing is clean the weights are all clean and new. If you want to train good and be happy go to this gym

Lovely spacious and clean.

Quite basic gym. I spent only week there, but at that time it was super crowded every time. Had to wait sometimes quite long times for my turn. In the other hand gym was clean and staff was always very friendly. This place is recommended but you should think about when to go there so you can actually train rather than wait for your turn.

Of all the gyms on the coast this is eazy the best. Cant find one thing to say negative. And the muscles are growing by themselves just being there. The staff is very profesional and I get happy just by being there. The only thing is that the 20 kg plates could be a little heavier. Seis estrellas❤️

Awesome gym in Fuengirola! They got 2 levels, great size locker-rooms, new facilities! And the staff is GREAT! Enough weights for advanced trainers too !

I got lucky after trying 3 other places around here, that I found Solbeach fitness center. Plenty of space (two floors) lots of machines, but best of all is the friendliness you are met with from the english speaking staff...highly recommended

I occasionally go to this gym as it is run by my friends. Brand spanking new equipment and very friendly staff. Caters to pretty much anybody even those who want to do some CrossFit outside or cardio training all the way up the spectrum to Weight lifting. A great central location with parking nearby and the best gym around in my opinion. 5 stars from me.

Excellent - for personal service, equipment, and friendly ambience. Male and female separate jacuzzi and sauna, very clean. Right next to beach. Made my holiday complete.

Rather shabby & dated gym needs upgrading. No jacuzzi anymore & a rather old sauna. Visited over 1yr ago so may have been updated by now.

Joined to keep up with my fitness programme whilst on holiday, great owners & staff, great facilities so whatever your workout this gym can meet your needs, will join again on our next visit

Staff a very willing to help and do a program for any client and this is included in the membership. I was surprised because at the last gym I was at they charged me for this service! Also after a month of joining they had ordered some new equipment so that was nice. You can certainly see that they are always improving the gym. Also was relieved to see that they have plenty of aircon so you dont feel the heat at all and can train well without sweating too much!

Visit twice a year on holiday, staff are great easy to find and grest to train in.

Been a member for years very good trainers

Joined 3 months ago and contracted a personal trainer. I am so happy with the results. I have had personal trainers when i was living in London which cost me a small fortune. I have to say that at this gym the price for personal trainers are so accesible and well worth it. I have met most of the team and they are all extremely professional.

Good atmosphere, more Investment in wet area required. Apart from that everything in good order.

This is a great gym to workout in and it’s never too busy or packed with kids which is a big plus. Also for someone like me who does like to film my workouts and videos, the aesthetics of the gym is great, amazing lights and they have a wide verity of machines I haven’t seen in other gyms around the area!

An amazing two floor gym with techno gym machines!!! Lots of space , machines and free weights! Very clean gym and showers! Last but not least , also very friendly staff (speak Spanish as well as English)! I will recommend everyone to go to this gym if you are in Mijas. :)
