1/5 is far too generous. Simply the simply most ignorant and unprofessional people and medical service I've experienced in my life. We've been to this clinic several times now for appointments and each time the doctor has been quite late, this morning 30 minutes late. We choose appointments first thing in the morning as we have to go to work. 9:30 am is not that early though! On one occasion one doctor rudely reprimanded us for not speaking Spanish well although we did our best to speak as much Spanish as we could. We've been in here for one year! How is anyone going to get proficient in a language in a year? Doctors are consistently very late for appointments first thing in the morning!!! Many of the doctors are very careless, disrespectful, arrogant, aggressive and aloof. On another occasion the paediatrician that was also very late stank like a chain smoker, and hadn't brushed her teeth nor had a mint!! Revolting when you have to be in close proximity holding your baby while she attends and breathes all over you and your baby. This morning when the doctor finally arrived we didn't receive an apology. In the room, she then fiddled in her purse for another few minutes while we sat in front of her waiting. The appointment was for our 6 month old. The doctor was rude to us and snapped commands to us to position our baby. When she helped she was aggressive pushing and shoving our child around impatiently and distressed him quite a bit. When we couldn't calm him any more she got upset with our baby crying telling us to placate him, which we were already doing. An terrible experience at this clinic.

Absolutely disgusting treatment by Traumatologist Dr. Pérez Lara. From the moment I walked in he was incredibly rude. He barely even looked at me and said I should stop exercising (what kind of a Doctor gives this kind of advice)? You're better off going to a different clinic if you have any hope of getting a modicum of respect and attention. Your health matters, go to a clinic where this statement still rings true.

The 1 star is because I have called every day for a week to make an appointment, its impossible nobody answers the call so if you need an appointment is suggest a walk in...I've also been at reception when it's been quiet and no Ody answers the call ...so much improvement can needed there

They give you appointments at 9:30, but each time the doctor is late, once by 15 minutes, once by 25 minutes. No apology is given by the doctors. I find this extremely unprofessional. The check in process is slow, very often there are long queues of patients waiting at the reception desk. Some of the doctors do not seem very thorough, so I left feeling not very confident in their care. Overall, not a place to recommend for high quality health care.

The reception mainly have the nose in the sky.. One female receptionist, took time to help... The doctor (Glenda Valera) is a bimbo that smell like she has been out all night, and that does not listen to what you say, so waist of time. This is definitely not the best hospital I have been to. A private hospital with a standard as a Public danish.. The public hospitals is way better down here..

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Having international insurance presented its own problem, but the receptionist stayed with it and was very patient. When I saw the doctor she was very professional and friendly. The whole system worked smoothly and efficiently.

Terrible, unprofessional, really inefficient and a wrong diagnosis! Been here couple times but no difference! Went to get a CAT scan of my broken finger(proximal interphalangeal) I asked for the report/CD after the scan the radiologist we don't issue that! I didn't have time and had to queue up again and ask the receptionist and they were really rude saying you should already have that! In summary I finally got the scan CD but went in a loop between receptionist and radiologist! Thereafter the radiologist spotted what looked like a tumour on my nail and didn't bother to inform me or ask me questions to confirm the diagnosis and wrote a report I had a tumor on my finger( which I received the report 1 month after) - turns out was a wrong diagnosis as I showed no symptoms and they were unrelated!

It's takes WEEKS to get simple tests done. And getting the results .... Nice and competent doctor though.

I find it odd that a clinic cannot process PCR results at the same day and has no lab onsite!! I was told that the clinic closes on Saturdays and Sundays!!! This is strange for a good clinic to close for 2 days.

Disgusting. Doctors are shouting at me. Behave very unprofessional. Losing documents. Losing tests. It’s just unbelievable it is possible.

It is always impossible to book an appointment online as the website never functions properly.

I am a doctor myself, and have some experience from both sides in consultations. This one was BAD. I was on a travel that became one week longer than planned. I needed then a small amount of some more important medication, non addictive. I asked in Vithas medical centre for a doctor who speaks English, and came after one hour to a doctor who’s English was hardly sufficient for normal conversation, and who in a very unfriendly way criticised me for speaking to fast, I spoke all the time slowly, clearly and chose a simple language. The doctor had zero interest for who I was, zero interest for my needs. She stood on a distance with arms crossed and básically told me she could not prescribe medicines without seeing my medical record and with all her body language told me that I unnecessarily occupied her time. (The waiting room was empty). I tried to find what of my medical record is available online, but the internet was not working. Without any comments or questions she prescribed 3 of 4 medicines I needed and I left the consultation with a horrible feeling. The digital prescription she had sent was not working in two different pharmacies. I contacted the centre twice included meeting up. There was no try to find out why, just saying that they had done nothing wrong. In third pharmacy I got my medicines, but the attitude and the experience was horrible. At least it reminded me the importance of meeting patients with respect If you need medical help in Torremolinos I can only advise you to find a different place

My wife needed some X rays done. We were advised to be there at 9am the next day, firms filled in, waited 5 mind and then x rays done. Wow what great service, very friendly and efficient, thanks for such a pleasant experience

Good service provided, some english speaking staff but not consistent. Struggled with the language barrier but as an expat I should make more effort to learn Spanish!

I had an appointment at 10 AM, and there were 30 person with the same time for appointment, everyone was waiting in the street... I was in a queue for about 30 minutes and when came my turn they told me that I should go to another section of their clinic, where I was waiting 30 minutes more. Their organisation is worse than awful. Two stars for a good attention when I finally was attended
