really liked this hotel. the only thing i didn't like was there wasn't enough room for our clothes so had to live out our cases. the room was clean except the floors were not cleaned .had fresh beds and fresh towels. the hotel staff were very nice food was fresh except was same stuff all the time but breakfast was great. beach just a few steps away which I loved . would definitely come back to this hotel again.

We spent our holidays in Globales Gardenia in August 2021 and we were so surprised! The hotel is very clean with great view, rooms are clean everyday. Hotel crew are very kindly, polite and helpful. Food was the best I have had on all inclusive. We want to back here in the future. Thank you all for your kindness and friendship. Good luck!

The room only had 2 electric sockets so boiling a kettle had to be on the floor. €42 to use the safe (€10 is returned on checkout) is extortionate considering it doesn't require electricity to operate! What exactly is the charge for? The location is ideal being in a quiet area. Very close to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants etc. The garden area is lovely but the pool area was very disappointing. The staff are all very accommodating and pleasant. A 3rd lift has been installed so that problem is some what alleviated. All I can say about the food is ABYSMAL. Hake stew and peas for breakfast....same dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Empty dishes are are quickly replaced but still need heating up in the microwave. I would consider staying again but definitely NOT All Inclusive

It was a beautiful holiday for us. We’ve got upgraded to a family room for free of charge. We’ve had an amazing sea view from our room which we enjoyed during our holiday a lot. The breakfast is pretty much the same every day but not much they could add for a breakfast. But the dinner was very various we’ve had Asian paella every day fish chicken pork beef. No complaints at all. From a 3* hotel couldn’t expect more really. The swimming pool is very clean and cleaned daily. We’ve got a rented car through the hotel which was super easy we told them what category car we’d like they phoned the rental company the car was there the next day morning we paid the rental fee 10 minutes later we were on our way. Thanks a lot for welcoming us like this.

Hotel, clean and tidy, a bit old but still good quiet place to stay. Lifts an adventure, staff good, location out if town 3km walk to centre. Food ok, normal buffet, swimming pool adequate.

Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Staff were brilliant, they couldn't do enough for you. Food had a great choice for everyone most of the time. Air con was spot on for what we needed. Would definitely return, perfect position for place's to visit.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel which was exceptionally clean & fresh. Our room was comfortable, spacious & lovely little balcony to sit &' watch the sunrise over the water. The hotel staff were always so friendly, polite & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & queries were dealt with quickly & efficiently. Perfectly positioned to explore the area with bus stops right outside, buses ran regularly & were modern, comfortable & clean. The beach is within 5 mins walk and stretches far. We had an amazing time & would definitely return

We have been used to really fancy hotels so I was very sceptical when arriving here. But trust you me - none of the photos of this place give it due credit! The rooms are dated sure, but big, the view from the balcony amazing, the beds comfortable, sheets & towels of good quality, and the rooms are very quiet - not even the tiniest sound from the neighboring rooms. I wish there was a mini-fridge tho and the price for the safe is too high imo but otherwise no complaints. The food is fantastic and the variety of it on every meal is superb! There's also gluten-free food for us less fortunate(the quality of it not very good tho, I got everything cold and dry). We had fullboard and were 100% content with the food every time. And trust me - I am picky. The pool is great, the garden with the sea view AMAZING and best of all not one single moment of a shortage of sunbeds. Sunbeds galore - wow!!! And the hotel was fully booked. I would come again and again.

Rooms clean need a fridge, air con didn't work and more power sockets needed, only 1 key given needed another. The service was good.clean hotel and gardens. Quite a way from town unless taking bus/taxi. Beach very accessible and flat promenade. ENTERTAINMENT AND ANIMATION STAFF WERE FABULOUS. If you prefer to stay on site most of the time relaxing this is the hotel for you.

Pleasant enough hotel but rather a long way from the centre. We were half board but were unable to get lunch unless we went to the pool side bar before 12.30!! Generally the staff were friendly but the guy in the poolside bar was rather unfriendly and rude. The hotel was kept beautifully clean. The food was varied and plentiful...the staff being very friendly and helpful. Sadly there is no relaxing room to sit in of an evening. Plenty of space to sunbath either by the pool or in the two well kept gardens. Altogether a very nice holiday.

The rooms were nice, spacious and well cleaned, beds were larger than average single beds and there was a TV with the 5 English channels on and BBC news. The food was very repetitive not a large range to choose from, we requested an early breakfast and all we got left was two slices of bread which was soggy as they had been left on a cold plate, two slices of meat and a slice of cheese and a croissant. The entertainment was very basic, likened to a caravan park, when they did bring external entertainment on it was only on for 45mins, location wise it was out the way of any bars that may of had live entertainment on but right on the beach which was lovely

Really cold food that should have been hot, and chilled food was not sufficiently chilled, microwave broke for the first 3 days. When certain foods ran out they were not replaced, this often happened with bread. Food adequate if it had been served at the correct temperature, certainly not good in comparison to other 3 star hotels i have stayed in, it cannot be compared to a 4 star hotel. Too few staff serving at the bar, one member of staff on one night serving an entire hotel which was very busy. A 20/ 25 min wait was not an uncommon wait time. Not enough tables and chairs at the outside bar area, which was the one that was usually open at night. Rooms desperate for a refurb which will be happening, hotel was very clean. Nice lawned areas that lead onto the promenade and always got a sunbed as late as 11/11.30, parasols available up until around 11 am. No queuing at silly o'clock to get a sunbed whilst we were there. So much potential at this hotel, pity its not better staffed, we were informed it was due to the hotel budget, food temperature really needs addressing and the choice of main courses wasn't great it was adequate.

Hotel was decent enough but the treatment from some of the staff members was abhorrent. The hotel food gave one of my friends severe food poisoning for the last 4 days of the trip. On the last day we were refused a room to wait in even though we had nowhere to go for over 8 hours before our flight. The member of reception Jesús was extremely rude when we tried to explain our situation and just spoke over us. It has ruined our experience here and we will not be returning. Please keep this in mind if you are considering staying here x .

My friend got severe food poisoning from the hotel's food which resulted in calling out a doctor at 1am. Checkout is at noon and 'Jesus' the person on reception would not give us a room when our flight was at 11pm that day His manner and customer service was abysmal. He kept raising his voice and wouldn't listen to us. The room was basic. No locks on the toilet doors and balcony door wouldn't close properly. Overall it wasn't a great experience in this hotel and wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The location is quite nice. Views are quite frankly stunning but has nothing to do with the hotel.

First time on all inclusive and first time in Fuengirola. Absolutely fantastic hotel and service. Hotel was as clean as a pin and the room was grate. Did see the view from a sea view room on the 8th floor WOW! We were on the first floor, you could hear the music but we expected that. Service was second to non. Good food and lots of choice. How on earth they manage to turn it around so quickly and efficiently takes some beating. So clean too! Lovely staff, all very pleasant and the front desk staff really welcoming and helpful. We will be back without a doubt Thank you

The room was nice and clean ,fantastic views, good decent bathroom. Just the bed being two singles to form a double made it a little awkward as I fell through the gap more than once trying to cuddle up to my wife, although hilarious!! Lovely staff ,reception had a giggle with us straight away. Beautiful gardens right on the promenade. Would recommend to anyone about our age but maybe not for under 30s.

This is a 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. The views from our room towards the beach were stunning and it's such a beautiful walk along the shoreline into town. When we arrived last Friday, check in was fast and efficient and we were pleased with our room and balcony, however the shower is over a bath which felt a little dangerous getting out of a slippy bath onto a slippy floor. There is a lack of sockets in the room which was a little annoying and as others have pointed out, the lifts were a pain. We were on the 9th floor and one morning, we waited over 7 minutes for a lift. As my friend has a plate in his ankle, stairs weren't an option for him. The food in the restaurant is plentiful, varied and refreshed quickly but it is absolutely never hot. There is a microwave, but I am not comfortable reheating chicken, fish or cooked rice, especially if I don't know whether it's already been reheated before. I realise that the food being scorching hot is a safety issue, but so is expecting guests to reheat their food. The food was very tasty though and I can highly recommend the eggs at the live cooking station at breakfast. All the staff we encountered during our stay were so friendly and happy to help, especially the lifeguards at the pool who were really chatty and lovely. The pool itself is so beautiful and always seemed to be so clean! If I ever found myself back in Fuengirola, I'd happily stay here again due to the location alone.

Good basic hotel with nice pool and gardens. On the very outskirts of Fuengirola but not far from Torreblanca station or you can get a taxi into town. Good food but the hot food was a little cold. Selection of cold foods, cheeses, and tapas were excellent.

The hotel was nice as well as the grounds, only 2 plug sockets in each room. Food was great but alot of fish. Entertainment was 98% in Spanish. The location itself is good if you just want the beach as literally across the road. No ambiance along " strip" overall a nice stay but a little boring of an evening.

Lovely hotel, room nice and clean, close to the beach, staff nice and friendly Bad bit!!!!!! Introduced a order only two drinks per person limit while we was half way through our holiday, this is fine if you are a couple however we was a big family with small children so only a few of our party would queue up for drink while others waited with the children now most of the adults now need to queue to get drinks for everyone!!!!!

Positives - rooms are spacious, bathroom fine. Overall the hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and hardworking. Location is great for the beach and corner shops. Negatives - one plug socket in the room which made charging phones/tablets etc hard to do. No hairdryer in room (I thought this was standard in most hotels?). The lifts were the bane of our lives the entire trip - you have no idea what floor the lift is on when you are waiting for one and when it did arrive it would go up when you pressed to go down and vice versa. Trying to get a drink at the bars was near on impossible unless you wanted to wait 20 minutes for one each time. Over the 4 days we were here we had a total of 6 drinks from the bar. That’s really not good enough, we only saw one member of staff behind the bar. So we feel a bit short changed on that. Food was a letdown - it was never hot and it was all the same every day. The grilled food bit in the corner was fine and tasty. Hotel is dated in places and you obviously get what you pay for but we expected a little bit more.

Stayed in Fuengirola with an all inclusive package. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Animation team work very hard and will soon have everyone joining in. Quiet pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Quieter part of Fuengirola. Only draw back rooms are slightly dated but are very clean, no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, food was good and plenty of it. Hotel nice and clean. We were upgraded to a family room at no extra cost and had a bargain to make our stay all inclusive, would recommend. 😀

Room are very outdated and can be very noisy depending on who is your neighbour. Wooden doors lead to interrupted sleep throughout the night. No basic amenities unless you want to pay extra... That said the rest of the hotel was very good. The staff, in particular George and Salvador as entertainment staff were top notch and the food was amazing. Only a minute walk from the beach and the swimming pool was ok but clearly not heated as it would seem they switched it off, like the ac to save money.

Great location, right on the beach and in a quiet bit of town. The rooms are very, very dated though, desperately need a refresh. Aircon is weak and only 2 plugs. No fridge or kettle. Food is decent, but limited for vegetarians. Entertainment every evening but not particularly good. No chance of getting a sunbed, the hotel lets people reserve them with a towel and go out all day. Pool itself is clean, but small and a bit dated.

Stayed here a couple of months ago, was an amazing stay. The staff were lovely and were all so helpful, felt really welcomed especially during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The variety of food was amazing for vegetarians, and pescatarians. Fresh crepes, omelettes, fried fish it was a dream! The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel so the location is amazing. Theres also an indoor pool as well as an outside one good for swimming in doesn't get too busy either. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay with your family.

A lovely holiday in a lovely hotel. Very clean with Friendly helpful staff. The entertainment team work extremely hard and really made the stay for my youngest daughter. She couldn't wait for the mini disco and the pool matt each day. (Even if she was shy at first). Thank you for a wonderful week.

Although clean hotel, bedrooms are rather dated. Good points, fantastic sea views. Good sunbathing areas. Bad points, a little too far from centre of Fuengirola, although there is a regular bus service running from just outside the hotel. Terrace area not spacious enough for outside entertainment, especially when hotel is very busy with guests. Long Queues seen as number of bar staff available not always adequate or slow in serving. Evening entertainment ok. Great fun with Animation team when taking part in pool Zuma during the day. Overall decent hotel but some areas as above could be improved.

  • 3/5 John G. 1 year ago on Google
All excellent & should be five stars , however at night there is only one bar open & up until 9.30 there are long queues to get a drink. I understand with all inclusive the only serve beer.i half pints & I agree with the maximum of 2 drinks per person I do think that it is intentional to slow the bar service in an attempt to cut costs , that people on all inclusive cannot drink as much as they would like For this reason I have scored 2 stars less than I should have

Although it's a bit dated, the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are hard working and pleasant. The food is really good, a dish for everyone's taste! Drinks are good quality. It's situated in Torre Blanca, about 5 miles from Fuengirola. Right opposite the beach, you can walk the strip where there are bars, restaurants and shops

  • 4/5 Venessa C. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are clean and comfortable biggest downside is there is only single beds in the rooms which are joined together to try and give a double bed effect. The beds are on wheels so slides away. Breakfast is OK, go early and you get warm food, as the food isn't on a warmer. The egg station is your best bet as you get eggs and pancake done to order. Breakfast ends at 10.30 and they pack away at 10.30! Great location, walking distance from a number of places, eateries and opposite the beach - btw €10 each for beach towels so bring your own! Public transport easily accessible.

Just came back from a lovely holiday , Hotel and staff excellent, the animation team were excellent and the night entertainment was very good. The hotel is very clean and all the staff work very hard. Only one small problem is food for kids especially if your children are fussy eaters.would be if they had a specific children section ,but would definitely come back to this hotel. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, close to beach. Food varied and fresh. Chefs talented and offered a wide range of cuisines. Loved the desserts section. Rooms clean and made up every day. Staff very helpful. Hotel Covid safe.

It took me a good 48 hours to actually like this hotel, the staff were nice and polite, always busy and seemed to work long hours, the hotel was nice, the sunbed area that overlooked the sea was amazing, you couldn't ask for more. Food was pretty much the same thing every day but they did cook extra daily, burgers or other meats and fish, there was a huge selection for all needs, I believe the all inclusive drinks needs to be addressed so people know what's actually included and available, my main real annoyance was the lifts, three lifts doing all floors and floors quite often you had to wait a long time
