    WARNING - THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM We bought a car for 18,000 Euro, we took it to an independent mechanic for a check. Breaks were torn down, oil had not been changed, no washer fluid, car-play not functioning and wind coming through one of the doors (among other things) - the inspection report provided by Occasion Plus had green ticks on all of the above. We got back to the company wanting to return the car (within the 15 days and less than 1,000km as per the agreement). The company refuses to take the car back and insists on fixing it themselves which would take a month at least and with no replacement car provided. This is the worst experience I've ever had, not only the fact that a broken car is sold to us but the subsequent customer service is horrendous. I have spent so much time and headache on this issue with emails forth and back. Do yourself a favour - don't buy a car from this place, you will most certainly regret it.

    Last summer, I found a second hand car on their website, and then visited their Malaga branch. They said that the car was in another city, so they needed to transport it to Malaga and it would take two weeks. They also claimed EUR 100 for transportation, EUR 200 for legal documentation to be used when and if I decide to buy the car, and EUR 200 for reservation of the car. They provided me with a list of specifics of the car which shows that the car had no issues, just before I made the payment. So I believed that the car had no problem, and made the payment in the amount of EUR 500 in cash. After a while the car was brought into the store, I was invited for examination, and I realised that battery of the car was dead, rear windows and flashlights were broken and frontal body was damaged. So therefore, on the same day I told the agents in the store that I would not buy this car and claimed back the deposit I had paid previously. They refused to refund, I then applied to the company headquarter, expressed that I withdraw the agreement in written form and asked a refund. They also refused. Briefly they lied to me about the specifics and quality of the car, I applied to the vendor three times and expressed my intention to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the day I examined the car, They refused to refund three times and they didn't make a payment although it has been more than 14 days from the date I applied to the vendor. So stay away from this company.

    hemos comprado mi marido y yo un coche para mi niña en la tienda del pinillo y la verdad que todo ha ido de hilo, el equipo que tienen es magnifico, destacar un poco más a Juanjo quien nos vendió el coche porque la atención ha sido de 10. Cuando cambiemos el nuestro seguro que volveremos.

    We had high expectations for the Malaga branch of Occasion Plus, but we were bitterly let down by the very poor after sales. Such a let down. We bought a car from here in July 2022, we noticed that the central console was broken and so reported it back to Rafa along with supporting video. We were hopeful that it would be repaired as part of the warranty. Rafa passed us to the mechanic, who passed us back to Rafa. We now know that this tactic was to ensure we would be out of the cooling down period… Ten weeks later and several messages, more delay tactics by Ocasión Plus Malaga and being passed from Rafa to the mechanic and back, nothing has been achieved. Then Rafa messages to firstly say “bring it to the showroom,”knowing we live 1.5 hours away and are retired on limited income. When we pushed him to ‘please sort it out’ and order this basic part, we were told it’s not covered by the warranty or purchase guarantee. Funny that eh? I wonder why he asked us to do the 3 hour round trip, knowing it would be a waste of our time and money. They absolutely knew that this was broken when we bought the car and a responsible business with good ethics and customer service would have pointed the broken console out to us along with the fact it was not covered. So be warned everyone, after sales not good!… we’re so disappointed that we’ve been duped by Ocasión Plus in Malaga.

    Customer service was poor. We had seen several cars advertised on the Internet at that site. None of them were there. Waste of time. Waited 20 minutes to enquire but no help.

    There one year garantia is a fraud, they just waste the time, I bought a car for 30,000 , the very next day I took it back to return because aircon does not work and they told me that aircon will be fine when they bring the new part, 6 months later, company still don't have a part, they are a scam company, There workshop guy "Juan " promised to solve the issue and when I left he blocked me on WhatsApp, few days later I have contacted him from another number, later he has blocked that as well, such a group of liers, car pics and details are mentioned,

    My first experience of buying a car in Spain was less than enjoyable through Ocasionplus. The car was advertised as located in Torremolinos so travelled to the garage on the Saturday to disappointment this was not the case the car was in Murcia. I disclosed my situation of needing a car as soon as possible and was told it would be here within 1 week which met my requirements. Went home to think about it then made contact to make a reservation via Murcia on the Sunday. This was the most regular contact I had with them to get my reservation money then once it had been received radio silence. I was promised the car would arrive with a week I had to call several times, was given WhatsApp numbers that hardly responded or responded with the shortest unhelpful answers, one member of staff I spoke to had no knowledge of me, my initial payment or the employee that took the payment and the email address I had corresponded with - this was reasurring!! Left without a vehicle yet Ocasionplus still have my money despite an unprofessional service. I received an email from the Quality Department, several actually then surprise surprise zero contact. I do not have money to just give away. Appalling service. Reading your reviews how you treated myself is clearly a regular practice. Take note of your negative feedback. Customers come to you with expectations do not accept their hard earned money if you cannot meet their expectations ... honesty and integrity goes an awful long way.

    The worst company ever!!!! I bought a car in "perfect condition" and after few months i understood that the car has a big problem and the company does not want to fix or pay for their mistakes!!! I totally no recommend this company and specifically OcasionPlus Torremolinos.... Bad experience

    There were some clients and they've told me to wait for 1 minute. I've waited 20 minutes, meanwhile the clients left, but they still didn't have time for me. I have to go to see other dealerships, it's difficult to find an open car dealership in Spain.

    Went there today with an optimistic mode since I already had a web evaluation of 8975€ for our car. Expected maybe a little higher since they had not seen the car. Low km (23.485) all service done and technical control passed last year with no remarks. The car was originally registered in another EU country, but transferred to Spanish number plate in 2018. The offer we received today was 5000€ !!! A drop of 4000€ we were told it was because the cars first time registration was outside Spain!! So basically the use of their online evaluation website is to fool you into a visit to their office.

    If I could leave no stars I would! The staff here are so rude its unreal! We didn't have a budget that wasn't acceptable to them and was shoved out the door and made to feel very small. I am absolutely disgusted with their treatment. By the looks of your other reviews other people are very disappointed in your service too! And by the look of your other reviews you don't complete what you promise or your cars are broken! I'm actually very glad you didn't want our custom!!

    I recently purchased a car from Ocasion Plus. I am English speaking and not a resident of Spain. The legal documentation to register the car was complex. I dealt with Pamela and then Rafa who steered me through the entire process. Their service could not be better. A very happy customer.

    Warning ***CUSTOM SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE*** I bought a car for 14.000€ from them that had engine and gearbox problems the same day, it took a week before they agreed to take the car back and check what the problem was. After I ordered a tow they took the car in, after another week they said it couldn't be fixed so they told me to buy another car from them. I decided to add and buy a car for 16. 000€, it worked for five months, then it started warning me that there was not enough water in the car, I went and filled it up, after a week there was the same problem so I took the car to a garage in San Pedro, there they stated that it was probably a crack in the cylinder, they directed me to take the car back to Ocasion in Torremolinos, there the mechanic checked and confirmed the fault, but their warranty does not cover, although they say that you have a year warranty on the car when you buy it. Consider this a SCAM!!!! Have been trying to reach them now for a week with no success, they choose not to answer!
