recently
visited
this
resorts
Sport
Club
with
my
wife
and
children,
hoping
to
enjoy
a
relaxing
day
at
the
pool.
However,
the
experience
turned
out
to
be
far
from
enjoyable.
We
paid
a
hefty
€140
entrance
fee,
expecting
a
warm
welcome
and
a
pleasant
environment.
Unfortunately,
from
the
moment
we
arrived,
it
was
evident
that
we
were
not
welcome.
The
first
issue
arose
when
my
wife,
who
wears
a
headscarf
due
to
her
religious
beliefs,
decided
not
to
swim.
The
staff's
attitude
towards
her
was
disappointing,
to
say
the
least.
They
seemed
visibly
uncomfortable
and
were
not
discreet
in
repeatedly
approaching
her,
asking
why
she
wasn't
entering
the
water.
We
politely
explained
that
she
preferred
to
remain
seated
and
not
swim,
but
they
continued
to
treat
us
as
if
we
were
somehow
a
burden
because
of
our
religious
practices.
The
overall
behavior
of
the
staff
was
exceptionally
unfriendly.
It
almost
felt
as
if
they
resented
our
presence
there.
Their
lack
of
hospitality
and
unwelcoming
demeanor
left
a
bitter
taste
in
our
mouths.
It's
disheartening
to
think
that
a
place
that
claims
to
be
a
resort,
where
people
come
to
relax
and
unwind,
could
treat
guests
in
such
a
manner.
To
make
matters
worse,
it
wasn't
just
the
staff
that
made
us
feel
uncomfortable;
it
seemed
some
of
the
other
guests
also
took
issue
with
our
appearance
and
religious
practices.
We
noticed
several
disapproving
glances
and
whispers
from
fellow
visitors,
making
us
feel
like
outsiders
in
what
should
have
been
a
welcoming
and
inclusive
space.
In
today's
diverse
world,
it
is
incredibly
disappointing
to
encounter
such
prejudice
and
judgment.
The
resort
should
be
a
place
where
all
guests
feel
accepted
and
respected,
regardless
of
their
backgrounds,
beliefs,
or
appearances.
Sadly,
this
was
not
the
case
here.
I
strongly
advise
against
visiting
this
resort
for
anyone
who
values
inclusivity
and
genuine
hospitality.
No
one
should
have
to
endure
the
discomfort
of
being
made
to
feel
like
they
don't
belong
simply
because
they
don't
conform
to
someone
else's
idea
of
"normal."
Discrimination
has
no
place
in
the
hospitality
industry,
and
it's
disheartening
to
see
it
thriving
in
this
establishment.
In
conclusion,
our
experience
at
this
resort
was
extremely
unpleasant
and
marred
by
discrimination
and
an
unwelcoming
atmosphere.
I
sincerely
hope
that
management
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
implements
necessary
changes
to
foster
a
more
inclusive
and
tolerant
environment
for
all
guests.
Until
then,
I
cannot
recommend
this
resort
to
anyone
who
wishes
to
enjoy
a
truly
relaxing
and
inclusive
vacation.
