Great location. We always stay here in Fuengirola. New name and owners but can't see any changes. Clean modern hotel at a very good price. Will stay here again.

Fabulous hotel with friendly staff. In a great location. Swimming pool area was clean with comfy sunbeds. Rooms were spot on with great views. Ask for a higher floor as the views are amazing. Breakfast was absolutely lovely with a huge range of foods. Cocktails in the bar in the evening were generous. Sit by the window overlooking the promenade for a fantastic sunrise at breakfast.

We wanted to book the junior suite at this hotel and I emailed them about our small dog. He is small, but chubby (it is a pug) and weighs 10 kg. I asked and explained his size. The only answer I got send back was the terms and conditions. Nothing personal or even remotely flexibel. We always travel with our pug and we never have had a problem. They are not dog friendly. The list of rules are long and contradictory. Maybe good to know for other dog owners. Save yourself the effort and book another hotel.

Just got here an hour ago! Assumed it was adults only hotel only to find screaming kids in the pool. Nothing against children but if you want quiet relaxing days by the pool don’t come here ! Rooms ok not much draw space in fact non at all apart from 4 draw cabinet in the wardrobe. No bedside tables only a plastic stool type thing. Hopefully find something good ? Give it a few days & update 😏😏

Leonardo hotel has just reopened after 𝐒𝐄 refurbishment. Staff at reception are always have exceptional manner and are extremely helpful with any doubts or issues that come. Special thanks to Juanpe , Marisa and rest of the team at reception. Repeating this year and highly recommended

Lovely Hotel only downside was evening meal not much variety.Also no entertainment in hotel so had to go out each night.Staff very friendly would recommend if food improved.

Was closed upon arrival with no forewarning. Got there at midnight to discover hotel was a building site! Was put up in a beautiful hotel which could not be faulted but was a 25 minute walk from town , not what we booked! No use keeping receipts from taxis as advised by hotel manager as they aren't admitting liability now saying town was 5 minutes from IPV where we were put up. Maybe with a jetpack it is but my phone and watch clocked 23 minutes walking and 10 by taxi. So unprofessional and so disappointed.

I booked this hotel in January for a stay at the end of March. $ days before my stay I was told to cancel as the hotel refurbishment was no finished. I asked for my money back but over 2 weeks later I have not received a refund. They keep pushing me form pillar to post Not exactly helpful.

Only popped in to see it as we were going to stay there. The reception area looked nice. Pool and pool area small but clean. Staff very attentive and seemed happy.

Very decent hotel, nice swimming pool terrace, comfy beds, sea view from the balcony, decent size bathroom, good towels. Location is great. Some electrical sockets hanging dangerously from the wall though. Loved the cafeteria-bakery La Panera on the same street, great for breakfasts.

Very friendly staff that always have a smile and are more than happy to help. Hotel feels new and has an absolutely lovely smell every time you walk in, modern open plan lobby with plenty of space to relax. Rooms are great, modern set up with more than enough space, new TVs with international Freeview and YouTube built in. Balcony on the higher floors (we were on the 9th) provide a fantastic view and area to chill out. Bathrooms great with large walk in shower. Location ideal as it's right by the docks, busier towards the right side beach and more peaceful towards the left side. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for all. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely room with great sea view. Hotel in a great location, right opposite the beach and marina with bars, restaurants, shops, train station within walking distance. My husband and I stayed 2 weeks and found that on the second week the food got very repetitive and boring. Very unimpressed with having to buy water at dinner at a price of 2 euros 50 per bottle. Why no jugs of free water, especially in the extremely hot weather I really don’t understand. Also, why when there is 2 of you in a room do they put 1 small bottle of water in the fridge on your arrival?? For me, the food let it down, it often looked like it had been stood for a while - sauce had a thick skin on, vegetables lukewarm or cold, mash potatoes like slop, jacket potatoes still hard in the middle, chicken pink and under cooked! Casserole this and casserole that, battered varieties of vegetables, fish, chicken and anything you could imagine. The second week I couldn’t eat much, and we had booked breakfast and dinner. The pool area snack place was pricey. Much cheaper to eat outside of the hotel. The pool area itself was nice and quiet. There was a ‘happy hour’ at the bar every night. There was no entertainment to speak of, just a screen playing videos. All in all it was very quiet, even at breakfast and dinner, there was never many people about. I would stay again on a room only basis because I liked the room, sea view and location of the hotel, if I got a good deal.

Perfect location, but there is only one open bar in the hotel which is the pool bar. The food is absymal.

The hotel itself is pretty nice. The rooms are spacious and in general the staff are friendly. Negatives - the spa was closed! we was not notified of this prior to going so we will be requesting a partial refund. I was told I could not take my cheese baguette back to my room. I noticed 7 other people staying in they hotel taking food out the canteen. Yet the lady said i couldnt take mine to my room. Because of this I will not stay at this hotel again. I was embarrassed and upset. Also PLEASE can the manager train the staff to not remove cutlery or plates from tables until the people have left. This is very rude and back practice to take empty plates of cups from the table whilst others are eating.

28/5/2022 Football match Real Madrid - Liverpool shown in the hotel hall at maximum volume with no respect for other guests ho needed to sleep. Receptionist said it’s legal in spain to make Noise and party until 12 pm. Unfortunately party went on until 1 am. Awful experience.

A nice hotel close to a lot of activities and the beach. The room was OK but nothing special, the beds was awful, very hard. The hotel pool is small and shallow. Breakfast was ok.

Just back from a 2 week stay at this Hotel ,Staff on reception very helpful ,rooms cleaned every day ,clean towels and bedding ,wouldn’t fault it ,ate in the restaurant several times plenty selection ,back home to cold Scotland , will be back next year , Thankyou Staff Annie & Pamela , XX.

Who gave four stars for this hotel? The informations during the rental were different than in reality. The were no spa, no indoor swimming pool, parking is permanently not available. The only thing which is really good is localisation.

Great location, comfortable enough room, shower leaked, wardrobe doors didn't glide. Lovely reception area, nice pool with good sunbeds, food was fine but so many restaurants nearby would have been a better idea to have just booked room only.

Had a lovely 2 week holiday food was amazing the choice and quality you offered was brilliant as were the staff. On the downside the rooms and corridors were greatly in need of a makeover. The windows along the corriders and in the scenic lifts were filthy you could hardly see out and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years !!! Although this said I have given 4 stars as overall a pleasant stay and hope to see a vast improvement on our next visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it was a far cry from the experience I had hoped for. The rooms were plagued by a persistent and unbearable smell that not only forced us out but also resulted in a headache for me. Despite bringing the issue to the manager's attention, the only response we received was a mere apology with no tangible efforts to address the problem. To add to our disappointment, the presence of small worms running around the floor was both unsettling and unsanitary. It's disheartening that our trip was marred by these issues, and the lack of effective resolution from the management only compounded our frustration. I would caution others considering this hotel to be aware of these hygiene and customer service concerns.
