If you find some one you like, they leave. If you book appts in advance to make sure you get the person and times that work for you, they cancel your appts. I go to relax, yet this location only seems to cause me stress over and over again. So no more giving them chances. It is not worth it. Saying sorry does not help when this is a pattern.

I booked my first ever facial in my life with Shannon and I was absolutely blown away with the experience. Not only was she super kind but very informative. She made me feel so comfortable and the 90 minute facial felt amazing! My skin is glowing and feels wonderful. All because of her I became a member to get monthly facials with her. The lady at the front desk who helped me sign up to be a member was also amazing and super nice and informative! I didn’t catch her name but they both made my experience amazing and I can’t wait to be back next month.

I had a 60 minute faci and I receive compliments on my skin for 2 days afterward. It made an incredible difference. This was a Christmas gift from my daughter and her fiance. My esthetition was very sweet and professional, I'm sorry I've forgotten her name. I'll be coming back.

My boyfriend and I received couples massages with Ryan. Booking over the phone was seamless and staff was very friendly and helpful. Ryan was amazing at responding to what I needed and I left feeling great. I usually have hard stubborn knots to work with and he had no issue getting my neck and shoulders right. I highly recommend Ryan and the staff at Massage envy!

This review is long overdue but I owe it to ME...I will say that both Danielle and Pam are absolutely amazing. They practically saved my neck, back, and shoulders... they're the best!

There's one masseuse at this location that actually gives a $60 massage, and she's usually booked out for at least a month. Doesn't matter though, almost any appt has to be made weeks in advance. Not sure how other people manage that, since a massage is the first thing to go if I get busy, but that's just me. Literally won't let you cancel. I've signed up for the membership twice now in like 4 years, very unhappy both times, guess it's on me for getting talked into it again. Now ive got 10 hours accrued that i cant even use, because you keep accruing hours monthly unless you pay $10 a month to just use your accrued (read: ALREADY PAID FOR) hours. Would definitely recommend a smaller local business. Edit: I wasn't saying there was any price variations, I'm saying your other employees give bad massages.

Very clean and a must for us. Quiet and peaceful. The front desk people are respectful and fast. Always have a great experience. It's a great place and should be everyone's must. Thank you.

Danielle was super awesome. She gave the right pressure and was very attentive to right muscle areas l. I would definitely recommend her.

Giving 3 stars because Brian is great! Unfortunately, I am more stressed about going in to this location as I am always wondering if my appt time will be correct or did I miss a call to reschedule. Seems the same person at the desk is there when I experience issues. You have to stay in your contract for 12 months even if you live outside of their service area radius. When you call to speak with a membership coordinator they never call back. I will be happy when this contract is up. I will NEVER use ME again!

Highly recommend Shannon, she’s amazing. On another note, I’d avoid booking w crystal if you have other options.

I've been going here for two years now. Its always clean and Bryan and Emmy do a great job. I look forward to it every month.
