So usually this restaurant would receive a 5 star rating however we were cheated out of money and food on 12/05/19!!!! I ordered over the phone with the lady who I believe owns the restaurant and she's very sweet as usual! When I arrived to pick up our order she read the order back and it was correct( receipt is correct) only to get home to realize the order was completely wrong!! So of course I call and they were already closed. I call this morning to explain that we paid for 2 dinner combos one with Sesame and Sweet and Sour Chicken and the other with General Tso Chicken.. The picture below is what we received!! We also paid to have egg in our rice which as you can see is missing. The owner tells me i should've brought the food back!! How is that possible when the restaurant was already closed when we realized what we had received was incorrect?? All that I requested was to be reimbursed for the food that we didn't receive and I was given 2 thousand excuses as to why that couldn't happen!! I've eaten at this restaurant for over 7 years but the way I was treated over their mistake has caused me to eat elsewhere!! Stop stealing from your customers!!

The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. The service is call in or drive thru only. Typical Chinese food at very reasonable prices. It was tasty

The rice has literally NO FLAVOR. The vegetables in the rice were ONLY peas and a few onions. I ordered honey wings and fried rice and this rice look and tasted like regular brown rice in a “success box”. I literally had to put my own Salt on this rice. I’m so disappointed. This the 2nd Chinese food spot I’ve tried in Macon with horrible rice! The chicken was bland. I was better off cooking at home. Ugh!

The food is always fresh, hot & delicious! Not to mention you get your money's worth! My only complaint is that it is drive-thru only... I loathe drive-thrus! If I'm going through the trouble of getting out to get a meal, I prefer to eat it on-site!

Very poor customer service. Rude and disrespectful. Refused to service an EMS unit over the phone and hung up on me and my partner after we made multiple calls. I used to be a loyal customer and the food is good but will not be returning any longer.

The amount of food they give you is unbelievable! We will eat on this for days. The price is perfect. It was fresh and hot and FAST. They have a drive thru window as well. They put bean sprouts in their fried rice and that alone sold me. We ordered two entrees, an order of spring rolls even though our dinners came with egg rolls and a small side of steamed broccoli and omg, it was more broccoli than could have hoped for! Just look at the pictures!!! SOOOO MUCH FOOD. We paid less than $30! That’s wild.

I ordered for the first time from them and I was SO HAPPY with my shrimp fried rice. It was perfect! I come from a city where there are a lot of Chinese food restaurants everywhere, which I miss and this fried rice reminded me of home.

I will not be returning to this location again. I ordered mixed vegetables and vegetable egg foo young from the lunch menu. I opened my meals as soon as I got home and found that I had old stale flabby soggy inedible broccoli in my mixed vegetables. I called back to discus and they wanted to give me some song and dance about it was an hour or more since I got it so that's what happens. No that's not what happens. I eat broccoli regularly and you can't tell me that some good broccoli is going to turn bad within an hour and a half. Save your money and go someplace where they will start off your order with fresh food and vegetables. The problem with these Asian restaurants is that they want to serve you substandard food and when you complain about it they want to do nothing about it. I will learn how to prepare my own Asian meals from here on out. I have found NOT ONE consistently good chinese restaurant here in Macon.

Ming's is known as what I would call a Macon Cult Attraction. The food isn't anything special, but the locals rave about the taste and quality. I was really let down on both visits that I had with Mings. While it checks all the visual boxes for a hole in the wall vibe, it misses the mark with flavor.

Let me start with the food is fantastic. Best Chinese food in Macon. However, when you call in an order, give them your phone number, and show up when they tell you to, you expect to get your food. This didn't happen for me. They lost my order and I had to wait another 40 minutes to get what I had ordered in advance. The place was extremely busy, but their ordering system didn't work.

Been going to this place for over 10 years and it's always been top-notch. Great flavors, fabulous customer service, and excellent prices. Always ready when I get there! I got all this food for about $21. General Tso chicken combination plate, egg drop soup, and fried dumplings. Yum!

Order ahead and it will always be ready in "about 15-20 minutes" :) We love Ming's-- They will remove mushrooms and add extra baby corn. So much food for the price! We have leftovers for the next day's lunch! 谢谢你们总是做得好吃！

Closer to a 4.5 instead of a 4. Fried rice is not the typical yellow fried rice, more that brown type a few restaurants have. Pretty good. Tried the General Tso's Chicken on my first visit and it is good. Service is currently drive thru only. I would rank this as one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area.

Great food and great prices! I love this place. Food is always fresh and tasty. Only gripe....the location is in a shopping plaza, so traffic is horrible and the restaurant has limited seating when available. Great food though....it's worthwhile!

I can see an tell what im eating it's not a plate of sauce and if I have special request...food comes out amazing and so clean definitely been another go to for big family meals, go light on the sauce and it's always 🤌

THE BEST!!!! They work very hard and the food is consistently fresh, hot and DELICIOUS!!! The lobby is usually closed so not much atmosphere to rate.

Huge portions, the general tso chicken is always good, sometimes better than others, but always hits the spot.

Best Chinese restaurant in Macon, period the end. Been going here for 20+ years and it’s delicious every time! I moved across the country 7 years ago and it’s the only restaurant in town I’ll eat at when I visit. Love Ming’s!!!

Ordered General Tso's chicken plus wings and House fried rice. Food was absolutely delicious! Only had to wait about 5 minutes in line. Can't wait to go back and order again!!

Food was great! And the price was reasonable. The drive thru offers little room. I'll go inside to pick up next time.

They never disappoint so much food always fresh and "Hot" I all ways get the same thing can't get enough of it chicken lo mein with a egg roll. They have the best food around (I think any way) try them you will see what I mean

Ming’s flavor is consistent. The timing for ordering in person varies, and at times, can be frustrating. I’m not sure how calling in my regular order only takes 10-15 mins, but physically ordering at the drive through window is never less than 20 minutes. Also, they will call your phone repeatedly if you’re not there to pick up your food within the 10-15 min window; however, are extremely upset if after 20 minutes of waiting, you check on your in-person order. Again, the food is always a consistent flavor/quality. I’m tempted to rate this business 3 stars because of the timing and attitude towards customers regarding timing, but the food is what we’re all here for and it’s solid. 4✨.

I'm originally from Miami and we had a restaurant there that had great Chinese food. This one really reminds me of that. Very good food

I love Ming's. I love the Honey Braised Chicken wings w steamed rice, but yesterday I requested fried rice. Either way my food was delicious❤️

The Shrimp Egg Foo Yung was pretty good & large! The food was fresh & I had fried rice with fresh vegetables. I was very impressed with their covid protocols in place at the drive-thru with a shield & the gentleman has on his mask. That is great and makes me more comfortable eating out. The more I try the different meals, they can easily go to 5 stars. I am at 4 1/2 stars because there was alot of food too.
