On a Saturday around 5 p.m., I went to this Chick-fil-A. I spoke with the cashiers Stacey, Amaya, and Leticia, as well as the customer support representative James. The service and environment were fantastic. My meals were amazing, including 4 ct breaded strips (with fries and a sprite), 12 ct breaded nuggets (with fries and a cookies & cream milkshake), and a Market Salad (with avocado lime ranch dressing, fries, and a sunjoy).

I have to admit that I'm rare breed and I don't like Chick-fil-A. The only thing I eat here is the Market Fresh Salad, Mac-N-Cheese, Chicken mini and Ice Dream. I ordered a Market Salad and it was DELICIOUS!! The combination of sweet and savory is perfect! The strawberries, blueberries, blu cheese crumbles apples are the bomb! They also give you crushed almonds and Granola to add. And they aren't skimpy on the grilled chicken. The Zesty Apple Cider Vinger dressing is Uh-Mazing! I can't wait for it to come out in the store. It's expensive but worth it. I only order once in a blue moon. Definitely worth trying.

My colleague and I often visit this location for lunch and we are never disappointed. The food and lobby is always on point. As with every Chick-Fil-A location, the customer service is warm and welcoming. I wanted to give a special shout to Mr. James, who is always exceptional and is a true brand ambassador. He goes above and beyond and has an excellent demeanor. A true asset to the company and this location in particular.

The staff was amazing. The gentlemen who took care of all of the customers dining in absolutely made this Chick-fil-A standout than any other one I have been to. Everyone was so friendly, it made you feel like you knew them as family!

Not really sure what happened to this location but my last several visits have been bad. The drive through use to run very efficient, but now in the mornings, the wait time is out of control. The other day it took me almost 30 minutes. There were no outside folks to assist with orders. It’s a shame because this place is close to tBut now in the mornings, the wait time is out of control. My order every single time I order the same thing: Cobb salad with strips, medium fry, and sweet tea light on the ice. Every time in drive thru I say 'make sure I get 2 salad dressings, don't mind paying for them'. They say 'it comes with 2 dressings'. Every time I get home, there's only 1! You think I'd learned to check before leaving but nope I have so much faith in them plus confirmation from drive thru that's it's there reassures me. I don't have this issue at neighboring Chick fil A's, just this location.

James went above and beyond to take care of us. It's noticable when people are well cared for at their job as they care for others. Thanks for your jokes, laughs and your smile James.

The workers here are incredibly kind. Food and service were top notch. The fries I recieved were extremely salty though, but that's okay. The cobb salad was spectacular and the grilled club! The employees inside and outside always go above and beyond. The customer in front of me was very rude to the worker and I could hear the lady, but I hope they know they're doing great despite these people. I always go a couple times a week before work and every time I come in the drive thru they're standing outside even in the rain and this hot summer heat sweating! I went in the morning and night and saw the same little girl working and she took my order both times and provided excellent service. I hope they're getting recognized and paid the amount they put in to serve their customers the way they do. Chick-fil-A will always be one of the best fast food places and this location doesn't disappoint.

New fried apple pie, not fried but cold and seemed baked. I must admit, ordering the new apple pie was not worth the almost $5 price each. We started laughing when we looked at the pies, thought it was a joke. No real apple pie taste, just crust. This must be a huge $4+ each profit margin for Chick-fil-A. Guess that why the Cathy family are billionaires and I am not... almost 18 min wait for food in DT, one lane after order. We have noticed the quality of items in general have decreased over the past few years since the pandemic at all CF Locations GA, FL, TN.... sad but true... but we still keep coming back... as the teens are trained well for the most part... and we have to get out CF.

James is the best! I was there by myself with my 2 and 3 year old and he was so awesome making sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Brought us silverware and set up my kids placemats. They forgot some of our food so I had to go stand in line and the other employee that brought food and then corrected the order wasn't the nicest but James saved the whole experience he was so kind and attentive. So thank you for making this mamas day so much easier. Thank you!

My daughter and I traveled to Georgia and stopped here to have lunch. We sat inside to eat before heading back on the road. Mr. James works on the inside cleaning the dinning area and he was the absolute best! His service alone made this entire store top of the line. He was absolutely amazing.

The manager, James, is an excellent manager. He makes the rounds and keeps the drinks filled. Very courteous man and has an efficient dining facility.

Of course, this is one of my favorite places. Because every time the food comes out. It is very hot and the customer service. No matter what Chick-fil-A you go to, it is always so nice. The people are so kind. The generosity of those people that are in that building working for Chick-fil-A is awesome thanks to the chick fil. boss who is always on point with his employees. I hope you're getting paid enough because you're worth it all.
