    This hotel is rated as 5 star but it felt like less. The staff was all super friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is definitely getting dated. Biggest gripe was that while the bathroom was large and spacious, the shower got cold quickly and didn't have very good pressure, two things most hotels typically excel at.

    Only hotel I've ever rated 5 stars. (So far) The rooms are perfect, the pool is huge and amazing, the staff are really nice. nice location, nice view, nothing bad! Amazing place for about everything, just you might wanna hesitate bringing a 1992 ford crown Victoria and get yourself a rental, best I got was the Toyota highlander 21'. your probably gonna see a lot of range rovers and McLaren, but expect rich and luxurious. Great hotel cant wait to go again.

    I'm never staying anywhere else in Atlanta! The service here was impeccable. We came for the Beyonce concert and stayed for four nights. Our room was modern, beautiful, and cleaned daily. The room was well stocked too. Room service was quick and delicious. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night and it was terrific! The valets were so welcoming, especially Jermaine. The front desk service was super fast. Jasmine got us checked in, made us laugh, and remembered us every time we walked in. We took beautiful photos in the courtyard too. There's great restaurants and shopping with walking distance. It's been an amazing stay. We hate to leave. We'll be back! There's no where else for us.

    Amazing customer service. A standout was a bellman named Jermaine. He was professional, personable, and extremely helpful. Shout-out to the entire staff though, front the moment you pull up, to be greeted at the front desk, to ordering room service, this hotel is top notch! They even sent waters and chocolate to our room daily without any requests to do so. Rooms are exceptional with amazing views. Thank you for making our stay special. We will definitely be returning!

    Labor day weekend trip to Atlanta and this was our first time staying at Intercontinental hotels. I was very impressed by the amazing service, beautiful decor and delicious food at Cafe Americana. Our double room was very nice but we had an issue with the shower having low water pressure until we turned all the way up to hot which was extremely hot for anybody. I called to the service desk and Maeve was very pleasant. She offered to change rooms plus complimentary Club access which we enjoyed. This hotel will make sure their guests are well taken care of. For my next stay, I will reserve the club level room because the Club and it's offerings were outstanding.

    The hotel was great. It was going through some renovations at the moment hence only 4 stars. The bar/restaurant dining area was closed due to that. The king suite had a nice view of Lenox square. My wife loved the bathtub after walking the square all day.

    I loved the room and bathroom. Great location and great staff. The parking garage can be tricky. If you are self parking push the button to get into the garage. I felt very secure parking my car in there. The hotel was very welcoming when I walked into the lobby. The rooms were nice and comfy. I couldn't figure out how to get into the mini fridge but that was probably for the better. Lol The coffee downstairs in the morning was great. We opted out of the breakfast package and decided to eat somewhere local. I had hung a shirt in the closet so it didn't wrinkle. Being rushed the next morning, I accidentally left the shirt in the closet. I called a few days later and asked if it was brought down after the room was cleaned but it was never returned. So that only made me think the room was not cleaned right away or closet was checked when it was cleaned, or it was just thrown away.

    The updated rooms were both exquisite and over the top quality. I booked the location for my proposal and Andre was extremely exceptional in coordinating the event. I’ve stayed at this location multiple times throughout the years and will continue to use it for all of my family’s future excursions. Thanks again to the hotel and especially Andre for making this a truly memorable stay.

    Service was good. All employees super nice. My room is very nice. Two issues I have 1) no breakfast at hotel or in entire area before 7. Up at 5, conference by 6a. Nowhere to eat. #2) the hotel has older carpet throughout. Specifically near elevator ground floor and up. It made it extremely hard to pull suitcase across and I'm younger and stronger than most occupants. I couldn't get a coffee before 7a either. Like the whole town doesn't wake up early? Anyway- beautiful hotel. Pics attached.

    This hotel is exceptional! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay during the 7 Figure Educator conference. Housekeeping took great care of my room daily. Valet parking was also great. I will definitely return!

    Jermaine, with concierge, truly went above and beyond!!!! Another concierge staff member, brought us an extra sitting chair, so we could eat dinner in our room, with the beautiful view of the Atlanta skyline! A dear friend booked everything for us, and was on the phone for 1.5 hrs the day before, to ensure everything was taken care of, lounge access and valet. They did not book her, (a regular business customer with perks), the amenities or room she asked for, despite sending paperwork required, and her credit card. She was not happy that we were still asked to place a card on file, and by the time they fixed this, the happy hour in the lounge was closed. For people conducting business with important clientele, I would strongly suggest you triple check your bookings.

    Dang this is THE HOTEL! The rooms was beautiful with enough USB ports. The view was awesome. It is on the expensive side but you won't be disappointed. Drinks were on point. The service was exceptional! The staff was awesome, friendly, and helpful.

    Super friendly staff. This establishment is very clean. I was on the 21st floor and the room had beautiful views. In addition to the view, our room was always cleaned and restocked. The restaurant was amazing as well. I would definitely stay here again.

    Checked in today and we have been impressed from the moment we pulled in. We were immediately greeted by staff, they truly pay attention to the small details here as well and are all very kind and professional. Rooms are beautiful and if you order room service it is brought to you very quickly. We will be visiting again.

    Phenomenal stay here. Restaurant had great food, prepared fast and delivered right to door. Staff was excellent and courteous. Rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. Plenty of amenities (gym was decently sized, with good equipment). Would stay here again.

    This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are great - bed is comfortable, big Fluffy pillows, nice towels, and all kinds of extras are standard. The service was excellent - quick check-in, friendly staff, and appreciate the driver for short trips. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

    We did not want to leave! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Best sleep I have had at any hotel! Tony (front desk) was kind, accommodating and respectful. The rooms were clean and the shower exceptional. I didn’t use the tub. (Wish I did). The pool area was nice and made you want to fall asleep. Amex rewards were excellent and had no issues using it! I even received complimentary drinks, picture below. Staff was great! Very accommodating and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay again!!! Thank you!!! 🥹

    Everything you know about intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta: Rooms are spacious and relaxing have a good flow to them. The beds are super comfortable. The pillows are fluffy but flatten out really quickly so get ready for a lot of pillow flipping throughout the night unless you like a flat pillow. The pool and hot tub are amazing. When I first reserve this hotel I search for hotels that came with breakfast included and when I got to the hotel breakfast was not included It felt like a bit of a bait-and-switch. And they wanted to charge it pretty expensive for breakfast. The shower and bathroom were very clean well designed had great finishes. The shampoo and body wash that came with the hotel was amazing.

    The service was excellent. The check-in was quick, and I must say April’s customer service was likened to the white glove experience! Somehow American Express did not cancel my previous reservation. She spoke with them to help resolve the issue. Top notch. Thanks again April!

    We were there for a family wedding and it be selfish for me not to recognize some of the best colleagues I had pleasure to work with in past and they truly make Intercontinental Buckhead a place to visit if you are in ATL. I had the opportunity to meet the best doorman Eric and Anthony. Jermaine from the bell staff is awesome at recognizing the details and leaving great impression. Deborah in restaurant is fabulous as always and the entire banquet team who made my family feel special. Thank you for the great hospitality and wish you all the best.

    After such a long day and missing our connecting flight from Atlanta, we were glad we were able to get a room to get some sleep. The hotel is about a 30 minute drive from the airport but so worth it! Staff is nice, friendly, helpful, attentive and it sure made our end to a bad day much better. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, spacious, in a good area and close to dining, mall and other shops near by. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, nice, spacious, comfortable, give a relaxing vibe and super inviting to a nice experience. The bathroom has a tub and you get all the toiletries you may need for your stay. It was a great stay and will definitely recommend and keep in mind for future stays.

    The InterContinental Buckhead is one of the best hotels! My experience is always stellar. Recently, my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary there - the same place where we got married. We were wowed by the amazing renovations and delighted by the always consistent and super fabulous customer service from the moment we checked in. And I would be remiss not to mention the super awesome dynamic duo of Brian and Lisa. Thank you for always making our stay so special.

    Hands-down, this was the most enjoyable hotel stay that I have experienced in Atlanta. My husband and I stayed here while in Atlanta this most recent visit and I must say the customer service was beyond exceptional in every aspect! From the second we stepped out of the car, everyone we came into contact with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help with anything that we could possibly ask for. My one and only complaint would be that the water would randomly get EXTREMELY hot while taking a shower - like burn skin off kind of hot. So that kept us on our toes a bit. Also, if you would like a microwave or refrigerator in your room, you will need to rent them for $30 each.

    After staying at this beautiful establishment for not 3, but 4 days! We added on an extra day bc it was so amazing! I have to say I will NEVER stay anywhere else in Atlanta again!!! Tyler at check-in was an absolute pleasure to work with, the door and valet guys treated my 2 year old like he was their own child. He fell in love with them and had to go show them a toy car of his everyday on our visit. The room service guy J that brought us everything we needed was an absolute doll. We just have nothing bad to say about anyone or anything at this fine hotel. We enjoyed it so much, and cannot wait to go back and see everyone and get the same experience! Love you all and thank you for treating us like family when we needed it most and none of you even knew! ❤️❤️❤️

    Overall my stay was comfortable. They are doing some much needed upgrades. Staff chose a newly renovated room for my stay which was acceptable. However, they missed the mark when it came to the small amenities (no luggage rack, no microwave, desk chair seat was hard, toilet could use a sliding door for privacy, mini fridge needed replacing and parking should be discounted for guests.... even 10% off for parking would do well as a gesture). The bar area could use a serious upgrade but they've worked on the foyer which is nice and the atrium is nice also. My stay was comfortable but for the money spent I expected a bit more luxury.

    I visited here to celebrate our 21st Anniversary. Our experience was very good overall. The staff was friendly and we were greeted warmly at the front desk. We dined in the Americano restaurant in the hotel and had a good experience. The only this we had any issue with there was being told our food would come out as courses but the appetizer and entree came out within three minutes of each other. Our room at the hotel was great. The room was very nice although it seemed somewhat small. The room amenities in the room were very nice. We did have a maintenance issue when I used the shower and found myself standing in 4-inches of water due to the drain not working properly. We found it odd that the pool closes at 9pm given it's very light outside at that time during the summer months. They should also take a look at the planters out there which didn't seem very well maintained with the large plants being very dry and brown. Overall, we had a nice experience and would keep this location on our list of places to visit again. Our overall experience was good.

    I chose the Intercontinental Buckhead for my wedding room block this past weekend and could not have been more impressed and happy with the service. From the moment we arrived until we left 4 days later, everything was handled better than I could’ve imagined. Our luggage was promptly unloaded and brought up to our room. We hosted a welcome reception in the lobby on Friday evening. The drinks and service were stellar and all of our guests had a wonderful experience. On Saturday, the staff helped our wedding parties get up to our rooms to get ready before our ceremony. Brian and Lisa, the event coordinators, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and pleasurable. Every guest that stayed at the Intercontinental with us was impressed and said they would be returning during their next visit to Atlanta. I could not recommend this hotel more! Thank you to all the staff at the Intercontinental for making our wedding weekend exceptionally unforgettable!

    The suite was nice and clean and big. Compared to other 5-STAR hotels though, this one was lacking in hospitality and amenities. The location is near a few restaurants and retail shops plus the area is clean.

    Was here for a conference. The shower was the cleanest hotel shower I've seen in a LONG time! Even some other high-end hotel showers haven't been as clean as theirs. I have a pet peeve about clean showers (can't you tell🤣). The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to ask if any assistance was needed. First class service all around.
