My wife and I get to Macon fairly often. We live just an hour north, but also generally stop on our way back from visiting family in the Savannah area. Made a special trip yesterday to get down to at least one day of Cherry Blossom Festival this year. Unfortunately, last week's sub-freezing temps did a number on the blossoms and the trees were just about bare. But we also come for beer and food, and in that we weren't disappointed. Generally we stop at one of the local breweries, either Fall Line or Piedmont, but in perusing the Untappd App I saw Just Tap'd listed with their 60 plus draft beers so I jumped on their own website to peruse the beer list. Lots of great beers from craft breweries around the state and the country. The wife and I have been making a point of stopping in at craft breweries where ever we travel and have been to 65 so far, mostly in Georgia, so when we go to a place like this I like to try beers from places I've not yet been (or will have a hard time getting back to). The staff could not be more accommodating and provided multiple samples of beers I'd not had before I settled on one. While we really weren't hungry yet, we did have the German Pretzel with beer cheese, and both were delicious. The pretzel as just want you want, a bit crusty with just enough salt on the outside, but very tender on the inside. The beer cheese was thick (not the runny stuff you usually get) with a bit of heat to it (my wife says more than a "bit"). All in all delicious. Next time we'll try the pizza. A cozy, warm, and inviting space, this is what all tap rooms should aspire to. Another "highly recommended". (Oh, if you're not a beer geek, don't worry, they're not condescending and can help you find a beer you'll probably like.)

Was told to come here after ok service at Piedmont. Basically a Starbucks atmosphere that serves all kinds of beers. They have flights or full sizes. If you come here and study or have a date night where you can actually talk then this is the place. Will need to try to the food next time.

In December 2021, we hosted a small preparty in their "Cellar" and it was PERFECT for us!!! Andrea and her staff did an AMAZING job with everything!!! The food was delicious and our friends loved the atmosphere and of course the beer! Can't wait to host something again soon!!! Thank you Just Tap'd for such a memorable night!!!!!

Austin with the beard and tattoos was an absolutely awesome bartender! Although I know my way around beers, he helped me try something new. He poured me a delicious beer that was locally brewed here in Macon (Fall Line). The manager (I think her name is Janice) also came up and checked on us. She then recommended a different local beer which was equally delicious. We definitely felt like we were family while we were there. Can't wait to come back!

Craft beer is fun. Going out to dinner is fun. Spending money at a place you enjoy is fun. Do you know what is not fun? Always getting the same employee to serve you that, doesn't want to be there, won't make eye contact with you, is exuding a continual bad attitude and negative energy and not even trying to hide it, mumbles about your order under their breathe as they turn to the tap and appears to be perpetually clinically depressed. Management, you probably know who I'm referring too. As long as this employee is allowed to interact with the public I will have to go elsewhere. This is 4 or 5 visits in the past few months where this same demeanor was observed by more than just myself.

Excellent Pizza and atmosphere. good beer. My wife and I have had take out pizza almost weekly for a year. Last night when I called, they demanded I give them my cc over the phone. They said they needed it "if I didn't mind". I told them I minded and would pay when I got there. She then said fine, but they wouldn't even MAKE the pizza till I showed up and paid. Needless to say I did not have Pizza last night. Probably won't ever for a long time. Only place I've ever had takeout who wanted payment UP FRONT. Sad..... UPDATE 10 May 2022: Since that experience, they have NOT requested payment up front, and the PIzza remains excellent.

Great selection of beer choices and even some crafty cocktails. We enjoyed the space and the atmosphere of this location. Enjoy your beer and pizza out front, on the main level, or head down the steps to a basement area which boasts a shuffleboard and a selection of card games. We had some delicious pizza and cocktails while playing games. Highly recommend the buffalo ranch pizza! Great building to explore as well. Lots of original features still in place.

First time there, had no idea what to get. Amazing and beautiful Adrianna suggested the best drinks and food. So charismatic and charming. Will be coming back just for her!

The bartenders are good. There were more kids than adults, and they were left to do their thing with running around and screaming. People raved about the pizza, but ours was cold and lacked flavor. The beer is good but doesn't make up for the chuck-e-cheese vibe. I won't be back.

Cool brewery serving beer on tap and wine in bottles. Nice beer and beer food selection. We ate the pretzels, garlic knots, and cheese pizza. Food was hot, fresh, and ready quickly. Customer service was superb. Card games, tables, and lounge chairs available if you’re out with the crew hanging out.

Great Beers! Do the Stouts! Macon is lucky to have this place. You order the food and pick it up downstairs!

Best service, best pizza & best beer options! I cannot compliment this place enough. The seating options are great, whether indoors or outdoors. Very clean. Priced right for what they deserve, which is made with enthusiasm and love! I am from the north with a love of pizza, so at every opportunity, I visit pizza spots. After many fails, I came across this spot and loved their creative monthly pizza specials!!! Random and so damn delicious! I haven't eaten a bad slice!!!! Definitely recommend 👍

Perfect spot I love the pizza! Great military discount!! One complaint is you gotta go down stairs to get your pizza 😔. Overall a must visit if in Macon GA.

Our favorite (only??) bar we go to downtown!! The manager Janice is a rockstar!!!!! We come every Thursday, and sometimes Tuesdays!

Great beer selection on tap and otherwise. Pizzas are really good, love the variety available. Trivia night (Tuesday) is always a good time, especially over tasty beers and with friends. Friendly staff, knowledgeable with the beers, which can be helpful if you're not sure what you're in the mood to drink. Good times!

Amazing staff! Incredible beer selection. But if you want a Coke you're out of luck unless you like super sweet, cane sugar, craft type soda. They do not have Coke products or even unsweetened tea. Pesto pizza and house hummus with pesto added was great! The pita for dipping into the pesto would've been better with about 1/8th of the salty seasoning though. Definitely will go back.

Austin is AMAAAAAZING! He took time to help me find something! When they didn't have the perfect drink, he made it up and IT WAS A HIT! He's the bomb and even let us name it. Will definitely be back for more!

The pizza is soooo good! A homemade crust, thin, but full of flavor. Great selection of beers and wine. So many options! You can even get cans of beer/cider/sour/stout to go and bottles of wine. The special was a sangria with ginger and it was really smooth. We also got knots and artichoke dip. The pita chips had a nice spicy seasoning to them. Even the baby approved of the pizza! There’s traditional dining tables or sofas to sit on. Very cozy.

The pizza was good! The crust is cracker thin, which I prefer. It has a good comfy vibe, and the service was great.

The selection of beer/cider/wine is amazing! Truly something for everyone. The pretzels and pizza are YUMMMMMM! Atmosphere is light and fun, perfect patio seating and love when there is live music!

We ate downstairs. What a neat place. Lots of ‘atmosphere!’ We shared about 3 different pizzas and an appetizer. I’m recommending that strategy. They were all fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will go there again.

Great place to hangout with family and friends for some good food, wine, beer and games! I loved the place, pizza was so fresh and tasted so delicious, pretzels tasted good too with the cheese dip. Servers are so nice and I’ll definitely be back for more delicious food and more beer!
