I seriously went out of my way to find these donuts. I originally tried them in Charleston and fell in love so i did some research and found this shop 30 minutes from my house. You get to customize your donuts and they are the perfect combo of soft crunchy and warm. 11/10 recommend!!

A friend told me about Duck Donut and suggest I check it out. I figured it would be something like Crispy Cream so I wasn't to excited about it in the beginning. However, when I got there, I was in for a surprise as Duck Donuts was nothing like Crispy Cream or Dunkin. First off, the store is very clean, the staff was attentive, upbeat and pleasant. The staff explained the ordering process and even suggested a few of their own favorite donuts. Essentially, Duck Donuts has a list of unique donuts numbered. You write down the number on the paper, hand it to the cashier who then after processing your order, proceeds to make the donuts fresh in front of you. While I waited for the donuts, I tried out the iced caramel macchiato which was really good. The donuts were cooked and prepared pretty fast. I ate one right away and could not believe the taste. Simply divine... still warm from just being made... fresh, crisp... the smell of a freshly cooked donut still wafted. Absolutely delicious. I had donuts from different places including Crispy Cream and Dunkin and neither comes remotely close to how fantastic these donuts turned out. If you have not had a chance to visit Duck Donuts, do yourself a favor and treat yourself out. You won't regret it.

This was my first experience with Duck Donuts and I was thoroughly impressed. I was not aware it was a franchise until after I left and googled it. When we walked in Young was super attentive, welcoming and explained the whole process. I loved how the donuts are fresh and made-to-order. We ended up ordering a dozen and getting an iced caramel macchiato. Everything was delicious and I love warm donuts. It was hard to pick a favorite. From the service to the food, everything was 5 stars!

These donuts were so good. They are made fresh to order and dressed how you like, they have so many options it’s almost overwhelming. They also have a full ice cream and milkshake selection as well. The coffee here was actually pretty good I got a cappuccino and it was solid, but they only have regular dairy and almond milk as options which are not my usual go tos. The lady running the place was very nice and took our orders and made our donuts pretty quickly. FYI: they don’t take Apple Pay. The couple in front of us tried to pay with it and got turned away.

Duck Donuts is a great little donut shop! Their cake donuts are made fresh and warm every time. The variety of toppings and icings is fabulous and always leaves you with something new to try. I love the bacon in the sun (bacon may seem strange, but it’s great), French toast, blueberry pancake, and s’mores. Even the plain cake donut with some cinnamon sugar is delicious. The old couple who run the place are also nice and helpful. Don’t miss out on the delicious donuts from Duck Donuts!

I had a major sweet tooth so I ordered Duck Donuts to be delivered. I ordered the Signature Assortment dozen. It took all my willpower not to sit in my kitchen and eat them all before my husband got home. They are so good! And delivery was fast and inexpensive. I will be ordering again!

That freshness in every bite!! So many flavours made with love. I loved their wide range of option in both Donuts and Shakes!!

WASTE OF MONEY!! I’ve been to the TN location and had such a marvelous experience. Came here to introduce my friends to Duck Donuts and needless to say I would be absolutely ashamed to present what I got to them. This is my second time at this location in 3 years and I thought the first time was a fluke. Nope. 3 years later it’s still bad. You guys are OVERWORKING the dough and that’s why the donuts look so emaciated. They are supposed to have full form. The toppings are barely present. The worker didn’t even wait till the donuts cooled down so the glazes just melted into an unappetizing sludge. Compare my donuts to their sample pictures, they look nothing alike at all. Does that donut look like it has strawberry icing? This just looks like a social media scam even though I love duck donuts. I will never be back to this location. I rather travel an extra 30 minutes to another location. Also keep your sick employees at home! Lady shouldn’t be sniffling and sneezing in the kitchen. After 20 minutes of contemplating I just decided to toss the donuts and try to forget I was ever here. Edit: correctly posting the review at the proper location. This happened 10/20/23 Edit2: Response to owner - I appreciate you wanting to make it work but you’ve glossed over the meat of my concerns. Additionally, my review is very consistent and corroborative with other poor experiences from this shop, as documented in Google reviews. As a result of those two points, I will politely decline to return to your shop. Thanks.

These are some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. I love the idea of making them fresh. The lady was very welcoming when I first walked in, and showed me how they made them right in front of me. I’ve had really dry cake donuts before, but these are something else. So moist, sweet, and just melt in your mouth. I ordered glazed and maple bacon. Mouthwatering.

I have never had doughnuts this good in my entire life. The lady running the store is super friendly, and they are made to order. The prices they are listed at are incredible for the product being served.

Average donuts. I don’t really like that they cook them fresh, and to be honest, they are all plain donuts with a topping. Just want to grab a donut and go, and there is a complete lack of things like fritters that make a great donut shop. Avoid the lattes and coffee drinks. Something weird about the milk they used. Maybe it was a fluke, but it was a little clumpy. Not a good look for a latte. There are much better donut shops in the ATL, and OTP.

My SO took me here for the first time tonight. He’s been before. The service was great. The lady was very friendly and took our order in a timely manner. The donuts came out in a timely manner and looked and taste delicious! Crispy, warm, fresh! The gentlemen bagged them and he too was very friendly. I will return. Take a look at my donuts I ordered. Most are from the fan favorite and a couple are custom made.

These are legitimately the best donuts I have ever had in my life. The exterior has a wonderful crunch and the inside is soft, fluffy, and light. I seriously will eat them plain, no glaze. 10/10, I can't wait to come back!

My boyfriend recommended this place after going a couple years ago. They have the best cold brew i’ve ever had, it’s so much better than your local coffee chains. The donuts are also incredible. We are planning on coming back tomorrow to get some more maple bacon donuts!

Great fresh donuts! Good cold brew and the little breakfast donut sandwich was very good( just a little small though).. lady at the register was just as nice as can be! Y’all pulled through when Delightful could not! Will be returning!!

We visited Duck Donuts for a sweet treat. Love the fact that they make them to order. Simple way to order: photos have numbers on them and tell the ones you want by the number. They also have coffee and smoothies. Great choices and clean inside. Nice location in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Can order ahead too. They come out warm and tasty.

Discovered Ducks Donuts by chance today! They really mean it when they say, made to order. Everything was done so quickly and efficiently. I like that you can choose a variety in one box, so I did! The person who served me was super sweet, so attentive to detail and just a really kind human being. This cute place gets a thumbs up from me!

Just left this location on Old Alabama in Johns Creeks - Alpharetta and the donuts were awful! I’ve included a picture also… the donuts were greasy, not fresh and the appearance compared to the picture on website were poor. The owner was of Chinese or Vietnam origin, she was not welcoming to my son and I…we are African American… her looks was a bit cold 🥶 she was very vague and not friendly at all. I should have left but we drove a far distance… My son and I will never go to this location again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND… this location was a waste of time and gas. We normally go to the Toco Hills location which is AMAZING 🤩 Please visit that location for great service and donuts.

The best made-to-order donuts ever, you can pick and design your own! They come out hot, fresh and taste a bit like funnel cake. The owners are so sweet, and the place is very clean. Definitely check it out.

Wow!! Literally the best donut I’ve ever tasted in my life!! The donut was crispy and the flavors were so good! I can’t believe I haven’t been to this place sooner. I was slightly overwhelmed with all the flavor options-I wanted to try them all! I only ordered donuts so I can’t comment on the sandwiches and coffee drinks. $1.85 per donut and they are made to order=WIN!
