I do not think it is worth going to X3 especially if you are wanting to learn technique. It is great exercise and you burn tons of calories but for someone who already lift weights and exercises, this is just extra cardio. I do think it is overpriced and the year long contract is how they get you. There is also an unreasonable cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel early, you will have to pay half of the remaining number of months you have left in the contract. I wish they did not have a contract. I did have a good experience there and the trainer, Gabe, was fantastic. He was cool as hell and treated us with respect and was very willing to teach. Again, I am looking for somewhere else that has a better price and offering.

The staff is amazing the classes are great, UNFORTUNATELY because we weren't able to go as often as we would've wanted and we were moving so we had to cancel our membership, but to do that was a whole unnecessary process and cost us a months worth of membership per person PLUS $75 PER PERSON to cancel. DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU DONT PLAN TO GO REGULARLY. I AM OUT $350 just to cancel.

The best bang for your buck martial arts gym in Atlanta bar none. I have checked the pricing of all gyms and this place has the most competitive pricing. Add in the huge variety of classes and schedules to suit your needs and it's a slam dunk option for all. From the ones who want to compete to ones who want to just get fit, this place is a great place to attend. Coaches are knowledgeable and everyone is always willing to help you out. Definitely recommend!

While I loved my time at X3 sports in 2019 (yes over a year and a half ago), DO NOT JOIN IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY! I have attempted for the past year and a half to cancel my membership and they are STILL charging me. They switched financial companies as soon as I tried to cancel the first time, I called the facility and spoke directly with them within the allotted time to cancel my membership, and nothing happened. I have been charged the $116 per month for the past year and a half without my permission. Also, I was told they put notes in my file and they did not keep a record. They want your money no matter what and will do anything, including go behind your back, to keep it. NOT WORTH IT!!

You want to lose weight fast and in a cool way? I highly recommend X3. I currently take their Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes. The instructors are all awesome and you leave the Gym feeling like a million bucks. Since January I went from 245 lbs to now (April) 215 lbs.

Very old equipment and very average classes. Will be pressured into signing a year long contract that is very difficult to get out of should your circumstances change. Would recommend looking elsewhere

Well, It’s been a week. I enjoy X3. Everyone is nice and talkative lol. Usually, I would normally fade into the background until feel comfortable but they see you. They have great people that bring the introverts out. They want you to succeed. The environment is clean and nice. That’s something I love. The classes are great and you can take as many as you want. You get your money worth for sure. I do think that the membership contract is a bit rough but if you are able to be consistent and come frequently ID recommend signing up. Safe zone for all body types not just the skinnies & body builders.

This place is great! I was able to lose over 3% body fat and gain 4lbs of muscle in 30 day while only working out with them twice a week. Super fun and encouraging environment!

So apparently our review was altered!!! It is not a great gym, matter of fact it’s a huge scam! This is what our review was changed to …. This location is excellent! The gym has a great environment. It’s fun and friendly. The instructors Rica and Daniel bring heaps of knowledge and skill to the table. Charmaine at the front desk is very helpful and organized. All around great experience! -Phil W. SCAM!!!!!!

A personal trainer- Gabe - never showed up to the appointment. I never got my money back and the gym changes a lot of late fees. Stay away even if you are fine with the conditions of the contract. The employees and personal trainers are unprofessional.

Great gym and friendly staff. The instructors are able to cater to all skill levels and help beginners progress quickly. Features a full powerlifting area that can accommodate a surprising amount of people!

My first time there and I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and encouraging the staff was, especially Jack, Wes, and Murat! My friend recommended this location and I was a bit hesitant. You go to gyms and are a bit intimidated, especially for someone like me who does not really attend workouts or the gym. When I walked in, I was not greeted by anyone at first, the front desk ladies did not really say hello and I'm sure I looked lost and in need of assistance. Besides that, everyone else who greeted me, showed me around and helped me made it such a great experience, especially with my first boxing class with Wes. I had a lot of fun and signed up for a membership. Great atmosphere and super motivational!

Amazing place to work to work out! Amber at the front desk is the best person and I would recommend this place just so you can hang out with her!

Worst experience ever. Do not join this gym and do not sign up for personal training. Even if you dislike the service you cannot get out of it after 7 days, even if you book your first appointment after that.

Our boys started training at X3 at a young age, and I can’t express how much it has helped them in life, and with their athletics. The instructors always went above and beyond to guide, coach and assist throughout all stages of their learning experiences. We’ve tried out some other spots over the years, but none have come close to giving the level of instruction, trust, or support of X3 Sports. With their many locations, we were able to train in various parts of the city with world renown athletes. My wife and I started training there as well, and it truly added a spark to our relationship and some definition and endurance we had been missing in our lives. Their classes are great for exercise, stress relief, as well as improving your technique. The private lessons we bought, for one on one training, really was worth the investment for our two boys and ourselves. Our family would highly recommend X3 Sports, for anyone looking to get in great shape, while having fun doing it. Thank you X3 Sports, and all your amazing trainers and staff, for all that you’ve done for our family over the years, we are truly grateful! You’re definitely a 5 Star organization!🙏🏼 Kindest Regards, The Clem’s

X3 feels inclusive for beginners and experts alike. I like the diverse range of classes offered and the care the instructors take to make sure you reach your goals.

Been coming here two years. Love the brotherhood that's clearly in this gym. Primarily using the boxing gym & weight room now. Awesome 👌🏾

This gym, and all locations, smell awful and have poor hygiene. I watched many individuals use equipment and not wipe it down after. The floors are dirty and everything feels and smells musty. Would not recommend to anyone in Atlanta.

The trainers are experts in their field. The classes are exhausting and fun. The staff is friendly. Menbership allows you to visit all locations.

LUV DA TRAINING🤣🤣🤣 Tony is one of the best Jiu-Jitsu trainers that I know of good kickboxing training sessions as well

  • 5/5 Todd L. 2 years ago on Google
Great gym for boxing and Jiu-Jitsu. Tony runs a solid youth and adult Jiu-Jitsu program at Inman Park and Stephen runs a quality adult boxing program at West Midtown.

X3 sports is the quintessential fight gym. Every time I walk in I am greeted by professional athletes and every day athletes that help make each other better. The staff and instructors are professional, and world-class athletes who share their knowledge willingly. I often wonder if the term iron sharpens iron originated from the gym. Training here is the best decision I’ve made. Simply put if you want to get better, Live healthier, and feel the best you’ve ever felt get a membership at this gym.

I’ve never had a gym experience like the one I’ve had at X3 Sports. The personalities of the people who work here are warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental, and it’s so easy to immediately click with them. The classes themselves are also accommodating and you aren’t made to feel bad if you need a breather— this means a lot to me as someone who is anxious about getting in shape. I’ve only taken kickboxing classes as of right now but with the amenities they have, I plan to take full advantage of my new membership 😍 All in all, I’m so glad that I joined here rather than at Planet Fitness like I was originally planning to! (Special shout-out to Eddie and Coach Rica bc they rock)

Very quick to sign you up to classes but horrible support if you need to cancel your membership. My husband and I have relocated, we requested a membership cancellation on the first week of December. They didn’t processed the request until the 31st and charged us the whole month of January plus cancellation fee??? This place is shady! If you value your time and money do yourself a favor and go to Vesta, Forum, Orange Theory or any other decent place around that area.

X3 Sports has a wide range of services and learning material to offer. Martial artists, fitness enthusiasts and those new to fitness will all find their place. The X3 team is pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and passionate about their work. In more ways than one, I could not have asked for a better gym to learn.

X3 is an amazing place !! I have been a member for a few months now and I have seen a lot of change within myself. Physically and mentally I am at my best. Thanks to the great trainers, I truly feel like a warrior.

If you’re concerned about COVID, just be ready because nobody cares whether you’re wearing a mask or not, given the kind of activities that are being performed inside. However if you’re vaxxed and comfortable with people not wearing masks around you, should be cool then. There’s no sanitizers in/around the floor either. You can only find them upfront at the desk. Staff and crew are all nice and friendly. I’m a beginner, level 0 in boxing but they’re understanding and patient with me. I’ve only been 3x to the class so, so far it’s all I can say. I’ve joined fast track once and it was good. Instructor was also very helpful and takes time to explain the routine to everyone or to anyone with questions. Environment overall is welcoming and encouraging. They acknowledge the hard work you put in each time.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with X3, this gym is very welcoming and all the coaches have a wealth of knowledge and experience

  • 5/5 Aneri P. 1 year ago on Google
Tons of options for classes and the coaches take the time to actually get to know you. There’s a strong sense of community here. Completely unlike other gyms where you just keep your headphones on the whole time without getting to know anyone else at the gym.

Inman park is an lovely gym it’s cool for group workouts and getting in shape! The gym teachers are cool for a one on one away from the classes. My goal of 175 was easy as cake for me at this spot Big luv Iman park X3

I can accomplish my goals with strength, burning fat and self defense all at the same place. I’m able to build friendships with likeminded people while we work on our goals together. I even get the chance to compete if I choose to do so.

X3 sports has amazing classes. I have been going to the Inman Park location. I love the fast track classes for amazing HIIT and other workouts! I have also taken kickboxing, boxing, and power track which are also amazing classes! The workouts are truly unparalleled to any other workout classes I’ve ever taken. The workouts are intense but the team support and environment is very motivating.

Every one of the trainers and staff members I have talked to / worked with have been so kind, helpful, patient, and accommodating! Special shout-out to Stephen, Rica, Bryan, AJ, Asim, and Cole. I’m a newbie at X3 but I’m already in love with the kickboxing class experience! Already feeling stronger and so excited, and this is in no small part due to both the hype that the trainers give out and also the helpful tips and introductions other class participants give! Looking forward to my personal growth with X3.

First time ever going and the staff was extremely polite. Ricardo was the person that helped me get set up and was very informative and genuine. Walter was my instructor that along should say a lot. Very patient and a wonderful instructor overall. If you're hesitate about going don't be you will not regret it.
