This
was
my
first
time
trying
hot
yoga
and
it
was
an
EXPERIENCE.
Definitely
take
the
more
mellow
classes
if
you're
a
beginner
and
aren't
used
to
yoga.
Staying
hydrated
is
so
important
so
you
don't
pass
out!
The
location
itself
was
so
nice,
clean,
and
aesthetic.
The
instructors
seem
to
be
knowledgeable
and
well
trained
(I've
taken
classes
with
Lipsa
so
far!).
Do
not
be
late
to
class
(arrive
15
min
early)
bc
late
entry
isn't
permitted!
Mat
rentals
are
available
and
there's
showers
with
amenities
after
workout
sessions
🌸
They
really
had
everything
you
need
for
a
great
sweat
session.
The
best
part
is
being
able
to
order
an
acai
bowl
or
smoothie
to
be
ready
when
you
get
out
of
class!
(Dangerous
for
the
wallet,
but
feels
amazing
to
eat
after).
The
studio
itself
is
darkly
lit
and
feels
very
private
and
relaxing,
allowing
you
to
really
focus
on
your
movement
rather
than
other
people
in
the
class,
which
I
really
like.
Parking
is
a
bit
difficult
but
there's
street
parking
available
and
a
nearby
Publix
lot
if
you
want
to
walk
a
bit
to
the
studio.
I'll
be
coming
back
to
spice
up
my
workout
routines
🧘🏻♀️🫶🏼
also
their
merch
is
cute
imo
