Ms. Brandy is the best. Because of HER due diligence I'm here today. Finding out she opened her own practice was like GOD hearing my prayers and answering them all in one step. To have a provider that not only can treat me as my primary care provider but also control my pain in one place one provider is un heard of now a days. I'm blessed Ms. BRANDY IS my dr. Is my families provider. Ms. Brandy is an angel GOD sent to our community. She actually cares what happens to you, your health and if you happen to suffer from pain she doe NOT put you in the same box all the other providers do. She treats YOU..YOUR issues not the box So, if your looking for real care, compassionsete go see Ms. BRANDY AND her team. You won't regret it.. a hint of advice always always be 100% honest with Ms. BRANDY ALWAYS. She will help you but you must be honest. As long as she has her practice she will be my provider until my last breath.

I recently started going to her after dealing with a very bad doctor who irritated me and frankly I didn't trust her. Brandy sat down with me during my initial visit and actually listened to me, something I have not been used to from my previous doctor. There are virtually no wait times which is something else that was a huge issue with my last Dr. Also the reception staff and nursing staff are pleasant and warm. Everyone at Mountcastle Medical please continue to be amazing. I've definitely found my forever doctor

Hand's down the best care EVER. Brandi Mountcastle has been switched by me to my primary care and pain management provider. She instantly took care of a occipital headache that no one else was able to resolve, Adjusted my migraine meds to help better manage them. Staff are always inviting, punctual and easy to work with. Patient portal is easy to maneuver. Other PAs in practice are just as good as Brandi Mountcastle. She hires the best! Her practice is Christian centered displaying the bible. This was a huge plus for me. I knew right off this was my new provider. The office is well decorated and clean every time I go. If you're looking a new provider check this one out, you want be sorry!!!!

Dr.Brandy is so caring and very smart I started with her with a huge list of problems she takes her time with you and answers your questions the office feels like home and the staff is so friendly I’ve been sick with multiple sclerosis 22 years and have never had good care like this it’s truly a blessing

I meant to do this a long time ago. To say I'm ecstatic about Brandy opening her own office is an understatement. She is the most caring doctor I've ever been to. Most doctors treat you like you are nothing but a number on a chart. She has had me take care of very important health matters that I probably would've never taken care of. Having kids you forget to take care of yourself. She makes sure you take care of yourself completely. I've recommended her to everyone who's ever asked me about a good doctor to see. Including most of my family go here now as well. Thank you for everything y'all do. Front desk staff and nurses are awesome too!!
