Melissa and Cindy were WONDERFUL. I’ve been to other local dental facilities and have not been impressed. Night & Day took fantastic care of me. I’m excited to come back

Holly Springs location is a terrible experience all around, had previously used Night and Day Dental at another location with no issues. Decided to give Holly Springs a try and it has been a terrible experience for our whole family. Even with an appointment scheduled we had long waits, my kids were misdiagnosed for fillings, one of them even went through the anesthetic when he didn't have any cavities and procedure was not needed. My account was submitted to collection for a balance I had already paid and had proof of payment

Everyone was nice and they made sure I was comfortable. My complaint is the dentist that did my extraction; he seemed to be rushing, and I really believe he did something wrong when extracting my tooth. It’s been over a year and I still have a bump or something near the work space. I hope he didn’t do anything wrong because otherwise it was a great experience. The anesthetic was injected with no pain. I’m going to another dentist to see if the work was done properly. I’ve been wanting to go back but that possibility of something being wrong keeps me from doing so. This comment is about the Bradford office in Cary

Very unorganized and very unprofessional. The supervisor at this specific location doesn’t care about the patients, she didn’t even apologize for the situation and based on her tone of voice she clearly didn’t care. The dentist there tried to cancel my appointment because she assumed that the amoxicillin I was taking was going to just magically make things better. I clearly needed an extraction and a root canal. I wanted to get the extraction done and work on the root canal after I have my baby but at this point I don’t feel comfortable with night and day dental in Holly springs. I have terrible anxiety, so why not make me (the patient) feel comfortable. Please go anywhere else but here! Beware!

Night and day dental is a great place to get your teeth cleaned and filling filled. Their hospitality was fantastic and my overall experience was very delightful. Dr. Park especially was able to resolve my cavity issues that had been bothering me for months. And their wonderful hygienist, Natasha, was able to restore my pearl whites to their natural state of cleanliness with her magic. Thank you very much for your service!!

Worst dental clinic ever! I scheduled for a regular check up and cleaning.They checked my teeth but told me couldn’t clean as the hygienist was there only certain days. I asked why I wasn’t told before my appt was confirmed because I had specifically asked for it and that was why I was there. I have a missing tooth so I wanted consultation. Dentist said i could get a bridge and that the process could start that day. There was no consultation provided and my fault was I blindly trusted them and said okay. My 1st bridge had a hole in the back and caused a lot of issue. They replaced it but even that doesn’t feel right. I had to go back multiple times and took a lot of time because the dentist only came on Wednesdays. This process was painful and required a lot of visits. I was better off with a missing tooth than this bridge. And then finally got an appt scheduled for cleaning., which is why i went there in the first place. The hygienist cleaned half of my mouth and said that she couldn’t finish it that day and to come back. Because of my busy schedule I just couldn’t go back and now I have decided never to go to this clinic. Please do not go here. I hate posting negative comments but just had to do this so people are aware and don’t go here.

Last night had the WORST tooth pain. Called Night and Day and was seen first thing this morning! The staff told me what to do last night - cold compress - which sounds like not fun but it was the ONLY thing that worked. So for in and saw Dr. PARKS! He was amazing! So kind and reassuring and the options were explained. I am an anxious person and have avoided work for my anxiety reasons but the pain made it so I did not care….but I am not three hours later with a root canal and pain free. They did not have the meds at this location (and if I could have I would have done it) but I feel I have just overcome the biggest fear without them and it was just the whole office experience that made that happen for me. I am ready for “what’s next!” Let’s move on to the next problem tooth. I live in Cary but not having an established dentist, I think I might Nikita we’ll have one now :))))

Had a great experience with this dentist, it's been 3 days and my teeth still feel very clean! All staff was very professional, the front desk team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and Aly and Kay worked really really hard to make sure I had a good experience and I'm very grateful! Bit of a wait in the chair because they were so busy but not exceedingly and I was seen right after I checked in. I will absolutely be returning!
