    I love coming to this subway. The food is fresh just as advertised and it is such a clean location. The girl that normally makes the food for me and my boyfriend is always the best at making the subs (she normally wears a subway head scarf on her head) and she is so friendly. 10/10 recommended this subway because of her!

    Saw $6.99 meal deal ads in store. Told the guy making it I wanted that deal. 6” Turkey no cheese. Went to checkout and it’s $10.xx. Manager I assume, black guy said it’s only three sandwiches at the deal. He refused to just ring up the meal but said he’d remake one of the deal sandwiches. No way you can read the fine print from the line. I asked him if he’d just ring it up as 6.99 sandwich this time since it’s made, I’m here, I’m a club member? Nope he refused. Wow. Wasted sandwich and lost customer. Owner should fire this guy. Lots of customer friendly choices in Fuquay fortunately.

    Ridiculous at best ... The lady who's maybe Latino accuses everyone of stealing drinks when they ask for water which is ridiculous in itself that make billions of dollars off of it and they're a very rude..... On top of it if you call they will answer the phone and hang up in your face and they won't answer and just let you keep ringing your ringing

    Food was good. However, it wasn't until after my sandwich was made, and I told them to make it a combo that I was informed that their soda fountain wasn't working. I love my fountain drink. I wouldn't have eaten there if I had known. And the men's restroom was out of order and there was no sign. Waited a couple of minutes expecting someone to come out of the locked restroom before an employee noticed and informed me it was out of order

    WOW!! Subway has really stepped it up. Awesome creative changing menu choices and new ingredients are unbeatable. Garlic aioli is so amazing I could drink it!! Ordered delivery today and my Grand Slam Ham was off the charts especially with the garlic aioli added. Garlic Roast Beef was also good and both sandwiches full of fresh ingredients and were larger and cheaper than the competition!! Now this Subway is my new local go to sub shop!!❤️❤️❤️❤️👊🏼UPDATE 5/28/24 Homerun Ham was delicious and the MVP Parm Vinaigrette put it over the top! Meatball sub was just ok. They were out of fresh mozzarella so the cashier gave me 2 free cc cookies. They were amazing, fresh, still warm with the chocolate chips nice and melty😁🙃UPDATE 11/20/24 New Cheesy Garlic Steak is over the top with all the cheese and garlic aioli!! New Honey Mustard Bbq Chicken was also delicious both sweet and savory!! Prices were very inexpensive just wish there was more meat in each sub.

    Today, I ordered two sandwiches for my daughter and I on the Subway app to get the buy one footlong and get the other footlong free offer. I paid using Google Pay and proceeded to go to the location to pick up the sandwiches. The app indicated that they would be ready at 12:50 pm. I wasn't very happy that I would have to wait 20 minutes, but since the order was placed and paid for, there wasn't much that I could do, but wait. When I arrived there I saw that there was a line and only one person working. I saw another employee on a break, eating and looking at his phone, while the other continued serving all the customers on the line. I thought to myself that it didn't look too promising that we'd get our sandwiches at the given time. The tracking feature on the app indicated that the two sandwiches were being made and eventually ready. It was now 12:55, and no sandwiches were ready to be picked up. When the line lessened, I approached the gentleman who was working and told him about my order. He told me that he hadn't received any online orders because the server was down. He then proceeded to insult my intelligence, indicating that I ordered from a different location. He also told me that I should have received an email to inform me that there was a problem with their server. I showed him the app to prove that I had ordered and paid for the sandwiches. He never apologized or offered to make the sandwiches. After wasting my time, at this point, over 35 minutes, we walked out. This will be the last time we buy anything from this location. After reading several negative reviews on this location at 1326 N. Main St. Fuquay-Varina, it's apparent that this gentleman doesn't have very good customer service skills and should not be up front dealing with customers. If he is actually the manager, he should know better. Avoid this Subway. There are better options. After leaving, we went to Taco Bell. Placed our order on mobile app, as well, and we then received our food in less than five minutes! That's how it's done!!!

    Not the best atmosphere, food was great though. They always had an elderly lady working the counter which made it awkward when i tried getting a free water cup to fill with soda. I overheard a gay couple making jokes about six inch subs and meat, so only 3/5 stars for atmosphere.

    You would assume making a sandwich is not that difficult. Looking at other reviews on this store I see why my order was so messed up. $45 in order for dinner and all 3 sandwich's were wrong

    Customer service simply just does not exist anymore! Chantel was beyond rude from the moment we walked into the door until the moment we left as if we were an inconvenience to her! Herself and the other woman working obviously both spoke Spanish and had trouble either hearing or understanding us while we were ordering as they kept saying huh or what… When we asked for a few cookies she did the same thing and looked confused so we said cuatro for 4 and she rolled her eyes and ignored the question. I then commented on her being rude/unprofessional and she proceeded to argue with me. When I refused to argue back she said she was no longer serving me and refused to make my other sub. $40 later i would’ve saved myself the headache! She also thought it was professional to talk about us with another customer as we left! Definitely will NOT BE returning to this location!!

    Nope. I don't eat there. Nitrate cheap meat. And you sports stars would not be caught dead in a Subway. The cost of a sandwich is paying for the sports stars that lie for them.Jersey Boys is a good sandwich without the sports liars.

    Walk in 1012 online says 11 everybody standing around doing nothing but yet can’t figure out why they can’t take my order because online says 11 any other night I’ve ever been in there it’s always been 11 what’s so special about today looks like everybody was lazy and wanted to get out of there for business because I used to like here because it was friendly and probably ate at least 3 to 4 times a week for the past nine months racked up a lot of money for this corporation and this particular location but now I will be taking my business elsewhere

    I went here hoping for a great experience with all the good reviews… WRONG. Service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last restaurant on earth. Roaches and pests were present. Found hair and a nail in my sub. Disgusting. Needs to immediately get shut down.

    Love, Love, Love their "tuna" sub! Always fresh every time I go in there! The Subway in F-V located on Main next to Food Lyon is always maintained so cleaned I would rate them a 10.

    Usally, at this location, it is really nice staff the sandwich artist made the sandwiches (3) they didn't want to take two coupons even tho they are from two different people with seprate orders (Myself and my older son). I told her that it doesn't make sense if we didn't come in together she would never know the difference. The manager said it was ok. But also stated they only take one coupon per order(which there were two). This almost left us with just refusing the order and walking away. You would have lost a sale and wasted food. SUBWAY OWNER: IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO HONOR THE COUPON THAT DOESN'T STATE ONE ORDER PER CUSTOMER THEN DONT PRINT THEM. THIS IS A OPERATOR DECISION.

    Went in at 9:40pm online it says they close at 10pm and the lady working there refused to serve us and stated that they were closed. As I was walking out I realized the closing hours stated 11pm. I wouldn’t have written this review if the lady wasn’t so rude.

    I will never buy a sub from.Subway again because of the absolute horrible customer service this store has! I have bought subway subs 3 to 4 times weekly and will never use subway again! Specifically because of this store and also because of their current trend of how they treat customers! I have called the store numerous times with no answer. All stores are apparently the same. I ordered food from here tonight...it never showed up and no one wil answer the phone..in fact all stores are the same. This is not the 1st time I couldn't reach them but definitely the last. Horrible service. They are part of the problem with what's going on in this country. Lost my business forever

    Hi the lady Maria at the assistant manager was very effective and efficient when making sandwiches she also a very very nice person with great customer service skills... love her.. I was upset and thinking of never eating at subway again and I’ve been eating the same sub since 1995!! But Maria made me stay a loyal customer with her customer service and she is the best asset u have at that store

    I visited this subway not long ago and sadly it was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES ive encountered. And it hurts because this is my local subway and l will GLADLY go out of my way to NEVER return here. The short rude young lady has the personality of a paper clip wth no customer service attributes. Even if its a bad day, we all have them, but in this business you swallow that nor is this the first time. The young ma working with her wasnt much better but he tried. I will not walk out of a restaurant due to service or lack there of but l have never wanted to so badly.

    I will not eat subway anymore based on my experience here alone. I ordered a footlong and the half sub. The old black man with an accent was the one making the sandwiches and was extremely rude and had an attitude towards me and I was the only one in the store. He came out from the back already wearing gloves that already had food and some liquid on them which was a red flag. I specifically got a sandwich for the meal deal for “6.99”. The other sandwich I had a coupon for. All of the toppings were very old and shriveled up and there was bugs flying around the food! One of the flies almost landed on my sandwich while he was making it and he didn’t even say anything. After only a few toppings he said very rudely, “Anything else!?” He told me the sandwich didn’t qualify for the meal deal because “it wasn’t ham”. He also told me that there was no coupons accepted at the location. I paid $20 for 2 sandwich’s with hardly anything on them because even he knew the toppings were too old so he put hardly any on each sandwich. Completely waste of money and ridiculous.

    Horrible experience tonight. I ordered 2 subs online. ONE sandwich was a veggie delight the other was supposed to be the sweet onion teriyaki chicken. I drive 25 min home and take a bit of the sandwich to find THERE WAS NO CHICKEN!! When calling the restaurant they said the person just assumed both sandwiches were veggie!! If I wanted 2 VEGGIE sandwiches that’s what I would have ordered!!!! I’m now out a sandwich and money!!
