I ordered bean burritos & my son the ordered $5 box. Menu item did not match price they wanted to charge me for. They even asked well do I still wanted to pay for it? NO. 10 minutes later they fixed it after I told them how much the adjusted should be!!!Taco bell just isn't taco bell anymore. They have taken all the favorites off the menu, lack vegetarian options, & they seemed to not be customer service oriented either. This place just isn't worth it anymore

Ordered 2 Chalupa boxes, dined inside. Immediately noticed our shoes sticking to the floor at the front counter to the soda dispensary. Told employee at register and he just nodded in agreement but did nothing about it during our 20 min visit. Sauces are no longer offered so they put them in our box. The packs they gave us were disgusting, looked like they were pulled out of the trash (see pic). Box came with tortilla chips and a miniature cup of cheesy dip - that was only 10% filled. Other than that, the food was good. I hope we don't get sick.

Late night run (1030pm). Drive thru Line was long but moved well.. $5 nacho bell grande box is a great deal..Order was right, food was hot, neatly prepared. Service was fast, kinda polite..No complaints except...... THE MASS COPIUS AMOUNT OF SAUCE PACKETS I RECEIVED!!!! GEEZ, REALLY PEOPLE

!!!!!TERRIBLE DO NOT GO!!!!! Been here multiple times and every time I was given the wrong food that I had ordered, and was dealt with rude person on the other side taking my order. Today I came and ordered the Doritos loco taco combo regular, Baja blast cinnamon twists was not given the cinnamon twists that I ordered. They left out the crunch wrap regular and a hardshell taco. My fiancé called to complain about the order and was greeted with a rude worker and was contradicting here the entirety of the 1 minute call because of the suppose line but when I was there was no line inside nor out. Will not go back do not recommend this place to anyone I say again TERRIBLE PLACE to eat never again will I go back.

I love Taco Bell. The lunch and dinner crew here is 7m60% accurate. But mainly I want Taco Bell for 4th meal. If you order after 10pm 90% chance this Taco Bell will short you half your order or more. If you use the app good luck they will give you a 5 dollar credit for a 50 dollar order for half your order missing and wrong. It’s so bad now it’s a running joke in fuquay. If we get another later night place on DoorDash or with delivery it will run this Taco Bell out. Owner of this Taco Bell fix your crew and managers this is ongoing and you have a terrible night crew. Nobody answers the phone. The online Contact us is pointless. If I go in person it’s pointless bc I have no receipt bc I ordered online and they tell me to refer to online for issues. Gm fix this or move on every other fast food place in Fuquay is running circles around you on accuracy. Also your crew is rude it’s rough when I go through the drive through they are so grumpy they don’t make eye contact force me to move up for something as simple as a Baja blast and a 5 layer burrito it doesn’t make sense they say they are busy making my food it’s so frustrating. GM wake up and fix this or Yum brands fix this location and recommend to replace the gm. This is a manager issue because it’s ongoing.

Oh man, I'm not sure what happened in the last 2 weeks but today was the most unpleasant interaction we've ever had with anyone 😩 we ordered our food 45 mins prior to pick up and when we got there, the one staff member just curtly stated that it wasn't ready. When I showed my very obvious irritation and dismay for the lack of care, some other staff (apparently called Crystal) stated that she was going to call the cops if I don't leave. I had already paid, and gained frustration, so I didn't see how I'd just leave. When I asked what her name is, she just disappeared and no one else would help me with her name. I'm not sure how to deal with, "bruh just leave or I'll call the cops"

I love this TB and the RM is the sharpest I have ever seen. Been ordering delivery from here for years with no problems BUT not today!! All my food was SOPPING wet. NOT drops of moisture from condensation but fully soaked. Was told the food sat for 20 minutes waiting for the Dasher. This would not cause what I received. I have been in the ff manangement business all my life and know what I am talking about. Was looking forward to the return of the Mexican Pizza and was not able to eat what I purchased. If it's the Dasher's fault for arriving late then don't make the food until they arrive if you care about the quality you serve! By the way I was watching the Dasher traveling to my home and NO other stops were made like was suggested by the RM • 2024-03-29 Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Meal was AMAZING!! This is the best Taco Bell in the area. My food is always prepared correctly, neatly, and quickly! My minor complaint is that it's really hard to hear the person at the drive thru speaker because of the road noise, so I try to order on the app.

Quick and inexpensive. Large vegetarian menu options. I love the cheesy bean and rice burrito and the black bean crunchwrap supreme. We've tried the Mexican pizza, tostada, meximelt, and green burrito, too. I'm glad to see the caramel apple empanada back on the menu. I wish it was staying, although the price has gone up considerably... from $1.00 in the early 2000s to $2.99! It's still delicious, so we have bought them several times. What can I say? Nostalgia...

The long-haired dirty blonde kid with glasses and peach fuzz scruff in the drivethru likes to wear his mask below his nose. Literally makes the mask pointless. Review part 2: the return Thursday December 5 2024 at like 10pm check the shift and see who was working the drive thru cause that girl had an attitude for no reason and gave us a completely wrong order. If you’re gonna be that way at least get the order right.

I am terribly disappointed with the initial order taking, nobody at the register, then the young lady that finally "tried" to take my order...didn't even know how to work the register 🥵😡😤, then a loooong wait to finally get my (3) "expensive" worthless tacos 🌮 and coke, it was just cheap shredded lettuce, tiny diced tomatoes and an ultra-small portion of FAKE meat 😡😤👎! They've really hiked their prices, far less ingredients and, as soon as I unrapped the taco 🌮 (*gently), it fell apart on me, all over the paper 😡😤👎👎! Huge changes...in that fast food chain, and firmly believe, it'll be OUT OF BUSINESS soon!

Placed an online order for breakfast but when I got there they said they never received it. Seems like this location stopped serving breakfast or maybe they end at 10 if that’s the case don’t say serving until 11. Definitely not the Taco Bell you want !

I had the 4 tacos and 4 5 layer burritos. I changed the 4 crunchy tacos to 4 sold taco supremes. I had the loaded nachos with guacamole, refried beans and few more things added.

Accepted our large mobile order with 2 email confirmations then when we arrived they claimed they didn’t receive it and didn’t do mobile orders. Tried to convince us we had the wrong location and after we proved it was ordered to this location they still refused to make it. I understand that, but the manager claimed they would refund us and it’s now been 2 weeks with no refund. This was a $25 order so it’s not $5 or $6 bucks that I can just forget about. I’ve tried contacting TB customer service with no luck.

Wouldn't take my coupon, as supposedly it was for another location up the road. So got to pay $10 for a skimpy Beef Burrito Supreme with extra meat (which it didn't have) and a crunchy taco. Poor value overall. I remember when Taco Bell was a screaming value!

One of the better taco bells i have frequented. They get your food to you quickly, friendly, and they don't skimp on meat or other ingredients. Will keep returning.

I don't know what is in the food. But it's not meat. Food trucks have a better health code rating. And better food. And there is no such thing as a Chalupa in Mexico. Well there is but it's a canoe that old people sell flowers out of in Mexico City. And nobody uses CANNED CHEESE for Queso in Mexico either. Pretty much fast food is dumpster diving. And I never stopped there so?

For some reason they are always out of the Mexican Pizza and have been for a few weeks. They asked what kind of sauce we’d like and then didn’t add it to the bag. Of course no napkins either. When we went in and asked for the manager so that she would be aware she obviously didn’t care. Definitely doesn’t have manager skills. How about “I’m so sorry, I know it’s inconvenient to come back and have ti come inside since you obviously wanted your order through the drive through”. Instead, “ok, what kind of sauce do you want”. So frustrating!!

They stopped taking orders last night 30 mins before closing time because they "ran out of food". Not "we ran out of soft shells" not "we ran out of chicken" they said they have no food on the building. I asked to speak with the manager at the window and a young man can to the window and just repeating we are short staffed and have no food. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. 0/10 will be reporting to corporate.

First off, I absolutely hate that you can't order from the counter inside anymore. Secondly, their prices have risen tremendously over the past year. Thirdly, they hand you your drinks in the drive through but don't hand you your straws until they give you your food. Like... I know you see my thirsty as through your tiny window Tammy and don't short my on my fire suaces either by only giving me mild when I asked for fire.... needless to say service and food has went down hill.

Just went to the drive thru and the lady lied to us and said they can only do 1 order. Um what? How only 1 order, what are you going to do when the next car pulls up? Close the store? Since you can't make any other orders? Doesn't make sense. We left that trap of a drive through and got Zaxby's because they're not absolutely ridiculous.

My family and I just ate here tonight and the employees all went above and beyond in their customer service skills!! Very pleasant experience ☺️

Seems like one of the better Taco Bells around. Drive thru can get backed up at times but hey, it's Fuquay-Varina. Employees are always nice and seem to get the food out fast. Rarely have eff ups. Recommended.

Literally. the. best. Taco Bell I have ever been to... You can order at the counter or use one of two touch screen kiosks to place your order. The restaurant has a warm and modern atmosphere, better than I would ever expect from a Taco Bell. The staff are super nice and they do not skimp on the ingredients. Solid 5/5, honestly it's a 6 out of 5 💯

This is the third time that they've messed up my order so at this point I'm giving up on this place. The first time they forgot a taco and then argued about it before eventually giving us the taco they owed us. The second they replaced the Dorito shells in my tacos with regular crunchy shells without notifying me or refunding me the charge for Dorito shells. The third time they didn't put the sauce in all 3 spicy potato soft tacos we ordered, the spicy ranch sauce that makes the name. I gave this place 3 chances and if I have to thoroughly investigate my order to see if it needs to be remade before I can leave the store, it's not worth it to me.

I love Taco Bell and this location is pretty similar to any other ones. Its nice and clean, the food is good and fairly priced. This is Americanized Fast Food Mexican but still pretty tasty. I'd recommend this as a cheap fast lunch or dinner.

Giant pothole at the entrance makes it challenging to want to visit often. Customer service at the window was snippy and short. Food was hot and good, first time having breakfast at TB. I hope the person at the window is okay. ❤️

Taco bell is one of my all time favorites and this one has stepped up its game. The service was quick and friendly and the food was amazing. The only thing I would say is that I did not receive the drink that I ordered when I got my food.

I went thru the dive through had a 36$ order and got everything but my sauce I called inside bc I couldn’t get in but to be told that I can come back through the drive through I said that the line is very long and was then told that she was sorry I fortunately she can’t bring me any so I will never be treated like this again at a place that after I read the reviews I gave them a try but bad buisness never again will I ever

Wait time is unreasonable. Waited 30+ minutes for a quesadilla and nacho fries. You can't even call it fast food anymore.
