The customer service is great. The food is great. We now make Friday's our pizza night. We come in and get a large pizza that's half cheese for the kids and half something else for the adults. We get a salad and bread sticks, and then cookie dough for dessert. For $20 or less it's a decent dinner that we can go home, cook, and have oven fresh pizza.

The wrong pizza was rung up. When corrected they didn't offer to refund the difference when the correct order was less.

Nice Papa Murphy's. Restaurant clean. Staff nice. Food fresh and yummy. I order online and pick up - super easy. I'll be back

Very crowded and busy. Seemed to be a lot of confusion with orders upon arrival. My lil guy wanted a jack o' lantern shaped pizza, but just cheese(no pepperoni). I did have to wait a little longer so they could remake it, but realize the holiday and all. Food was good. Everyone ate. All was good.

Tried 3 of their pizzas so far and enjoyed all 3! Instructions come with each pizza on how to cook. Followed directions and all 3 pizzas came out just right! Very clean place and the employees are nice and friendly. Will be back.

Since the place isn't meant for dining in, there isn't anything to criticize about the atmosphere. The service is good, you can order online and pick up your food quickly. The food is amazing, 8/10 would recommend.

As far as "bake your own" pizza goes this is pretty good.

We love this pizza chain but we're disappointed with this branch. Pizza wasn't made well and choice of toppings for the vegetable garden wasn't very good. Spinach should have been more plentiful on it.

We always have a great experience with our local Fuquay location but today was extra amazing! We ordered online in the midst of a lightning storm and didn’t realize we ordered something wrong. When we got there to pick up they had no system access and we’re not he brink of losing power! They were more than accommodating in helping to fix the order we entered incorrectly even in the midst of what could have been chaos! Thank you so much

As soon as I walked in notice how delicious it smelled. Everything looked clean and well organized. Had the Mediterranean salad and it was great. Garret was very help full and had great customer service. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Pizzas are good. Stuffed pizza was difficult to cook completely, may try flipping it next time. You won't regret buying them.

Nice staff. Prices are going up way to much. Used to do 5 buck Friday with 2 sides for 7. Now it's 6 and 2 for 9. That's an increase of 25%. Seems like they are skimping on the toppings a bit as well. Coupons have more restrictions as well. Not cool. Have to rethink going to this place.

The employees are always so friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. I love the spinach, artichoke, and bacon pizza! It’s always a hit when we have guests over.

This is mine and my husband's favorite pizza place! My parents came to visit and we got pizza from here and they were absolutely blown away to the point they looked to see if there was one in GA near them. Sadly there isn't so they look forward to having pizza from Papa Murphy's at some point when they visit during Thanksgiving.

We frequent this location and love it! They are always friendly, efficient, and the store is very clean. I was teaching my kids the concept of great customer service, using my recent encounter here as an example. We've been to different Papa Murphy's in multiple states and I can say without a doubt the has been my favorite one. Keep up the great work!

The app is terrible for ordering. Save yourself the trouble and just call the restaurant.
