If
I
order
more
than
2
biscuits
in
the
drive
through,
then
the
order
is
almost
always
wrong.
Either
I'm
missing
items,
or
get
some
variation
of
my
order,
(eggs
or
sausage
on
a
tray
and
not
on
my
biscuit)
or
I
get
another
customer's
order.
Drive
through
is
always
backed
around
the
building,
often
times
dangerously
backed
out
in
the
street.
Wait
times
are
consistently
a
minimum
of
20
to
30
minutes
just
to
get
to
the
speaker,
biscuits
are
almost
always
rock
hard
and/or
burnt,
and
employee
attitudes
are
very
short
and
often
plain
rude.
Some
attitudes
have
improved
somewhat
lately,
but
my
biscuits
are
still
rock
hard
and/or
burnt,
or
wrong
all
together
more
often
than
not.
Emplyees
often
roll
their
eyes
when
I
come
inside
after
waiting
30
minutes
in
drive
through
to
get
my
order
corrected.
If
the
manager
is
working
the
drive
through,
I
don't
usually
have
these
problems.
He
actually
does
an
excellent
job.
But
for
my
own
safety,
as
well
as
poor
food
quality,
I've
had
to
go
to
other
restaurants
to
get
my
food.
